In order that the above objects, features and advantages of the present invention can be more clearly understood, a more particular description of the invention will be rendered by reference to the appended drawings. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments of the present application may be combined with each other without conflict.
In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention, however, the present invention may be practiced in other ways than those specifically described herein, and therefore the scope of the present invention is not limited by the specific embodiments disclosed below.
The mounting structure 2, the lighting assembly and the cooking appliance 100 according to some embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to fig. 1 to 11.
As shown in fig. 2 to 9, according to one aspect of the present invention, there is provided a mounting structure 2 for use with a luminaire 3, comprising: a body 22, wherein the body 22 is provided with an installation hole 222 for installing the lamp 3, and the periphery of the body 22 is provided with an installation groove 224; the fixing portion 26 is disposed on the body 22 and located at one side of the mounting hole 222, a groove 262 is disposed at a portion where the fixing portion 26 is connected with the body 22, and the lamp 3 is clamped with the groove 262.
The mounting structure 2 matched with the lamp 3 comprises a body 22 and a fixing part 26, wherein the fixing part 26 is arranged on the body 22, a mounting hole 222 is formed in the body 22, and a groove 262 is formed in a part, connected with the body 22, of the fixing part 26, so that the lamp 3 is clamped with the groove 262 while being mounted in the mounting hole 222, and further the lamp 3 is firmly and reliably mounted on the mounting structure 2, the mounting structure 2 is fixed on other objects through the mounting groove 224 formed in the peripheral side of the body 22, and the lamp 3 is firmly and reliably fixed on other objects through the mounting structure 2, so that the problems that the lamp 3 is fixed on other objects through screws, the assembly is complicated and the assembly efficiency is low are solved, the assembly efficiency is effectively improved, the production cost is reduced, and the market competitiveness of products is improved.

In this embodiment, the guiding portion 28 is connected to the fixing portion 26 and located on one side of the fixing portion 26 away from the body 22, so that the lamp 3 is quickly and accurately clamped with the groove 262 of the mounting structure 2 after being guided by the guiding portion 28, the assembly efficiency and the assembly precision of the lamp 3 and the mounting structure 2 are effectively improved, and further the production efficiency is improved.
As shown in fig. 2 to 6 and 9, in an embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the fixing portion 26 is a cone portion, one end of the cone portion with a larger cross-sectional area is connected to the body 22, and the support seat 34 of the lamp 3 is clamped between the cone portion and the body 22; the guiding portion 28 is a cylindrical portion connected to the end of the cone portion with a smaller cross-sectional area, and the supporting seat 34 of the lamp 3 is inserted through the cylindrical portion through the through hole and clamped between the cone portion and the body 22.
In this embodiment, the fixing portion 26 is a cylindrical portion, the guiding portion 28 is a tapered portion, the cylindrical portion is connected to the end with the smaller cross-sectional area in the tapered portion, and the end with the larger cross-sectional area in the tapered portion is connected to the body 22, that is, the fixing portion 26 and the guiding portion 28 are integrally in a nipple shape with a narrow top and a wide bottom, so that when the lamp 3 is assembled with the mounting structure 2, the supporting seat 34 of the lamp 3 is quickly and accurately inserted into the cylindrical portion with the smaller cross-sectional area through the through hole 36, and when the lamp 3 is assembled with the mounting structure 2, the through hole 36 and the cylindrical portion are pre-positioned, thereby improving the assembly efficiency of the lamp 3 and; because the groove 262 is arranged at the end of the fixing part 26 connected with the body 22, and the end of the cone part with larger cross-sectional area is connected with the body 22, namely the groove 262 is arranged at the end of the cone part connected with the body 22, when the through hole 36 of the supporting seat 34 of the lamp 3 moves from the cylindrical part to the cone part, the end with smaller cross-sectional area of the cone part moves to the end with larger cross-sectional area and is matched with the groove 262, so that the supporting seat 34 is clamped at the groove 262, and the lamp 3 is firmly installed on the installation structure 2, thereby improving the reliability of the product, and greatly improving the assembly efficiency and the assembly precision of the lamp 3 and the installation structure 2.

In this embodiment, the light emitter 32 of the lamp 3 is installed in the installation hole 222, and the light-transmitting portion 24 covers one end of the installation hole 222, so that light emitted by the light emitter 32 is irradiated through the light-transmitting portion 24, thereby avoiding the light emitter 32 from being directly exposed to the outside and being easily damaged and reducing the service life, and the light-transmitting portion 24 plays a good role in protecting, thereby greatly prolonging the service life of the light emitter 32, and meanwhile, the light-transmitting portion 24 can be reasonably designed to meet different illumination requirements, thereby expanding the application range of the product and improving the market competitiveness of the product.

In one embodiment of the present invention, the light-transmitting portion 24 is preferably white.
In this embodiment, the light-transmitting portion 24 is white, so that light emitted by the light-emitting body 3 reflects light of other colors generated by the light-emitting body 3 due to dispersion through the white light-transmitting portion 24, and then only white light is emitted, thereby preventing the light emitted by the light-emitting body 3 from being directly emitted after dispersion and being divided into seven colors by other media (such as glass and/or smooth wall surfaces) to generate a rainbow aperture, which affects visual perception of a user and is difficult to distinguish an illuminated object, light emitted by the light-emitting body 32 is emitted through the white light-transmitting portion 24, ensuring good lighting effect and clear visual perception, facilitating the user to quickly and accurately distinguish the state of the illuminated object, further improving user experience, and improving market competitiveness of a product.

In a specific embodiment, a lamp of a cooking appliance in the related art is installed on a top plate of a cooking cavity and close to a door body, when the lamp works, light emitted by a light emitter of the lamp is refracted through glass, since media have different refractive indexes for light with different wavelengths, and light colors are separated from each other due to different formed refraction angles, so that a chromatic dispersion phenomenon of light occurs, so that the light is dispersed into seven colors of light irradiating the inside of the cooking cavity and the door glass to form a rainbow aperture, the visual perception of a user is seriously affected, and the user is difficult to distinguish the cooking effect of food in the cooking cavity, wherein the glass outside the light emitter on the lamp in the related art is arc-shaped. The light emitted by the lamp 3 is filtered by the white light-transmitting part 24, and then the light of other colors generated by the lamp 3 due to dispersion is reflected, so that only white light irradiates the cooking cavity 1, rainbow apertures generated in the cooking cavity 1 and on the furnace door glass by the dispersed light are avoided, good lighting effect and clear visual perception are further ensured, meanwhile, the white light emitted by the light-transmitting part 24 is subjected to diffuse reflection in the cooking cavity 1, so that the light in the cooking cavity 1 is more uniform and softer, the visual perception of a user is further improved, the cooking state of food in the cooking cavity 1 is favorably and quickly and accurately distinguished by the user, and the using satisfaction degree of the user is improved. Meanwhile, the arrangement of the mounting structure 2 greatly improves the sealing performance of the cooking cavity 1, avoids the leakage of steam in the cooking cavity 1 when the cooking appliance 100 works, greatly improves the reliability and safety of products, and ensures the use safety of users. The glass outside the light emitting body 32 on the lamp 3 is arc-shaped, and may be in other shapes meeting the requirements.
As shown in fig. 4, 6 and 9, in one embodiment of the present invention, the light-transmitting portion 24 is preferably an arc-shaped structure.
In this embodiment, the light-transmitting portion 24 is an arc-shaped structure, that is, the light-transmitting portion 24 protrudes toward a surface far away from the lamp 3, and the light-transmitting portion 24 of the arc-shaped structure can be adapted to an end of the lamp 3 close to the light-transmitting portion 24, so as to further reduce a distance between the lamp 3 and the light-transmitting portion 24 and ensure a good lighting effect. It is understood that the shape of the light-transmitting portion 24 may be other shapes meeting the requirement, and may also be other shapes adapted to the lamp 3, which belong to the inventive concept of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 4, 5, 7, 8 and 9, in one embodiment of the present invention, at least two through slots 226 are preferably disposed on the wall of the mounting hole 222.
In this embodiment, when the lamp 3 is mounted on the mounting structure 2 through the mounting hole 222, the lamp 3 may be pressed against the gas inside the mounting hole 222, so that the lamp 3 is not easily assembled or loosened, and the hole wall of the mounting hole 222 is provided with at least two through grooves 226, so that when the lamp 3 is mounted on the mounting structure 2 through the mounting hole 222, the at least two through grooves 226 form an airflow channel to discharge the compressed gas inside the mounting hole 222, so that the lamp 3 can be firmly and reliably mounted in the mounting hole 222 without falling off, thereby improving the reliability of the product, and simultaneously facilitating the improvement of the assembly efficiency and the reduction of the manufacturing cost.
Further, the number of the through grooves 226 may be other numbers that meet the requirements, and the through grooves 226 with different numbers can meet the requirements of different structures of the lamp 3 and the mounting structure 2, so that the application range is wide. In a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the number of the through slots 226 is two, and when the lamp 3 is mounted in the mounting hole 222, a gap is arranged between the lamp 3 and the light-transmitting part 24, and the gap is communicated with the two through grooves 226, so that the gap and the two through grooves 226 form an airflow channel, and the gas generated by the extrusion when the lamp 3 is mounted in the mounting hole 222 is discharged through the gas flow passage, the direction of the arrows in figure 4 is the direction of flow of the gas in the mounting hole 222 when the LED lamp is assembled with the mounting structure 2, the gas in the mounting hole is discharged, so that the problem that the lamp 3 is difficult to assemble and loose because the gas in the mounting hole 222 is not discharged when the lamp 3 is assembled with the mounting structure 2 is solved, the assembly of the lamp 3 and the mounting structure 2 is facilitated, meanwhile, the lamp 3 is tightly installed in the installation hole 222 and does not fall off, and the reliability of connection between the lamp 3 and the body 22 is effectively ensured.
As shown in fig. 4, 5 and 9, in one embodiment of the present invention, the through groove 226 is preferably a straight groove, a curved groove or a bent groove; at least two through slots 226 are evenly distributed along the circumference of the mounting hole 222.
In this embodiment, the through groove 226 is a linear groove, a curved groove or a bent groove, and various types of the through groove 226 can meet the requirements of different structures of the lamp 3 and the body 22, and the application range is wide. Furthermore, the linear groove is convenient to process, and the processing cost is favorably reduced; because the through groove 226 penetrates the mounting hole 222, when the through groove 226 is a curved groove or a bent groove, the extending track is longer than the extending track when the through groove 226 is a linear groove, and the curved groove and the bent groove are favorable for saving materials and reducing production cost.
The at least two through grooves 226 are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the mounting hole 222, so that when the lamp 3 is mounted at the mounting hole 222, a gap between the lamp 3 and the light transmission part 24 and the at least two through grooves 226 form at least one airflow channel, and then compressed air in the mounting hole 222 is rapidly and uniformly discharged through the at least one airflow channel in the process of assembling the lamp 3 and the mounting structure 2, which is beneficial to improving the assembling efficiency of the lamp 3 and the mounting structure 2, and ensures the reliability of connection between the lamp 3 and the body 22.
In one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the mounting structure 2 is a mounting structure made of a silicone material; the mounting structure 2 is a one-piece structure.

The lighting assembly provided by the invention comprises a lamp 3 and the mounting structure 2 which is matched with the lamp 3 and used in any technical scheme. Since the lighting assembly includes the mounting structure 2 according to any of the above-mentioned technical solutions, the whole beneficial effects of the mounting structure 2 are achieved, and are not described herein again.
As shown in fig. 3, in one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the lamp 3 includes: a light 32 installed at the mounting hole 222; the support base 34 and the light emitter 32 are arranged on the support base 34, and the support base 34 is clamped with the groove 262.
In this embodiment, lamps and lanterns 3 include luminous body 32 and supporting seat 34, luminous body 32 sets up on supporting seat 34, install in mounting hole 222 department through luminous body 32, make the light that luminous body 32 sent shine through printing opacity portion 24, and supporting seat 34 and recess 262 joint, be favorable to firm lamps and lanterns 3, reliably install on mounting structure 2, and avoid luminous body 32 to drop from mounting hole 222, and then improve the reliability of product, and simultaneously, avoided fixing lamps and lanterns 3 and complex operation's problem through the screw, the effectual assembly efficiency that has improved, and then reduced manufacturing cost.

Further, the supporting seat 34 is matched with the guiding portion 28 through the through hole 36 to guide the supporting seat 34, the supporting seat 34 can be fast and accurately clamped with the groove 262 of the mounting structure 2, the assembly efficiency and the assembly precision of the lamp 3 and the mounting structure 2 are effectively improved, and further the production efficiency is improved.
In one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the light 32 is an LED light source.
In this embodiment, the light emitting body 32 is an LED light source, which is energy-saving and environment-friendly, low in cost, long in service life, high in brightness, small in volume, and beneficial to reducing the size of the irradiation hole 12 and further reducing the size of the sealing device 2 on the premise of ensuring a good illumination effect, and is beneficial to saving the production cost.
As shown in fig. 1, according to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a cooking appliance 100 including: the cooking device comprises a cooking cavity 1, wherein an irradiation hole 12 is formed in the cooking cavity 1; and the lighting assembly of any of the above claims, the mounting structure 2 of the lighting assembly is arranged at the illumination aperture 12.
The cooking appliance 100 provided by the invention comprises a cooking cavity 1, wherein the cooking cavity 1 is provided with an irradiation hole 12, and the lighting assembly in any technical scheme, and the mounting structure 2 of the lighting assembly is arranged at the irradiation hole 12.
