Description

本实用新型涉及一种冶炼用扒渣耙。
目前在冶炼过程中为扒出氧化渣,一般采用园木作为扒渣工具,由于高温,每一次扒渣耗费一根或几根园木,大量消耗木材,成本较高,使用也不方便。
为解决上述问题,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种由耐火材料制成的,能较长时间使用,且造价低使用方便的专用扒渣耙。
本实用新型由耙体1和把3构成,其特征在于:耐火材料内设有园钢为筋2制成耙体,耙体上设有一长把3;耙体可为半园形或等腰三角形,其筋2可用园钢或偏钢。
本实用新型的优点在于:可大量节省木材,制造简单,使用方便,提高出渣效率。

本实用新型是这样来实现的,用直径为8mm、长为300mm的园钢或扁钢二根,直径为16mm、长为105mm园钢或扁钢一根。焊成土字形;用石英砂:烟道灰:纤维按62-75:25--12:不小于13,加入酚醛要脂和水玻璃做粘接剂,装入上述钢筋框架捣打成耙形,然后风干,送入200-400℃的烘烤房内烘烤,装上用园钢制的长把,即可进行使用。
