Description

本实用新型涉及一种冶炼用扒渣耙。
目前在冶炼过程中为扒出氧化渣，一般采用园木作为扒渣工具，由于高温，每一次扒渣耗费一根或几根园木，大量消耗木材，成本较高，使用也不方便。
为解决上述问题，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种由耐火材料制成的，能较长时间使用，且造价低使用方便的专用扒渣耙。
本实用新型由耙体1和把3构成，其特征在于：耐火材料内设有园钢为筋2制成耙体，耙体上设有一长把3；耙体可为半园形或等腰三角形，其筋2可用园钢或偏钢。
本实用新型的优点在于：可大量节省木材，制造简单，使用方便，提高出渣效率。

本实用新型是这样来实现的，用直径为8mm、长为300mm的园钢或扁钢二根，直径为16mm、长为105mm园钢或扁钢一根。焊成土字形；用石英砂：烟道灰：纤维按62－75：25－－12：不小于13，加入酚醛要脂和水玻璃做粘接剂，装入上述钢筋框架捣打成耙形，然后风干，送入200－400℃的烘烤房内烘烤，装上用园钢制的长把，即可进行使用。
