Based on the embodiments in the present invention, all other embodiments obtained by a person skilled in the art without creative work belong to the protection scope of the present invention.
In order to make the technical field of the present invention better understand, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and the detailed description.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of a foldable toilet according to an embodiment of the present invention when unfolded; fig. 2 is a schematic structural view of the foldable toilet according to the embodiment of the present invention when folded; fig. 3 is a schematic structural view of the rotating handle according to the embodiment of the present invention at a first angle; fig. 4 is a schematic structural view of the rotating handle according to the embodiment of the present invention at a second angle; fig. 5 is a partial schematic view of fig. 4 at the locating pin.
For the sake of convenience of distinction, the urinal 2, the shell-shaped baffle 22 and the inner rod of the rotating handle 9 in fig. 1 and 2 are shown in a state of sectional view. Fig. 3 and 4 are rear views of fig. 1, and for the sake of convenience of distinction, the structures of the tank 3, the urinal 2, and the like are omitted in fig. 3 and 4; the drive cylinder 72, the guide groove 12, the drive rod 71, the positioning pin 73 and the inner rod, which are located inside the frame 1, are shown by dashed lines, and the outer rod, which is located outside the frame 1, is shown by solid lines.
The utility model provides a folding closestool, including inside frame 1 that has cavity 11, set up in the water tank 3 on the upper portion of cavity 11 and with frame 1 swing joint's urinal 2.
The frame 1 can be fixed on the wall surface of a toilet by adopting expansion screws, so that the frame 1 is prevented from overturning and toppling over due to overlarge stress of the urinal 2 in an unfolded state.
Because the urinal 2 is movably connected with the rack 1, the urinal 2 has two states of moving in and out relative to the cavity 11 inside the rack 1, the urinal 2 can be called as a folding urinal 2 when moving in the cavity 11 from the outside of the rack 1, and correspondingly, the urinal 2 can be called as an opening urinal 2 when moving out of the rack 1 from the cavity 11.
The movable connection mode of the urinal 2 and the rack 1 can be set as sliding connection or rotating connection, for example, the urinal 2 is slidably connected to the rack 1, the urinal 2 slides out of the rack 1 to move out of the cavity 11, and slides into the rack 1 to move into the cavity 11. When the urinal 2 is rotatably connected to the rack 1, the urinal 2 can be screwed into the cavity 11 and screwed out of the cavity 11 in different turning directions according to different directions of the urinal rotating shaft 23 of the urinal 2.
The periphery of the inner part of the urinal 2 is provided with a water flowing hole which is communicated with the water tank 3 through a water spraying pipe and a water tank 3 hose; the bottom of the urinal 2 is provided with a sewage discharge hole, and the sewage discharge hole is communicated with an excrement outlet at the bottom of the cavity 11 through a first hose 41. The water in the water tank 3 is flushed into the urinal 2 through the water flow hole, thereby carrying the excrement into the first hose 41 from the excrement discharge port and finally being discharged from the excrement discharge port.
The utility model provides a folding closestool is when fold condition, and water tank 3 is located the inside top of frame 1, and urinal 2 is folded in the middle of the inside of frame 1, and excrement export and first hose 41 then are located the inside below of frame 1, that is to say, after urinal 2 is folding, whole folding closestool's structure all converged in frame 1.
Compared with the conventional sitting type toilet in the prior art, the water tank 3, the urinal 2 and the sewage disposal structure of the folding type toilet are distributed compactly in the folded state, and occupy a small useless space with each other. Wherein the aforementioned drain structure comprises a waste outlet and a first hose 41.
In the prior art, since the toilet seat is horizontally arranged and the water tank 3 is vertically arranged, a large space is occupied in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction respectively. Since the space above the toilet seat and the water tank 3 is difficult to reuse, if the size occupied by the horizontal area of the conventional sitting type toilet is S and the height of the toilet is H, the sitting type toilet actually occupies a volume corresponding to sxh. Inversely, the utility model provides a folding closestool, the whole size of product is the size of frame 1 when being in fold condition, because frame 1 is along longitudinal extension, the size that vertically occupies is great, is difficult to reuse because the space of frame 1 top equally, consequently can regard as the size that vertically occupies to equal to the height H of bathroom, but the area that frame 1 occupied at the horizontal direction obviously is less than the area that traditional sitting posture closestool occupied at the horizontal direction, consequently, the utility model provides a folding closestool actually takes up space and is less than the space that traditional sitting posture closestool actually took.
To sum up, the utility model provides a folding closestool is folding, and water tank 3, urinal 2, frame 1 isotructure distribute compactly each other, have reduced the space extravagant, have also reduced because of setting up the unavailable space that this folding closestool produced, have improved the space utilization in the bathroom from this.
The foldable toilet provided by the present invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the utility model provides a folding closestool still includes urine chamber 5, that is to say, the utility model provides a folding closestool adopts the mode design of excrement and urine subregion processing, and urinal 2 is used for handling solid excrement, and urine chamber 5 is used for handling liquid excrement. Of course, the functional differences between the urinal 2 and the urine chamber 5 are not limited according to the usage habits of different users.
In this embodiment, the drain port of the urinary chamber 5 communicates with the discharge outlet at the bottom of the cavity 11 via a second hose 42. The opening of the urine chamber 5 is directed to the outside of the housing 1, in other words, the opening of the urine chamber 5 communicates with a space outside the housing 1, and the user discharges liquid excrement into the urine chamber 5 through the opening of the urine chamber 5.
The urine cavity 5 can be fixed in the frame 1, at the moment, the urine cavity 5 is communicated with the excretion liquid outlet in the cavity 11, and a communication pipeline of the urine cavity 5 and the excretion liquid outlet can be set to be of a rigid structure or a flexible structure.
The urinary chamber 5 may also be fixed in the bowl 2, corresponding to one side of the bowl 2 having a first cavity recessed inwardly and serving as a toilet seat, and the other side of the bowl 2 having a second cavity recessed inwardly and serving as the urinary chamber 5. The first cavity, which is connected to the excreta outlet via the first hose 41, and the second cavity, which is connected to the excreta outlet via the second hose 42, are isolated from each other.
Wherein, fig. 1 and fig. 2 only show the distribution positions and a specific shape of the first cavity and the second cavity, obviously, the first cavity and the second cavity are not limited to the illustrated shape, and can be arranged in other shapes, and refer to the related arrangement in the prior art.
For better technical effect, an urine port baffle 6 is rotatably connected at the opening of the urine cavity 5. The urine port baffle 6 is closed when the user is not suitable for the folding closestool, so that the urine cavity 5 is separated from the outside, the liquid remained in the urine cavity 5 is prevented from volatilizing outwards, and meanwhile, the attractiveness of the folding closestool can be improved.
The urinal 2 adopted by the utility model can be set as a sitting type closestool and can also be set as a squatting type closestool.
In one embodiment, the upper end surface of the bowl 2 is provided with a scallop-shaped shell-shaped baffle 22.
A shell-shaped baffle 22 is provided at the upper end of the inner side of the urinal 2. When the urinal 2 is placed horizontally, the shell-shaped baffle 22 is located on the front side of the upper end surface of the urinal 2, i.e., the rightmost end of the urinal 2 shown in fig. 1, for preventing splashing of liquid excreta when a male user urinates through the urinal 2.
The shell-shaped flapper 22 may be fixed to the upper end surface of the urinal 2 or may be rotatably coupled to the upper end surface of the urinal 2 through the toilet gasket of the urinal 2, in other words, the shell-shaped flapper 22 is fixed to the front end of the aforementioned toilet gasket, and the shell-shaped flapper 22 rotates with respect to the urinal 2 when the user rotates the toilet gasket.
Obviously, the toilet seat of the sitting toilet has a certain height with the ground, therefore, in this embodiment, the urinal 2 is installed in the middle of the rack 1, and when the urinal 2 is removed from the rack 1, the urinal 2 has a proper height from the bottom surface of the rack 1, i.e. the ground, which is convenient for users to use.
The utility model provides a folding toilet except that adopting beta structure to set up, for better technological effect, the utility model discloses one or more's among the frame 1 that adopts, urinal 2 and the water tank 3 material is the stainless steel, in other words, frame 1 can set up to stainless steel frame 1, and urinal 2 can set up to the stainless steel urinal, and water tank 3 also can set up to the stainless steel water tank. The frame 1, the urinal 2 and the water tank 3 which are made of stainless steel materials are firm, durable and light in weight, can be recycled, and are more environment-friendly.
On the basis of any of the above embodiments, the urinal 2 adopted by the utility model is rotatably connected to the frame 1. The urinal 2 and the rack 1 can be rotatably connected by a urinal rotating shaft 23, and a user manually turns the urinal 2 out of the cavity 11 or turns the urinal 2 into the cavity 11 during operation. A link mechanism and a power device can be arranged between the urinal 2 and the rack 1 on the basis of rotary connection, and the power device automatically drives the link mechanism to realize the relative rotation of the urinal 2 and the rack 1.
Wherein, the urinal 2 and the frame 1 can adopt a top-down or bottom-up turning mode, and also can adopt a left-to-right or right-to-left turning mode.
Preferably, the urinal hinge 23 is horizontally disposed along the outer lower edge of the urinal 2, and in brief, the urinal 2 is turned upside down. Considering that the opening of the urinal 2, i.e., the toilet seat of the sitting toilet, should be horizontally arranged when the urinal 2 is used as the sitting toilet, in this embodiment, the rotation angle of the urinal 2 with respect to the outer side surface of the frame 1 is 0 to 90 °. The rotation angle of the urinal 2 can be restricted by arranging an angle limiting part at one side of the urinal 2 or by using the rotation structure of the urinal 2 and the rack 1.
Wherein, the angle is based on a rectangular coordinate system established by taking the outer side surface longitudinally distributed on the rack 1 as a longitudinal axis, so that when the urinal 2 is turned out of the rack 1 and the opening of the urinal 2 is horizontally arranged, the urinal 2 is at 0 degree; when the urinal 2 is completely turned into the housing 1, the urinal 2 is at 90 °.
A specific embodiment of the rotating structure of the urinal 2 and the frame 1 is given below.
A driving rod 71 and a driving cylinder 72 are arranged between the frame 1 and the urinal 2; the inner side wall of the frame 1 is provided with longitudinally distributed guide grooves 12. A first end of the driving rod 71 is hinged to the urinal rotating handle 21 at the lower edge of the urinal 2, and a second end of the driving rod 71 is connected to the head of the telescopic rod 721 and is inserted into the guide groove 12.
After the driving cylinder 72 is opened, the telescopic rod 721 drives the second end of the driving rod 71 to slide up and down along the guiding slot 12, and then the first end of the driving rod 71 drives the urinal rotating handle 21 to rotate around the urinal rotating shaft 23 during the deflection process of the driving rod 71, so as to finally realize the turning of the urinal 2 relative to the rack 1.
Since the second end of the driving rod 71 moves within a range not greater than the length of the guide groove 12, the driving rod 71 rotates to rotate the toilet bowl 2 within a certain angle range.
Wherein, the urinal turning handle 21 is fixed on the outer lower edge of the urinal 2, and the length direction of the urinal turning handle 21 is parallel to the length direction of the urinal 2. The driving rod 71 is hinged with one end of the urinal turning handle 21 far away from the urinal 2, and the driving cylinder 72 pushes the urinal turning handle 21 to deflect through the driving rod 71, so as to drive the urinal 2 to rotate.
In the above-described orientation, based on the rotating structure of the urinal 2 and the rack 1, the side of the urinal 2 that is turned out toward the rack 1 is the outer side of the urinal 2, and the edge of one side of the urinal 2 that is close to the bottom surface of the rack 1 is the lower edge of the urinal 2. In the folded and unfolded state of the folding toilet, the driving rod 71 and the urinal turning handle 21 are always positioned in the frame 1, so that the urinal turning handle 21 is actually fixed on the inward surface of the outer lower edge of the urinal 2, as shown in fig. 1.
The urinal 2 and the frame 1 connected by the rotating structure are operated by the driving cylinder 72. When the driving cylinder 72 drives the driving rod 71 to move downwards along the guide groove 12, the second end of the driving rod 71 deflects downwards and towards the outer side of the urinal 2, and further drives the urinal 2 to gradually turn over from 90 degrees to 0 degree until the urinal 2 turns out of the inner cavity and is horizontally arranged; when the telescopic rod 721 moves upward along the guide slot 12, the second end of the driving rod 71 deflects upward and toward the inner side of the urinal 2, and further drives the urinal 2 to gradually turn over from 0 ° to 90 ° until the urinal 2 is completely turned into the inner cavity. Thus, the user can open and fold the urinal 2 by manipulating different operating states of the actuating cylinder 72. In addition, a controller connected to the driving cylinder 72 may be further provided, and a sensing device connected to the controller may be provided to the urinal 2, thereby achieving automatic opening and folding of the urinal 2 using the controller.
For better technical effect, the middle part or the upper part of the side wall of the urinal 2 is provided with a supporting leg 8 which is rotatably connected and is attached to the side wall surface, and the length of the supporting leg 8 is equal to the height from the outer lower edge of the urinal 2 to the bottom surface of the rack 1.
When the urinal 2 is turned outwards to be arranged horizontally, the supporting legs 8 are influenced by self gravity and rotate downwards to be arranged vertically, and then the supporting legs 8 are naturally supported between the ground and the urinal 2 after the urinal 2 is loosened, so that the angle restriction in the outward turning process of the urinal 2 is realized.
When the supporting legs 8 are attached to the upper part of the side wall of the urinal 2, the rack 1 and the supporting legs 8 are respectively supported at two ends of the urinal 2 in the length direction after the urinal 2 is opened; when the support is attached to the middle of the side wall of the urinal 2, after the urinal 2 is opened, the rack 1 is supported at one end of the urinal 2 in the length direction, and the support legs 8 are supported at the middle of the urinal 2 in the length direction. Obviously, the provision of the legs 8 also improves the stability of the urinal 2 when opened.
Adopt actuating cylinder 72 to realize when urinal 2 is for the upset of frame 1, there is the risk that leads to the unable normal upset of urinal 2 because of having a power failure or actuating cylinder 72 trouble, for this reason, the utility model discloses an actuating lever 71 and telescopic link 721 can dismantle the connection, and frame 1 rotates and is connected with the turning handle 9. The inner rod of the turning handle 9 is located inside the machine frame 1 and next to the telescopic rod 721, and the outer rod of the turning handle 9 is located outside the machine frame 1.
Referring to fig. 3, 4 and 5, when the handle 9 is at a first angle, such as the inner pole shown in fig. 3 is vertically disposed, the telescoping pole 721 is vertically disposed, and the head of the telescoping pole 721 is connected to the second end of the drive rod 71. When the rotating handle 9 is at a second angle, for example, the inner lever is deflected counterclockwise by θ shown in fig. 4, the inner lever pushes the telescopic rod 721 to deflect in the paper surface of fig. 4, which causes the head of the telescopic rod 721 to deviate from the guide slot 12, thereby separating the telescopic rod 721 from the driving rod 71.
Once the urinal 2 cannot be normally turned over by the operation of the actuating cylinder 72, the user can turn the rotating handle 9, so that the telescopic rod 721 is pushed by the inner rod to be deflected. Since the second end of the driving rod 71 is inserted into the guide slot 12, when the telescopic rod 721 is deflected, the head of the telescopic rod 721 is separated from the second end of the driving rod 71, and thus the driving rod 71 and the urinal 2 hinged to the driving rod 71 are separated from the telescopic rod 721, i.e., separated from the driving cylinder 72. At this point, the user may manually flip the urinal 2.
The telescopic rod 721 is detachably connected to the driving rod 71 by a positioning pin 73 connected to the second end of the driving rod 71 and a guide slot provided at the head of the telescopic rod 721. When the head of the telescopic rod 721 deviates from the guide groove 12, the positioning pin 73 is removed from the guide groove. Of course, since the positioning pin 73 is restrained within the guide groove 12, the separation of the positioning pin 73 and the guide groove is actually achieved by the offset of the guide groove with respect to the guide groove 12.
It should be noted that, in the above embodiment, the driving cylinder 72 is rotatably installed in the frame 1, and when the user rotates the rotating handle 9, the driving cylinder 72 and the telescopic rod 721 thereof are synchronously deflected under the pushing of the inner rod.
The above detailed description is made on the foldable toilet provided by the utility model. The principles and embodiments of the present invention have been explained herein using specific examples, and the above descriptions of the embodiments are only used to help understand the method and its core ideas of the present invention. It should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, without departing from the principle of the present invention, the present invention can be further modified and modified, and such modifications and modifications also fall within the protection scope of the appended claims.
