Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the present invention provides a tray box 100 including an end wall 110, a locking bar 130, and a locking seat 120. The end wall 110 has a frame 111 and a shroud 113 connected to the frame 111, and the frame 111 is provided with a first locking hole 117 (fig. 11 and 12).
The lock lever 130 includes a lever body 131 and a handle 132 connected to the lever body 131, the lever body 131 and the handle 132 being integrally rotatable about a central axis of the lever body 131, a locking end 133 of the lock lever 130 extending through the first lock hole 117, the lock lever 130 being movable in an axial direction of the lock lever 130 between an open position and a locking position. The handle 132 is preferably "U" shaped. In an embodiment not shown, the handle 132 may also be grip-like or other similar shape.
The lock housing 120 is connected to the end wall 110, and the lock housing 120 includes a support portion 121, a stopper portion 122, and a stopper portion 123. The support portion 121 has a support hole 116 through which the free end 134 of the lock lever 130 extends; the stopper 122 is connected to the support 121 to limit the maximum rotation angle of the lock lever 130 by limiting the rotation of the handle 132, so that the handle 132 can fall back by its own weight; the blocking portion 123 is connected to the supporting portion 121 and at least partially located below the rod body 131 to block the locking end 133 of the locking lever 130 from exiting the first locking hole 117 by blocking the movement of the handle 132, so that the locking lever 130 cannot be separated from the lock base 120 after being installed.
Wherein, before the sheathing 113 is coupled to the frame 111, the handle 132 may be rotated toward the inside of the tray case 100 such that the handle 132 avoids interference with the stopper 122 and the stopper 123, thereby enabling the free end 134 to extend through the support hole 116 or to exit the support hole 116.
After the cover plate 113 is connected to the frame 111, the cover plate 113 prevents the handle 132 from rotating toward the inside of the tray box 100, and the limiting part 122 limits the maximum rotation angle of the lock lever 130, and the cover plate 113 is engaged with the limiting part 122, so that the handle 132 rotates toward the outside of the tray box 100 to a predetermined angle at which the handle 132 can fall back by its own weight; the shroud plate 113 prevents the handle 132 from rotating toward the inner side of the tray box 100, so that the handle 132 can interfere with the blocking portion 123 when moving along the axial direction of the rod body 131, and further prevents the locking end 133 of the locking lever 130 from exiting the first locking hole 117, and the shroud plate 113 is matched with the blocking portion 123, so that the locking lever 130 cannot be separated from the lock seat 120.

The side walls 140 and end walls 110 may be folded towards the inside or outside of the tray case 100. When the end wall 110 and the side wall 140 are assembled, the side wall 140 can be folded only outward due to the shielding of the end wall 110, and the side wall pillar 141 is provided with a hook plate 142, and the hook plate 142 is connected to the frame 111.
Specifically, the frame 111 has a first wall plate 114 and a second wall plate 115 arranged in parallel. The hook plate 142 extends to the second wall plate 115 and is bent toward the inside of the tray box 100 into the gap between the first wall plate 114 and the second wall plate 115 to hook the second wall plate 115 to prevent the side wall 140 from being folded toward the outside of the tray box 100. When the locking lever 130 is in the locking position, the end wall 110 prevents the side wall 140 from being folded inward, the hook plate 142 prevents the side wall 140 from being folded outward, the locking lever 130 is inserted into the locking hole to prevent the end wall 110 from being folded inward and outward, and the tray case 100 can maintain the assembled state. Thus, the tray box 100 should be folded inwardly in order of the front end wall 110 and the rear side wall 140 when it is desired to fold inwardly.
Reference is now made to fig. 7, 8 and 11. The lock holder 120 further includes an additional support portion 124, and the limiting portion 122 connects the support portion 121 and the additional support portion 124. Frame 111 includes an end wall stud 112, and end wall stud 112 includes a first panel 114 and a second panel 115 arranged in parallel.

The lock seat 120 is an integrally formed member, wherein the support portion 121 and the additional support portion 124 are respectively located at two ends of the limiting portion 122, and the support portion 121 and the additional support portion 124 are both bent towards the inner side of the tray box, and the bending angle is preferably a right angle. The blocking part 123 is positioned below the limiting part 122 and is connected with both the supporting part 121 and the limiting part 122; the stopper 123 is bent inward of the tray case 100, preferably at a right angle, and the bent portion of the stopper 123 toward the inside of the tray case 100 is spaced apart from the support portion 121 and the stopper 122.
The first wall plate 114 is provided with a first locking hole 117, and the second wall plate 115 is provided with a second locking hole 118 (fig. 12, 13, and 14). The additional support portion 124 is attached to the first wall panel 114, and in an embodiment not shown, the additional support portion 124 may be spaced apart from the first wall panel 114. The sidewall 140 includes a sidewall pillar 141, and the sidewall pillar 141 is provided with a locking hole.
The positions of the support hole 116, the additional support hole, the first locking hole 117, the second locking hole 118, and the locking hole correspond to each other. When the locking lever 130 is in the locking position, the free end 134 of the locking lever 130 extends through the support hole 116, and the locking end 133 of the locking lever 130 extends through the additional support hole, the first locking hole 117, the second locking hole 118, and the locking hole, in that order.
Preferably, the tray case 100 further includes a first position maintaining member 150, the first position maintaining member 150 being connected to the frame 111, the first position maintaining member 150 including a first blocking plate 152 spaced apart from the frame 111 and a first protrusion 151 protruding from the first blocking plate 152 toward the frame 111 to maintain the handle 132 of the lock lever 130 in the locking position between the first blocking plate 152 and the frame 111. When the lock lever 130 is in the locking position, the handle 132 is caught in the first position maintaining member 150, and the first protrusion 151 prevents the handle 132 from being disengaged from the first position maintaining member 150. In an embodiment not shown, the first position maintaining member 150 is connected to the lock housing 120, wherein the first position maintaining member 150 and the lock housing 120 are preferably integrally formed.
Process of installing locksets in the pallet box 100 referring to fig. 3, 4, 5 and 6, the installation steps are:
s1, fixing the lock base 120 to the frame 111, preferably by welding;
s2, surface treating the lock holder 120 and the frame 111 as a whole, preferably by hot galvanizing;
s3, performing surface treatment on the lock bar 130 alone, preferably by electrogalvanizing or hot galvanizing;
s4, rotating the handle 132 of the lock lever 130 to the inner side of the tray box 100, extending the free end 134 of the lock lever 130 into the support hole 116, moving the lock lever 130 to the direction of the free end 134, and extending the locking end 133 of the lock lever 130 into the additional support hole or the first locking hole 117;
s5, rotating the handle 132 out of the box from between the blocking part 123 and the first position maintaining part 150, moving the handle 132 towards the end wall upright post 112, the locking end 133 of the locking rod 130 sequentially extending through the additional supporting hole, the first locking hole 117 and the second locking hole 118, pressing the handle 132 into the first position maintaining part 150 to fix the handle 132, so that the handle 132 does not droop when welding the cover plate 113, thereby preventing the welding installation of the cover plate from being affected;
s6, the sheathing panel 113 is covered on the frame 111.
The lock seat 120 and the frame 111 are galvanized integrally (S2), and the lock rod 130 is mounted on the lock seat 120 after being galvanized separately (S3), so that the defects that the whole galvanized lock is easy to cause plating leakage and the lock is not flexible to operate after the lock is mounted on the tray box 100 are overcome; and the defects that the plated layer is easy to damage and the corrosion resistance is poor when the lockset is welded to the tray box 100 after being galvanized are overcome.
Referring to fig. 12, 13 and 14, the cover plate 113 can prevent the handle 132 from rotating toward the box, the lock seat 120 has a limiting portion 122, the handle 132 abuts against the limiting portion 122 when being lifted toward the outside of the tray box 100, so that the lifting angle α of the handle 132 is smaller than 90 °, and the handle 132 is ensured to fall back under the action of its own gravity when the end wall 110 is folded, and rotate to the position attached to the cover plate 113, thereby avoiding the situation that the handle 132 is bounced to stand upright when the end wall 110 is pushed down, and further the folding of the tray box 100 is affected. The angle α should not be too small to ensure that the handle 132 will clear the first position maintaining member 150 during the locking process.
Further, in order to ensure that the locking lever 130 can be smoothly mounted to the lock housing 120, as shown in fig. 5, a distance D1 from one end of the handle 132 near the support part 121 to the locking end 133 of the locking lever 130 is smaller than a distance D4 from the support part 121 to the additional support part 124. In other words, the distance D1 from the end of handle 132 adjacent support section 121 to locking end 133 of lock lever 130 is less than the distance D4 from the surface of support section 121 adjacent end wall upright 112 to the surface of additional support section 124 adjacent stop 123. So that when the locking lever 130 is installed, the locking end 133 of the locking lever 130 is not blocked by the additional support part 124 and can smoothly enter the additional support hole under the condition that the locking lever 130 is moved to the state that the handle 132 is in contact with the support part 121.
In order to allow the handle 132 to be rotated to the outside of the tray case 100, the maximum width of the handle 132 in the central axis direction of the lever body 131 is smaller than the distance between the blocking portion 123 and the first position maintaining member 150. Alternatively stated, the distance from the end of handle 132 adjacent to free end 134 of lock lever 130 to the end of handle 132 adjacent to locking end 133 of lock lever 130 is less than the distance from the surface of stop 123 adjacent to end wall stud 112 to the surface of first position maintaining member 150 adjacent to stop 123.
In order that the locking end 133 of the locking lever 130 is not disengaged from the additional support hole when the locking lever 130 is in the open position, as shown in fig. 7, a distance D5 from the blocking part 123 to the additional support part 124 is smaller than a distance D1 from an end of the handle 132 near the support part 121 to the locking end 133 of the locking lever 130. Specifically, a distance D5 from a surface of blocking part 123 near locking end 133 of locking lever 130 to a surface of additional support part 124 near blocking part 123 is smaller than a distance D1 from an end of handle 132 near support part 121 to locking end 133 of locking lever 130.
To keep latch 130 in the open position, with locking end 133 of latch 130 not protruding beyond end wall upright 112, and to prevent latch 130 from scraping against side wall 140 when end wall 110 is folded, as shown in FIG. 8, distance D6 from locking end 133 of handle 132 is less than or equal to distance D7 from the surface of first position maintaining member 150 of second wall panel 115 that is distal from first position maintaining member 150. That is, the distance D6 from the end of handle 132 proximate to the locking end 133 of locking lever 130 to the locking end 133 is less than or equal to the distance D7 from the end of first position maintaining member 150 proximate to handle 132 to the surface of second wall panel 115 distal from first position maintaining member 150.
To unlock the lock, handle 132 is simply lifted and lock lever 130 is moved to the open position, locking end 133 is disengaged from side wall post 141, and end wall 110 and side wall 140 can be stacked sequentially on the chassis. Locking the lock requires lifting the handle 132 and then moving the locking lever 130 to the locked position, and after the handle has passed the first position holder 150, the handle is snapped into the first position holder 150.
Referring now to fig. 9 and 10, the tray case 100 further includes a second position maintaining member 153, and the second position maintaining member 153 includes a second stopper 155 spaced apart from the blocking portion 123 and a second protrusion 154 protruding from the second stopper 155 toward the blocking portion 123 to maintain the handle 132 of the locking lever 130 at the open position between the second stopper 155 and the blocking portion 123, thereby fixing the handle 132 when the end wall 110 and the side wall 140 of the tray case 100 are folded. Also, second position maintaining member 153 is located at the same level as first position maintaining member 150 to ensure that handle 132 can pass over first position maintaining member 150 and second position maintaining member 153 without being blocked when locking lever 130 is moved between the open position and the locking position.
Fig. 9 shows an arrangement of the second position maintaining member 153, in which the second position maintaining member 153 is an integral member with the stopper 123, and the second shutter 155 is connected to the stopper 123 and spaced apart from the stopper 123. In other words, the second flap 155 is bent and extended from the end of the portion of the stopper 123 bent toward the inside of the tray case 100 toward the outside of the tray case 100, and the second flap 155 and the stopper 123 form a "U" -shaped groove.
Fig. 10 shows another arrangement of the second position maintaining member 153, in which the second position maintaining member 153 is a separate member from the lock housing 120, and the second position maintaining member 153 is connected to the outer surface of the shroud plate 113. And the inner surface of the second position maintaining member 153 opposite to the second protrusion 154 is aligned in the height direction of the tray case 100 with the side of the portion of the blocking part 123 bent to the inside of the tray case 100 near the locking end 133 of the locking lever 130.
The distance D9 between the first position maintaining member 150 and the second position maintaining member 153 is greater than the width D8 of the handle 132 to ensure that the handle 132 can rotate toward the outside of the tray case 100 when the lock lever 130 is installed.
According to a second preferred embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 15 and 16, the lock base 120 includes a supporting portion 121, wherein the supporting portion 121 is connected to one end of the limiting portion 122 away from the first locking hole 117, and one end of the limiting portion 122 close to the first locking hole 117 is connected to the first wall plate 114. When the latch lever 130 is in the locked position, the free end 134 of the latch lever 130 extends through the support hole 116, and the locking end 133 of the latch lever 130 extends through the first latch hole 117, the second latch hole 118, and the locking hole in this order. The rest of the structure is similar to the first preferred embodiment according to the present invention, and the description thereof is omitted.
At this time, in order to ensure that the locking lever 130 can be smoothly mounted to the lock housing 120, as shown in fig. 15, a distance D1 from one end of the handle 132 near the supporting portion 121 to the locking end 133 of the locking lever 130 is smaller than a distance D2 from the supporting portion 121 to the first locking hole 117. In other words, the distance D1 from the end of handle 132 adjacent support section 121 to locking end 133 of locking lever 130 is less than the distance D2 from the surface of support section 121 adjacent end wall upright 112 to the surface of first wall panel 114 adjacent handle 132.
In order that the locking end 133 of the locking lever 130 is not disengaged from the first locking hole 117 when the locking lever 130 is in the open position, as shown in fig. 16, a distance D3 from the stopper 123 to the first locking hole 117 is smaller than a distance D1 from an end of the handle 132 near the support portion 121 to the locking end 133 of the locking lever 130. That is, the distance D3 from the surface of blocking portion 123 near the locking end 133 of locking lever 130 to the surface of first wall panel 114 near handle 132 is less than the distance D1 from the end of handle 132 near support portion 121 to the locking end 133 of locking lever 130.
