The pallet box is transported using a standard container after loading the goods, and the pallet box size is also limited in order to maximize the use of the internal volume of the standard container. For some users, in order to reduce logistics transportation costs, the internal volume of the limited-size pallet box is increased as much as possible to increase the cargo capacity. Therefore, the end and side walls of the tray box need to be as thin as possible to meet the requirements.
According to the internal volume of the tray box required by a customer, the thickness of the end wall needs to be 15mm to meet the requirement. And, according to the structure of tray case, the tool to lock needs to be installed on the end wall, still needs to be the gib head tool to lock. The lock rod is mounted on the end wall after galvanizing in order to not damage the galvanizing layer, but the lock cannot be mounted by welding after galvanizing. In order to ensure the strength of the lock, the storage of the hook head and the operation gap between the lock handle and the end wall thin plate, the conventional hook head lock is thick in overall thickness, is suitable for the end wall with the thickness of more than 20mm, and is mostly installed by welding after galvanization.
According to the requirement, the thickness of the end wall is about 15mm, the diameter of the lock rod is 10mm, the lock is installed after galvanizing is needed, and the operation space of the lock handle is enough (after the end wall is thinned, the operation space from the lock handle to the end wall cladding plate is reduced). Therefore, conventional locks cannot be used, and the lock structure needs to be re-developed and designed to at least partially solve the above problems.

Herein, a direction perpendicular to the end walls of the tray case is defined as a length direction of the tray case, and a direction perpendicular to the side walls of the tray case is defined as a width direction of the tray case.
The following detailed description is to be read in connection with specific embodiments.
A first aspect of the invention discloses a pallet box lock which may be adapted for a pallet box having thin end walls.
As shown in fig. 1, a pallet box locker 100 according to a first embodiment of the present invention may be mounted to a pallet box 1. The pallet box 1 comprises a bottom tray 4, two end walls 2 and two side walls 3. In the assembled state of the pallet box 1, the end wall 2 is located inside the side wall 3. A pallet box lock 100 is provided at the upper corner of the end wall 2 facing the outside of the box.
The tray case locker 100 according to the first embodiment of the present invention includes a lock case 10, a lock bar assembly 20, and a mounting fixture 64. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the lock case 10 is welded to the end wall upper beam 2A and the end wall pillar 2B, and is located at an upper corner portion of the end wall 2 on a side facing the outside of the tray box, and constitutes a part of the main structure of the outer frame of the end wall 2. The lock box 10 is preferably cast.
As shown in fig. 3, the lock lever assembly 20 may include a lock lever 21, a lock handle 22, and a lock lever support 23. The lock lever 21 includes a locking end 21A for locking and a tail end 21B opposite to the locking end. The locking end 21A is provided with a locking hook 21C. The lock handle 22 includes a connection end 22A connected to the lock lever 21 and an operation end 22C opposite to the connection end 22A. The lock handle 22 is parallel to the locking hook head 21C, that is, the lock handle 22 and the locking hook head 21C both extend from the lock lever 21, and the extending direction of the lock handle 22 is the same as and parallel to the extending direction of the locking hook head 21C. The lock lever support 23 has a second lock lever shaft hole 26, and the lock lever 21 extends through the second lock lever shaft hole 26. The lock lever support 23 is located between the lock handle 22 and the lock hook head 21C. That is, the connecting end 22A of the lock handle 22 is connected to the lock lever 21 on the opposite side of the lock lever support 23 from the locking hook head 21C such that the lock lever support 23 is located between the lock handle 22 and the locking hook head 21C. The lock lever 21 is rotatable about the axis of the lock lever and/or translatable in the axial direction of the lock lever with the lock handle 22.
The lock lever support 23 has a second mounting portion at a lower end (an end near the lock handle 22). In the illustrated embodiment, the second mounting portion is preferably configured as a mounting through hole 24. The locking lever support 23 has an installation stopper 27 at its upper end. The mounting stopper 27 is located on the opposite side of the lock lever support 23 from the second mounting portion and protrudes from the top of the lock lever support 23.
In addition, locking rod assembly 20 may be surface treated (e.g., electro-galvanized) together after being assembled and welded as a unitary component.
As shown in fig. 4a and 4b, the lock case 10 includes a first lock lever shaft hole 11, a lock handle stopper 13, a first mounting portion, a hook receiving groove 15, and a mounting stopper groove 17. In the present embodiment, the first mounting portion is preferably configured as a fixing hole 14. The first lock lever shaft hole 11 is for receiving the tail end 21B of the lock lever 21. A locking bar mounting portion 18 is provided between the fixing hole 14 and the mounting stopper groove 17. The locking bar mounting portion 18 communicates the inside and outside of the tray case, and communicates with the hook head accommodating groove 15, the mounting limit groove 17, and the first locking bar shaft hole 11, for mounting and accommodating the locking bar 21. The installation limiting groove 17 is located on the opposite side of the lock case 10 from the hook head accommodating groove 15, and the installation limiting groove 17 is communicated with the lock lever installation portion 18 for accommodating the installation limiting block 27. The hook receiving groove 15 communicates with the lock lever mounting portion 18, and the hook receiving groove 15 is larger in size than the locking end 21A of the lock lever 21 to receive the locking hook 21C.
The pallet box lock 100 of the present invention is installed by welding the lock case 10 to the upper corner of the end wall 2 (as shown in fig. 5 a), performing surface treatment (e.g., hot galvanizing) on the assembled end wall 2 (together with the lock case 10), and then installing the surface-treated (e.g., electro-galvanized) lock rod assembly 20 on the lock case 10.
The locking bar assembly 20 is mounted to the lock case 10 as follows. As shown in fig. 5B, the lock lever assembly 20 is tilted at an angle such that the tail end 21B of the lock lever 21 is inserted into the first lock lever shaft hole 11 of the lock case 10 obliquely even if the lock handle 22 and the locking hook 21C are rotated toward the outside of the case. Preferably, the diameter of the first locking lever shaft hole 11 is larger than the diameter of the rear end 21B of the locking lever 21 and has a clearance enough for the locking lever 21 to be inserted obliquely, and the diameter of the rear end 21B of the locking lever 21 may be slightly smaller than the locking lever diameter of the locking end 21A for the sufficient clearance. While the lock lever 21 is inserted into the first lock lever shaft hole 11, the lock lever support 23 is inclined at a proper angle so that the installation stopper 27 corresponds to the hook head receiving groove 15. In the process of inserting the lock lever 21 into the first lock lever shaft hole 11 (in the process of moving the lock lever 21 from left to right in fig. 5 b), the mounting stopper 27 enters the lock lever mounting part 18 from the hook head receiving groove 15. After the installation limiting block 27 is flush with the installation limiting groove 17 of the lock box 10, the lock rod support 23 is rotated, so that the installation limiting block 27 is rotated to the inner side of the box of the end wall 2 through the lock rod installation part 18 until the lock rod support 23 is flush with the outer side of the lock box 10, and the installation limiting block 27 is correspondingly screwed into the installation limiting groove 17. The lock assembly is then completed by aligning the mounting through-hole 24 with the mounting hole 14 and fixedly attaching the locking bar support 23 to the lock case 10 using the mounting fixture 64 (see fig. 5 c). The mounting fixture 64 is preferably a rivet, i.e., preferably a rivet-on-rivet fixture, that connects the locking bar support 23 to the lock case 10. It will be appreciated that the first and second mounting portions may be attached to lock bar support 23 to lock case 10 using a variety of attachment means, such as adhesive, snap, bolt, etc.
It is to be understood that in the first embodiment of the present invention, at least a portion 18A of the lock lever mounting portion 18 facing the mounting limit groove 17 (a portion of the lock lever mounting portion 18 located directly below the mounting limit groove 17 in fig. 4a and 4 b) is configured as a through hole (i.e., the portion 18A communicates the inside and outside of the tray case) for screwing the mounting limit stopper 27 into the mounting limit groove 17. As shown in fig. 4a and 4b, in the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the locking bar mounting part 18 is integrally constructed as a through hole (i.e., the inside and outside of the pallet box communicate over the entire range of the locking bar mounting part 18). Compared to the manner in which the through-hole is constructed only at the portion 18A facing the installation limiting groove 17, in which the portion of the lock lever installation portion 18 other than 18A remains a cast wall, the preferred embodiment can reduce the weight of the lock while eliminating interference that may be caused to the installation and movement of the lock lever 21, and further reduce the thickness of the lock, so that the pallet box can have thin end walls.
In the first embodiment of the present invention, the installation limiting groove 17 is blocked outside the installation limiting block 27, so that the lock rod assembly 20 can be prevented from falling and rotating outwards. In an embodiment of the present invention, not shown, the second mounting portion of the lock lever support 23 includes two mounting through holes 24, and the first mounting portion of the lock case 10 includes two fixing holes 14, which are respectively located above and below the lock lever 21. Two rivets are used to attach the locking bar support 23 to the lock case 10. In this embodiment, since the two mounting points are located above and below the lock lever 21, respectively, the lock lever assembly 20 can be effectively prevented from falling and rotating outward, and thus the mounting stopper groove 17 and the mounting stopper 27 can be omitted.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the receiving portion 14A is provided below the first mounting portion (for example, the fixing hole 14), and the receiving portion 14A has a receiving surface 14B. When the lock lever support 23 is attached to the lock case 10, the receiving surface 14B contacts the lock lever support 23 below the lock lever support 23, serving as a bearing and positioning function.
In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the attachment end 22A of the lock handle 22 is configured as two parallel attachment arms 22M and 22N. The coupling end 22A and the operating end 22C of the lock handle 22 are coupled by a bent portion 22D so that the operating end 22C is farther from the lock case 10 than the coupling end 22A after the lock lever assembly 20 is mounted to the lock case 10, thereby facilitating the user's operation of the lock handle 22. The lock handle 22 is preferably constructed in the form of a flat plate or is made of a plate material having a relatively small thickness, which increases the operating clearance between the lock handle 22 and the end wall 2, and facilitates the operator's hand to enter between the lock handle 22 and the end wall 2 to operate the lock handle 22.
As shown in fig. 6 and 9a, the upper corners of the side walls 3 are provided with locking elements 30. The locking element 30 abuts the sidewall upper beam 3A and the sidewall upright 3B. The locking element 30 includes a hook receiving opening 31, a locking hole 32 and a hook locking groove 33. The aperture of the locking hole 32 is smaller than the size of the locking end 21A. The lock hole 32 is an open lock hole that opens to the outside of the box. That is, in the present invention, the locking hole 32 is not a conventional closed hole, and the side of the locking hole 32 close to the outside of the case is opened for passing the locking hook 21C. The hook head receiving opening 31 is located on the side of the lock hole 32 close to the end wall 2. As shown in fig. 7a to 7c, in a state where the tray case 1 is assembled, the space of the hook receiving opening 31 and the space of the hook receiving groove 15 of the lock case 10 at least partially communicate with each other. The hook head receiving opening 31 is larger in size than the locking end 21A to accommodate the locking hook head 21C. The hook locking groove 33 is located on the side of the locking hole 32 remote from the end wall 2. The hook head locking groove 33 is larger in size than the locking end 21A to accommodate the locking hook head 21C.
The locking process of the pallet box lock 100 of the present invention is: rotating the lock handle 22 to a substantially horizontal position (as shown in fig. 7 b), the corresponding locking hook 21C is rotated from the hook-down state to the hook-out-of-box state at the hook receiving groove 15, at which time the locking hook 21C is aligned with the opening of the lock hole 32, and the locking hook 21C passes through the hook receiving opening 31 during the rotation; moving the lock lever 21 toward the side wall 3 to pass the lock hook head 21C through the opening of the lock hole 32; the lock handle 22 is rotated in the opposite direction until it is parallel to the end wall 2 (i.e., vertically downward), and the locking hook 21C is also positioned downward in the hook locking groove 33 and hooked to the lower wall of the locking hole 32 (as shown in fig. 7C), thereby completing the locking of the lock 100. And unlocking can be realized by reverse operation.
In the present application, the state in which the lock lever 21 is not extended out of the lock case 10 and the locking hook 21C is located in the hook receiving groove 15 is the open state of the tray case lock 100 (as shown in fig. 7 a), in which the lock lever 21 is located at the open position. The state in which the lock lever 21 is extended out of the lock case 10 and the locking hook 21C is located in the hook locking groove 33 is the locked state of the tray case lock 100 (as shown in fig. 7C), in which the lock lever 21 is located at the locked position.
In the locked state of the tray box lock 100, the lock handle connecting arm 22M of the lock handle 22, which is away from the lock hook head 21C, is located on the side of the lock handle stopper 13, which is away from the lock hook head 21C, and abuts against the lock handle stopper 13 to prevent the lock lever 21 from moving toward the side wall 3. At this time, the lower wall of the locking hole 32 prevents the locking hook head 21C from moving toward the end wall 2, that is, prevents the locking bar 21 from moving toward the end wall 2, thereby achieving a firm locking of the lock. Although the lock lever 21 can be restricted from moving toward the side wall 3 by abutting the lock lever connecting arm 22N of the lock lever 22 adjacent to the lock hook 21C against the lock lever support 23, since the lock lever support 23 is a mounting member and is inferior in connection strength and positional accuracy to the lock lever stopper 13 integrated with the lock case 10, it is preferable that the lock lever 22 abuts against the lock lever stopper 13 with a gap left between the lock lever 22 and the lock lever support 23 in the locked state.
As shown in fig. 7a to 7c, the pallet box lock 100 may further be provided with a limit stop 50 in order to make the limit of the lock handle 22 in the open position and the locked position more reliable. The limit stop 50 is a U-shaped piece, the two side walls of the U forming two lock handle stops 51. As shown in fig. 4a and 4b, the lock case 10 is provided with a stopper attachment opening 12. The stopper attachment port 12 communicates between the inside and outside of the tank of the end wall 2. The U-shaped bottom wall of the catch 50 is connected (e.g., welded) to the lock case 10 at the catch mounting opening 12. The lock handle stopper 13 longitudinally straddles the striker mounting hole 12 at a widthwise middle portion of the striker mounting hole 12. Two lock handle separation blades 51 of the limiting lock retainer 50 extend out of the box from the lock retainer mounting port 12 and are respectively positioned on two sides of the lock handle limiting block 13, and two lock handle accommodating spaces are formed between the two lock handle separation blades 51 and the lock handle limiting block 13. The sides of the two lock handle flaps 51 facing the lock handle stopper 13 are provided with protrusions 52. The distance between the projection 52 and the side of the lock handle stopper 13 is smaller than the width of the lock handle connecting arm.
When the lock handle 22 is placed, the lock handle 22 is rotated toward the end wall 2, the lock handle connecting arm is pressed into the lock handle receiving space by the deformability of the lock handle stopper 51, and the protrusion 52 can prevent the lock handle connecting arm entering the lock handle receiving space from coming out of the lock handle receiving space. In the opened state of the tray case lock 100, the lock handle connection arm 22N of the lock handle 22 near the lock hook 21C is pressed into the lock handle storage space near the lock hook 21C. In the locked state of the tray box lock 100, the lock handle connection arm 22M of the lock handle 22, which is distant from the locking hook head 21C, is pressed into the lock handle accommodation space, which is distant from the locking hook head 21C. In order to smoothly press the lock handle 22 into the lock handle receiving space, both sides of the upper end of the lock handle stopper 13 have guide arc surfaces 16 (as shown in fig. 7 c), and the guide arc surfaces 16 guide the lock handle 22 into the lock handle receiving space.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the locking element 30 further comprises an end wall stop 34, and the lock case 10 further comprises a recess 19 for engaging the end wall stop 34. As shown in fig. 6, an end wall stopper 34 is provided at the side wall pillar 3B. As shown in fig. 7a to 7c, in the state where the tray case 1 is assembled, the end wall stopper 34 protrudes from the side wall toward the end wall, outside the lock case 10, specifically, outside the recessed portion 19 of the lock case 10. Therefore, the end wall stopper 34 can prevent the upper portion of the end wall 2 from inclining to the outside of the box, and the lock lever 21 can prevent the upper portion of the end wall 2 from inclining to the inside of the box, thereby ensuring the stability of the end wall 2 in the assembled state.
According to the pallet box lock 100 of the first embodiment of the present invention, the lock 100 is adapted to be mounted to a thin end wall by providing the hook receiving groove 15 for the locking hook 21C between the lock lever support 23 and the outer end of the end wall pillar, receiving the locking hook 21C in the hook receiving groove 15 with the hook down, configuring the locking hole 32 on the side wall pillar as an open locking hole, configuring the lock lever support 23 as an integral structure, and configuring the lock handle 22 as a flat plate structure.
According to the pallet box lockset, the locking hook head is larger than the thickness of the end wall, so that the locking hook head is downward in the accommodating direction so as not to exceed the end wall. The locking hook heads are downward when the tray box is stored, the locking hook heads need to be outward when the locking hook heads move towards the side wall locking holes, and in order to maximize the volume of the tray box, the end walls are the outer size of the tray box, so the locking holes in the side walls cannot be conventional closed holes, and the side, close to the outer side of the tray box, of the locking holes needs to be opened so that the locking hook heads can pass through. In order to ensure that the lock does not exceed the thickness of the end wall, the wall thickness of a second lock rod shaft hole on the lock rod support between the locking hook head and the lock handle is smaller, so that the lock rod support is made into a part sleeved on the lock rod in order to ensure the strength of the lock rod support. In the case of a thin end wall, the lock handle is constructed in a flat plate form, and the distance between the lock handle and the end wall can be increased in a limited space, thereby facilitating the operation.
In addition, according to the tray box lock, the lock rod, the lock handle and the lock rod support can firstly form a lock rod assembly to carry out surface treatment (such as electro-galvanizing) together through a special installation mode, and then the lock rod assembly is installed on the tray box, so that the functional requirement of installing the hook head type lock after the surface treatment is finished is met, the damage to a product caused by welding installation of the lock is avoided, refinishing paint is not needed, the environmental pollution is reduced, the structure is simple, and the installation is rapid and convenient.
In the first embodiment of the present invention, the lock handle 22 is restricted by the elastic deformation force of the lock handle stopper 51. For some tray boxes with high safety requirements, a rigid limiting mechanism can be further arranged to limit the lock handle. As shown in fig. 8, the pallet box 1 is mounted with a pallet box locker 200 according to a second embodiment of the present invention. Compared to the pallet box latch 100, the pallet box latch 200 adds a rigid stop mechanism safety catch 40.
As shown in fig. 9a and 9b, the safety catch 40 includes a catch holder 41, a catch 42, a catch handle 43, and a spring 44. The bar support 41 is of a semi-enclosed construction and is secured (e.g. welded) to the end wall uprights 2B in use beneath the lock box 10 with its open side facing the interior of the pallet box 1. The top and the bottom of the pin holder 41 are respectively provided with an upper pin hole 45A and a lower pin hole 45B, and the upper pin hole 45A and the lower pin hole 45B are centered in the vertical direction. The diameter of the upper stopper hole 45A is larger than the diameter of the lower stopper hole 45B. The stopper 42 is fitted with two stopper holes through which the stopper 42 is disposed in the stopper support 41. The axis of the bar 42 is vertically parallel to the end wall 2. The lower portion of the stopper 42 is thinner than the upper portion of the stopper 42. The spring 44 is sleeved on the lower part of the stop lever 42. The spring 44 has a radial outer diameter smaller than the diameter of the upper portion of the stopper 42 and larger than the diameter of the lower stopper hole 45B so that the stopper 42 can be supported in the stopper support 41. The upper end of the stopper 42 protrudes from the upper stopper hole 45A under the biasing force of the spring 44. Therefore, when the lock is locked, the protruding end (upper end) of the bar 42 of the safety catch 40 is caught at the outside of the case of the lock handle 22, preventing the lock handle 22 from being opened unintentionally.
A bar handle 43 of the safety catch 40 is fixedly connected to the middle of the bar 42. The side of the bar support 41 near the center of the end wall has a bar handle groove 46. The bar handle 43 protrudes from the bar handle groove to the outside of the bar support 41. The dimension of the bar handle groove 46 in the vertical direction is such that the bar handle 43 can move up and down in the bar handle groove 46. The stop lever 42 is in a limit state when the stop lever handle 43 abuts against the upper end of the stop lever handle groove 46 by the spring 44.
The sum of the pressing height of the spring 44 and the distance from the spring 44 to the protruding end (upper end) of the bar 42 is smaller than the distance between the upper bar hole 45A and the lower bar hole 45B of the bar support 41 so that the bar 42 and the spring 44 can be fitted into the bar support 41.
According to the second embodiment of the present invention, the stopper rod holder 41 is welded to the end wall pillar and then surface-treated (e.g., hot-dip galvanized) together with the end wall; the stopper bar handle 43 is welded to the stopper bar 42 first, and then surface-treated (e.g., electrogalvanized) together with the stopper bar 42; after the surface treatment, a safety catch 40 is installed before the end wall sheathing is installed. Fig. 11 shows the tray box after the end wall and the side wall covering plate are installed, and one side of the tray box lock facing the interior of the tray box is covered by the covering plate, so that the structure of the lock is protected, and the tray box lock is neat and attractive.
The installation process of the safety catch 40 is as follows: first, the stopper bar support 41 is fixed to the end wall pillar 2B with the open side of the stopper bar support 41 facing the tank inside of the end wall 2; the spring 44 is sleeved on the lower end of the stop lever 42; the stopper lever handle 43 is directed toward the inside of the case of the end wall 2, and the lower end of the stopper lever 42 is inserted obliquely into the lower stopper lever hole 45B of the stopper lever support 41 from the inside of the case of the end wall 2 to completely compress the spring 44; aligning the upper end of the pin 42 with the upper pin hole 45A of the pin holder 41, and releasing the spring 44 to allow the spring 44 to extend the upper end of the pin 42 out of the upper pin hole 45A of the pin holder 41; the stop lever handle 43 is rotated to allow the stop lever handle 43 to enter the stop lever handle groove 46, and the stop lever handle 43 abuts against the upper end of the stop lever handle groove 46, thereby completing the installation of the safety catch 40.
In another embodiment, the distance from the upper end of the bar handle 43 to the lower end of the bar 42 is smaller than the distance between the upper bar hole 45A and the lower bar hole 45B of the bar support 41. The installation process of the safety catch 40 is as follows: first, the stopper bar support 41 is fixed to the end wall pillar 2B with the open side of the stopper bar support 41 facing the tank inside of the end wall 2; the stop lever handle 43 faces the box inner side of the end wall 2, the upper end of the stop lever 42 is inserted into the upper stop lever hole 45A of the stop lever support 41 from the box inner side of the end wall 2 in an inclined manner, the upper end of the stop lever handle 43 abuts against the top of the stop lever support 41, and the spring 44 is sleeved on the lower end of the stop lever 42; aligning the lower end of the stopper rod 42 with the lower stopper rod hole 45B of the stopper rod support 41, and compressing the spring 44 to make the lower end of the stopper rod 42 protrude from the lower stopper rod hole 45B of the stopper rod support 41; the stop lever handle 43 is rotated to allow the stop lever handle 43 to enter the stop lever handle groove 46, and the stop lever handle 43 abuts against the upper end of the stop lever handle groove 46, thereby completing the installation of the safety catch 40.
It will be appreciated that the bar handle 43 is connected to the bar 42 at the middle of the bar 42 such that the bar handle 43 prevents the spring 44 from moving upward, thereby ensuring that the spring 44 supports the bar 42 at the lower portion of the bar 42. Therefore, the lower portion of the stopper 42 may be as thick as or thicker than the upper portion of the stopper 42. The diameters of the upper and lower stopper holes 45A and 45B are adapted to the diameters of the upper and lower portions of the stopper 42, respectively.
In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 9, the outside of the case where the bar 42 is extended is provided with a slope 42E, and the lock handle 22 is provided with a lateral side 22E. As shown in fig. 10, when the lock handle 22 is locked, when the lock hook 21C enters the hook lock groove 33 through the opening of the lock hole 32, during the rotation of the lock handle 22 toward the tray box to be parallel to the end wall 2 (during the locking of the tray box lock 200 and the accommodation of the lock handle 22), the lateral edge 22E of the lock handle 22 contacts the inclined surface 42E from the lower edge of the inclined surface 42E and applies downward pressure to the inclined surface 42E, so that the spring 44 is compressed and the stopper 42 moves downward to retract the stopper holder 41; after the lock handle 22 continues to rotate to a certain angle toward the tray box (for example, after the lock handle 22 is completely stored), the transverse edge 22E is separated from the inclined surface 42E from the upper edge of the inclined surface 42E, the spring 44 is decompressed, the stop lever 42 extends upwards again under the biasing force of the spring, so that the stop lever 42 stops at the outer side of the transverse edge 22E (as shown in fig. 9 a), and automatic limiting is realized.
The locking operation of the pallet box lock 200 is completely the same as that of the pallet box lock 100, and the safety catch 40 can be automatically limited during locking without operating the safety catch 40. When the lock is unlocked, one hand needs to pull the stop lever handle 43 downwards first to enable the upper end of the stop lever 42 to be separated from the lock handle 22, and the other hand operates the lock handle 22 to unlock the lock. The lock can also be opened with one hand, such as with the thumb depressing lever handle 43 and the remaining fingers operating lock handle 22.
It will be appreciated that the bar 42 may also be disposed transversely parallel to the end walls for blocking edge portions of the lock handle 22 similar to the transverse edges 22E.
The lock handle 22 can be limited only by the limiting lock catch 50 or the safety lock catch 40, or the lock handle 22 can be limited by the limiting lock catch 50 and the safety lock catch 40 at the same time, so that double protection is achieved.
The tray box lock 200 according to the second embodiment of the present invention improves the security of the lock locking by providing the safety catch 40.
A second aspect of the invention discloses a pallet box which uses the pallet box lock according to the invention described above and can therefore have thin end walls. When using a pallet box lock according to the invention, the thickness of the end wall may be smaller than the size of the locking end (including the locking hook) of the locking bar, the thickness of the end wall may be 12-18mm and the diameter of the locking bar 8-12 mm. For example, the locking bar diameter may be set to 10mm and the end wall thickness may be set to 15 mm.
According to the tray box, the volume of the tray box is effectively improved, the outer surface of the tray box is neat, no extra loading space is occupied during transportation, and the logistics cost can be reduced. A plurality of parts such as locking levers, stop levers of tray case can be installed to the tray case again after surface treatment in advance, and the installation method is convenient, need not the welding, can not destroy the surface treatment layer, has not only guaranteed the pleasing to the eye of outward appearance, has improved the corrosion-resistant ability of tray case moreover. The surface does not need to be repaired, and the manpower and material resources can be saved, thereby reducing the environmental pollution.
The present invention has been described in terms of the above embodiments, but it should be understood that the above embodiments are for purposes of illustration and description only and are not intended to limit the invention to the scope of the described embodiments. Furthermore, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above, and that many variations and modifications may be made in accordance with the teachings of the present invention, which variations and modifications fall within the scope of the present invention as claimed. The scope of the invention is defined by the appended claims and equivalents thereof.
