The cooking appliance according to claim 4, wherein in the extreme inward-turning position of the arm rest (2), the top support surface of the arm rest (2) is inclined inwardly and downwardly in the direction of the central axis of the grip handle (1) with a maximum angle of inclination of not more than 35 °.

6. The cooking appliance according to claim 1, wherein the outer end of the gripping handle (1) is bent upwards and the arm rest (2) is a pallet mounted on top of the outer end.

7. The cooking appliance according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the length of the grip handle (1) is not less than 15 cm.

8. The cooking appliance according to claim 6, wherein the bending height of the grip handle (1) is 3-12 cm.
