Labor-saving cookware handle as claimed in claim 4 or 5 or 6 or 7 wherein the gripping and connecting socket (9) comprises an upper part (10) and a lower part (11) rotatably connected to each other, the upper end of the upper part (10) is provided with the lateral gripping part (6), the lower end of the lower part (11) is connected to the handle body (1), and the rotatable connection of the upper part (10) and the lower part (11) is provided with a second positioning structure for fixing the upper part (10) and the lower part (11) relative to each other when the upper part (10) is rotated to the vertical setting.

The labor-saving cookware handle according to claim 8 wherein the second positioning structure comprises a second positioning hole disposed on the lower part (11) and a second positioning pin movably disposed through the upper part (10), a second spring is disposed between the second positioning pin and the upper part (10), and the front end of the second positioning pin is inserted into the second positioning hole under the action of the second spring when the second positioning pin moves to the second positioning hole.

10. A labor saving cookware handle as claimed in claim 1 wherein the arm rest structure (3) comprises the rest (5), the rest (5) being connected to the handle body (1) by a rest connection structure (12).

11. Labor saving cookware handle according to claim 10, characterized in that the bracket (5) is pivotally connected to the bracket connection structure (12) in a horizontal direction.

The labor-saving cookware handle according to claim 10 or 11 wherein the bracket connection structure (12) comprises a rotating sleeve (13), the bracket (5) is arranged on the rotating sleeve (13) and the bracket (5) can rotate to the lower side of the handle body (1), the rotating sleeve (13) is rotatably connected with the handle body (1), and a third positioning structure is arranged between the rotating sleeve (13) and the handle body (1) to fix the rotating sleeve (13) and the handle body (1) relatively when the bracket (5) is vertically upward.

The labor-saving cooker handle according to claim 12, wherein the rotating sleeve (13) is rotatably sleeved on the connecting body (14), the connecting body (14) is fixed at the end of the extending end of the handle body (1), the third positioning structure comprises a third positioning hole formed in the connecting body (14) and a third positioning pin movably arranged on the rotating sleeve (13) in a penetrating manner, a third spring is arranged between the third positioning pin and the rotating sleeve (13), the front end of the third positioning pin is inserted into the third positioning hole under the action of the third spring when the third positioning pin moves to the third positioning hole, and an axial telescopic adjusting structure (15) is arranged between the connecting body (14) and the extending end of the handle body (1).

14. Labor-saving cookware handle as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that said gripping structure (2) is connected to the handle body (1) by a first detachable structure; the arm bracket structure (3) is connected with the handle body (1) through a second detachable structure.

15. Labor-saving cookware handle according to claim 2, characterized in that the height of the transversal grip (6) is higher than the bottom of the opening (4) of the bracket (5).

16. Labor-saving cookware handle as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the gripping structure (2) and the arm rest structure (3) are respectively arranged on a connecting sleeve (16), the connecting sleeve (16) being sleeved on the handle body (1).

17. A labor saving cookware employing the labor saving cookware handle as claimed in any of claims 1-16 comprising a cookware body (17), said labor saving cookware handle being affixed to the cookware body (17).
