In general, drinking water for households is produced by boiling tap water through a water dispenser through a tap water pipeline to produce potable water, and is also directly delivered to users in a delivery mode, and a drinking water tank in which drinking water is packaged is directly delivered to the users by a water distribution unit and is installed on the water dispenser. When the water in the drinking water tank of the user is used up, the water distribution unit is informed to send a new drinking water tank to the user for water supplement.

The processing unit also comprises a user database which is connected with the control center and respectively establishes a file library for each user, wherein each file library records drinking water tank ordering information and stock history of a corresponding user and information which is transmitted by the control center and is related to the corresponding user.
The processing unit also comprises a map unit which is connected with the user database and the display unit and used for establishing a map, recording marks corresponding to all users on the map and outputting the map to the display through the display unit, wherein the marks of the map can display information of the corresponding archives of the corresponding users in the user database after being clicked.
The processing unit also comprises a statistic unit which is connected with the control center and used for counting the relevant data in the processing unit.
When the residual quantity of the drinking water tanks is lower than a certain value, the control center prompts a user whether water is required to be supplemented; or when the residual quantity of the drinking water tanks is lower than a certain value, the control center requires the water distribution unit to automatically replenish water for the user.
The control center can determine the time for water supplement and plan a water supplement route according to the number of the residual drinking water tanks of all users.
The processing unit is in the form of a user APP and is installed on a client electronic information device of the user.
The processing unit is installed in at least one website-side electronic information device and is connected with at least one client-side electronic information device, so that a user can enter the processing unit through the client-side electronic information device.

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, a water monitoring and prompting system for a water dispenser according to the present invention is shown, which comprises the following components:
a water dispenser 1, which can be used to install a replaceable drinking water tank 2 containing water, rather than a drinking device for dispensing drinking water through an external pipeline, as shown in fig. 1, the water dispenser 1 includes a water outlet device 4, which can be operated to output water in the drinking water tank 2 to a user, and can heat or cool the water if necessary.
A sensor 10 located at the water dispenser 1 or close to the water dispenser 1 to monitor the position of the drinking water tank 2, wherein the sensor 10 is used for sensing the water amount in the drinking water tank 2 and transmitting the water amount to the outside, and preferably, the sensor 10 transmits sensing information in a wireless manner, such as Wi-Fi, telecommunication wireless network, and other suitable manners. The sensor 10 may also apply logic to determine whether a new drinking water tank 2 has been replaced. The water quantity monitoring mode of the sensor 10 in the invention can be the weight of the drinking water tank 2, or the water level in the drinking water tank 2 can be monitored by applying laser or different optical monitoring modes, and various water quantity monitoring modes are all the protection scope of the invention.
The sensor 10 shown in fig. 1 is for illustrative purposes only, and the form and position of the sensor are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.
A processing unit 3 comprising:
a control center 20 connected to the sensor 10 (as shown in fig. 2), receiving information about the amount of water in the drinking water tank 2 or information about replacement of the drinking water tank 2 from the sensor 10, determining the condition of water use and required operation according to the information, and outputting corresponding information.
The control center 20 may also calculate the number of remaining drinking water tanks 2 for each user. If the first user had been given 10 bottles of drinking water 2, the first user would have left 8 bottles if 2 had been used up.
A prompt database 30 connected to the control center 20, wherein the prompt database includes a plurality of different prompt statements 31, and each prompt statement 31 corresponds to the information in the control center 20.
Wherein the prompt 31 may have different contents, such as when the number of drinking water tanks 2 is insufficient, the prompt 31 prompts the user that a new drinking water tank 2 has to be ordered, or prompts the processing unit 3 that a new drinking water tank 2 has to be sent to the user; or when the water consumption is too low, the prompting sentence 31 prompts the user that more water needs to be supplemented; or when the water consumption is excessive, the prompt sentence 31 prompts that whether the scene is abnormal or not needs to be checked.
A display unit 35, connected to the control center 20, the prompt database 30 and a display 500, for finding out the corresponding prompt sentence 31 in the prompt database 30 according to the information output by the control center 20, so as to output the corresponding prompt sentence 31 to the display 500.
The processing unit 3 further comprises a user database 40 connected to the control center 20, and establishing a file 41 for each user, wherein each file 41 records the order information and the inventory history of the drinking water tank 2 of a corresponding user and the information about the corresponding user transmitted from the control center 20.
The processing unit 3 further includes a map unit 50, which is connected to the user database 40 and the display unit 35, and configured to establish a map, record a mark corresponding to each user on the map, and output the map to the display 500 through the display unit 35, where the mark of the map can display information of the archive 41 corresponding to the user in the user database 40 after being clicked.
The processing unit 3 further comprises a statistical unit 60 connected to the control center 20 for counting the relevant data in the processing unit 3, wherein the statistical unit 60 can be set by the processing unit 3 in various statistical manners and presented in a suitable table.
Such as the total number of drinking water tanks 2 stored at the customer end, or the flow or inventory of the day, month, year, etc. The user can know the water consumption per unit time according to the statistical data. The administrator of the processing unit 3 can also know the operation status of the whole system based on the statistical data.
When the residual quantity of the drinking water tank 2 is lower than a certain value, the control center 20 prompts the user whether water is needed to be supplemented; or when the remaining quantity of the drinking water tank 2 is below a certain value, the control center 20 requests the water distribution unit to automatically replenish water to the user.
Wherein the control center 20 can also determine the time for replenishing water and plan the replenishing route according to the remaining amount of the drinking water tanks 2 of all users.
The system configuration of the present invention can have various flexible configurations, as shown in fig. 3, the processing unit 3 is in the form of a user APP 600 installed on the user's client electronic information device 400. Alternatively, as shown in fig. 4, the processing unit 3 can also be installed in at least one website-side electronic information device 300 (e.g., a server), and the processing unit 3 is connected to at least one client-side electronic information device 400, so that a user can enter the processing unit 3 through the client-side electronic information device 400. The display 500 connected to the display unit 35 can be the display 401 of the client-side electronic information device 400 or the display 301 of the website-side electronic information device 300. The control center 20, the prompt database 30, the display unit 35, the user database 40, the map unit 50, and the statistical unit 60 of the processing unit 3 may be configured at different locations according to the requirement.
The website-side electronic information apparatus 300 may be a cloud server, so that the processing unit 3 of the present invention is configured in the cloud server, and a user or a manager of the processing unit 3 can enter the processing unit 3 through the APP to perform a required operation.
The invention has the advantages that the sensor is used for monitoring the water quantity of the replaceable drinking water tank arranged on the water dispenser, the sensed information is transmitted to the processing unit, the processing unit can know the water consumption condition of a user according to the water quantity of the drinking water tank or the replacement condition of the drinking water tank, and the corresponding prompt information is determined to inform the user, so that the user can be prompted to supplement water in advance according to the water consumption condition of the user in real time through the processing unit, and the user can also know the water consumption condition according to the statistical data of the processing unit, so that the purposes of full-automatic water consumption monitoring and reminding can be achieved, and the convenience and the water distribution efficiency are greatly improved.
