Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种可简易变换功能并调整机 座的健身器，在该健身器主体前缘设置一半圆形定位 板，定位板周缘钻设有限位孔，配合一固定销与定位 板的简易组合，可根据不同运动项目的需求，随时更 换脚踏器、脚力铁饼及仰卧支杆；机座位置也可作大 幅度的调整，使坐垫与靠垫倾斜适当角度。本实用新 型体积小巧，结构简单，功能多样，调整容易，特别适 用于在室内外进行多种项目的锻炼。

Description

本实用新型涉及一种可简易变换功能并调整机座的健身器，属于一种运动器械。
现有的健身器（请参阅图8），主要由一主体1及一仰卧机座2组合而成，其中主体1呈人字形，仰卧机座2固设于主体1的一端，主体1另端上缘与下缘分别固设有一仰卧支杆11、12，使用者可以头下脚上方式仰卧在机座2上，并将膝盖弯折处跨置于主体1另端上缘的仰卧支杆12上，脚部则勾持下缘的仰卧支杆11，进行仰卧起坐的运动。由于该种健身器系固定式，无法更换其他类型的运动器材，因此只具有仰卧起坐的单一功能，对于希望通过健身器从事多种运动项目的消费者而言，并不太实用。
本实用新型的主要目的，在于提供一种可简易变换功能并调整机座的健身器，使消费者可根据不同运动项目的需求，随时更换脚踏器、脚力铁饼及仰卧支杆，并使机座可作大幅度的上、下调整，使坐垫及靠垫可调整为适当角度的倾斜，以适应使用者采取不同运动姿势，进行多种运动项目的需要。
本实用新型的目的可以如下方式达到：一种可简易变换功能并调整机座的健身器，包括一主体和一机座，在所述主体的一端前缘固设有一半圆形的定位板，下缘两端分别固设有冂型铁，且两侧缘设有多个定位孔，所述定位板周缘钻设有多个限位孔；
所述机座由一坐垫及一靠垫组成并设置在主体上，坐垫下方有固设在主体上的施力杆，所述靠垫下缘一端固设有冂型铁，并通过一易装卸的插销固定在所述主体上，所述靠垫的中央位置则与一顶持架的一端铰接，顶持架的另端固设有冂型铁，该冂型铁嵌套在所述主体的另一端，并通过易装卸的插销固定在所述主体的定位孔上；此外，本实用新型还包括：
一底座，其一端固设有一竖直的承接架和一斜向支撑该承接架的承接架支架，该承接架的另端与所述主体下缘的冂型铁铰接，所述底座的两侧缘设有多个定位孔；
一活动支架，其一端铰接一双冂型铁，该双冂型铁通过易装卸的插销固定在所述底座的定位孔上，所述活动支架的另端铰接在所述主体下缘的冂型铁上。
本实用新型的目的还可以如下方式达到：所述主体的定位板铰接有摆动杆，在该摆动杆上装设有一脚踏器。
在所述主体的定位板上与该主体衔接处预留一段供所述摆动杆摆动的延伸区及一缺口。
在所述主体的定位板上铰接有摆动杆，在该摆动杆上装设有脚力铁饼，另设一易装卸的插销穿过所述定位板上的限位孔和所述的摆动杆。
在所述主体上所述的坐垫与定位板之间固设有一仰卧支杆。
在所述底座的前缘固设有一组滚轮。
在所述承接架支架上设有多个钻孔，并有一脚力支杆通过螺栓固定在所述的一个钻孔上。

本实用新型将结合附图作进一步描述如下：
从图1中可以很清楚看到，本实用新型可简易变换功能并调整机座的健身器，由一主体4、一底座5、一机座6及一活动支架7所构成，其中主体4前缘添置有一半圆形之定位板41，下缘两端分别固设有冂型铁42、43，且两侧缘钻设有定位孔44，定位板41与主体4衔接处预留一延伸区411及缺口412，其周缘钻设有限位孔413，底座5一端上缘固设有一承接架51，两侧缘钻设有定位孔52，机座6系由一坐垫61及一靠垫62组合而成，靠垫62下缘一端固设有冂型铁621，中央位置则与一顶持架63一端铰接，顶持架63另端固设有冂型铁631，坐垫61下方有一向前倾斜的施力杆64固设在主体4上。结合参照图2，组装时先以主体4一端的冂型铁42螺固于底座5一端之承接架51，并以主体4另端的冂型铁43与活动支架7一端螺接，活动支架7另端则藉由一组双冂型铁71及插销31，经由定位孔52固定于底座5的另端，再依序将机座6置于主体4上缘，使靠垫62下缘一端之冂型铁621嵌套于主体4，并以一插销32经由主体4侧缘之定位孔44将机座6固定于主体4，而将机座6下缘之顶持架63另端的冂型铁631嵌套于主体4另端，以一插销33经由定位孔44′固定于主体4，此时顶持架63系平贴于靠垫62下缘，最后再将摆动杆8嵌入定位板41内缘，并以一固定梢45简易固定，在摆动杆8上螺固脚踏器81，即完成本实用新型的组装（如图2所示）。使用者可坐在坐垫61上，以脚部踩踏脚踏器81，并以双手握持施力杆64，由于定位板41与主体4衔接处预留有延伸区411及缺口412，因此摆动杆8在定位板41内缘可有较大幅度的摆动。
本实用新型可通过调整机座6及摆动杆8而达到不同的运动效果（请另行参阅图3），将固定活动支架7与底座5的插销31拨出，并将双冂型铁71移至底座5一端临近承接架51的定位孔52′，再以插销31固定双冂型铁71及底座5，使活动支架7平贴于底座5上缘，机座6向下呈适当角度的倾斜；将摆动杆8往定位板41上缘推，并利用插销34穿过定位板41的限位孔413，使摆动杆8限位于定位板41上缘，使用者可以头下脚上方式仰卧在机座6上，以脚部踩踏脚踏器81，并双手握持施力杆64达到大的运动量。使用者如希望脚踏器81的运动能更为轻松自在，可将摆动杆81恢复原来的下垂状态，再将双冂型铁71的插销31拔出，移至底座5另端的定位孔52，并插上插销31，使活动支架7与主体4回复到原来的垂直螺接，然后将顶持架63另端冂型铁631的插销33拨出，把冂型铁631往主体4前缘方向调整，促使靠垫62受到顶持架63一端顶持而向上倾斜，最后以插销33将冂型铁631固定于主体4的定位孔44″（如图4所示）；使用者可斜躺在靠垫62上进行脚踏器运动，较为省力。
而通过定位板41及固定梢45简易组合，本实用新型也可根据使用者需求将脚踏器81更换为脚力铁饼9（请另行参阅图5），系先于坐垫61与定位板41间加装一仰卧支杆91，再将脚力铁饼9螺固在摆动杆8上，使用者可坐在坐垫61上，将膝盖后弯处跨放于仰卧支杆91上，双手握持施力杆64并以脚背顶持脚力铁饼9。进行脚力铁饼9运动时，也可依照脚踏器81的方式（请再参阅图3），通过活动支架7的位移使机座6作大幅度调整，但此时定位板41适当位置上的定位孔413必须插上插销34，限制脚力铁饼9在定位板41内的摆动幅度（如图6所示）。或者依照图4的方式，通过顶持架63位移而使靠垫62向上倾斜，使用者也可轻松自在地斜躺在靠垫62上进行脚力铁饼9运动（如图7所示）。而使用者也可利用仰卧支杆91的辅助，随着机座6位置的调整而采取平躺或头下脚上的方式，进行仰卧起坐运动，以达到多重用途的功效。
值得一提的是，本实用新型的底座5前缘添设有一组滚轮53，（请再参阅图1）搬运时较便利，承接架51的支架511上缘添设有一可上、下活动的脚力支杆512，使用者采仰卧方式运动完毕后，可以双脚勾持脚力支杆512，使成一着力点，起身较不费力。
综上所述，本实用新型的优点主要是：可根据不同运动项目的要求，随时简易方便地更换脚踏器，脚力铁饼及仰卧支杆，并且可大幅度调整机座的位置，使坐垫及靠垫倾斜一适当的角度。此外，本实用新型体积小巧，结构简单，特别符合一般消费者在室内外进行多种运动的实际需求。

Claims (7)

1、一种可简易变换功能并调整机座的健身器，包括一主体和一机座，其特征在于：
A、在所述主体的一端前缘固设有一半圆形的定位板，下缘两端分别固设有冂型铁，且两侧缘设有多个定位孔，所述定位板周缘钻设有多个限位孔；
B、所述机座由一坐垫及一靠垫组成并设置在主体上，坐垫下方有固设在主体上的施力杆，所述靠垫下缘一端固设有冂型铁，并通过一易装卸的插销固定在所述主体上，所述靠垫的中央位置则与一顶持架的一端铰接，顶持架的另端固设有冂型铁，该冂型铁嵌套在所述主体的另一端，并通过易装卸的插销固定在所述主体的定位孔上；此外，本实用新型还包括：
C、一底座，其一端固设有一竖直的承接架和一斜向支撑该承接架的承接架支架，该承接架的另端与所述主体下缘的冂型铁铰接，所述底座的两侧缘设有多个定位孔；
D、一活动支架，其一端铰接一双冂型铁，该双冂型铁通过易装卸的插销固定在所述底座的定位孔上，所述活动支架的另端铰接在所述主体下缘的冂型铁上。
2、按权利要求1所述的可简易变换功能并调整机座的健身器，其特征在于：所述主体的定位板铰接有摆动杆，在该摆动杆上装设有一脚踏器。
3、按权利要求2所述的可简易变换功能并调整机座的健身器，其特征在于：在所述主体的定位板上与该主体衔接处预留一段供所述摆动杆摆动的延伸区及一缺口。
4、按权利要求1所述的可简易变换功能并调整机座的健身器，其特征在于：在所述主体的定位板上铰接有摆动杆，在该摆动杆上装设有脚力铁饼，另设一易装卸的插销穿过所述定位板上的限位孔和所述的摆动杆。
5、按权利要求4所述的可简易变换功能并调整机座的健身器，其特征在于：在所述主体上所述的坐垫与定位板之间固设有一仰卧支杆。
6、按权利要求3或5所述的可简易变换功能并调整机座的健身器，其特征在于：在所述底座的前缘固设有一组滚轮。
7、按权利要求3或5所述的可简易变换功能并调整机座的健身器，其特征在于：在所述承接架支架上设有多个钻孔，并有一脚力支杆通过螺栓固定在所述的一个钻孔上。
