As shown in fig. 11 and 12, the material swinging mechanism 23 includes a swinging seat 231, a swinging shaft 232, a limiting seat 233, a left limiting block 234, a right limiting block 235, a material pressing block 236, and a limiting spring piece 237; the swing seat 231 is swingably mounted on the vertical platform 11 of the frame 1 through a swing shaft 232, the limit seat 233 is fixed on the top surface of the swing seat 231, the left limit block 234 and the right limit block 235 are mounted on the top surface of the limit seat 233, the left limit block 234 and the right limit block 235 are arranged oppositely, the middle part of the material pressing block 236 is hinged on the right limit block 235 and is positioned between the left limit block 234 and the right limit block 235, a groove 2351 is arranged on the right limit block 235, a spring 2352 is arranged in the groove 2351, one end of the spring 2352 is supported against the bottom surface of the groove 2351, the other end of the spring 2352 is supported against one end of the material pressing block 236, the other end of the material pressing block 236 is pressed against the top surface of the limit seat 233, one end of a limit spring sheet 237 is fixed on the left limit block 234, the other end of the limit spring sheet 237 is pressed against the top surface of the limit seat 233, a baffle 2371 is arranged on the upper edge of the limit spring sheet, the belt can be limited in the width direction by the right limiting block 235, the left limiting block 234 and the spring piece 237 arranged on the left limiting block 234; meanwhile, the belt is limited in the height direction through the spring piece 237 and the material pressing block 236, so that the belt is prevented from running after being cut off; the swing seat 231 swings to realize the swing of the whole limiting seat 233 and the parts fixed on the limiting seat 233, so as to prevent the sticking of materials.
As shown in fig. 4, 2, 13 and 14, the material clamping and feeding mechanism 24 includes a feeding motor 241, a feeding pulley set 242, a feeding clamp 243, a feeding guide rail 244 and a feeding clamping jaw 245; the feeding motor 241, the feeding belt pulley set 242, the feeding clamping block 243 and the feeding guide rail 244 are all installed on the vertical platform 11 of the rack 1, an output shaft of the feeding motor 241 is connected with the feeding belt pulley set 242, the feeding clamping block 243 is connected on the feeding guide rail 244 in a sliding mode, the feeding clamping block 243 is connected with the feeding belt pulley set 242, and the feeding clamping jaw 245 is installed on the feeding clamping block 243.
As shown in fig. 15 and 16, the main feeding mechanism 25 includes a motor base 251, a main feeding motor 252, a main feeding shaft 253, a main feeding wheel 254, a main feeding pulley group 255, a feeding bottom plate 256, and a plurality of bandwidth adjusting blocks 257; the main feeding motor 252 is mounted on the vertical platform 11 of the frame 1 through a motor base 251, an output shaft of the main feeding motor 252 is connected with a main feeding shaft 253 through a main feeding belt pulley group 255, the main feeding shaft 253 is rotatably mounted on the motor base 251, a main feeding wheel 254 is fixedly sleeved on the main feeding shaft 253, a feeding bottom plate 256 is fixedly mounted on the top surface of the motor base 251, a plurality of bandwidth adjusting blocks 257 are arranged on the top surface of the feeding bottom plate 256 for limiting the moving track of the belt, and an auxiliary pressure plate 2561 is fixed at one end of the feeding bottom plate 256.
As shown in fig. 17 and 18, the main pressing mechanism 26 includes a pressing cylinder 261, a pressing base plate 262, a pressing wheel 263, a pressing wheel shaft 264, a pressing link 265, a pressing rod 266, and a pressing rod spring 267; the cylinder body of the pressing cylinder 261 is fixed on the vertical platform 11 of the frame 1, the rod end of a piston rod of the pressing cylinder 261 is connected with the pressing seat plate 262, the pressing wheel 263 is rotatably mounted on the pressing seat plate 262 through a pressing wheel shaft 264, the inner end of the pressing connecting rod 265 is vertically fixed on the side wall of the pressing seat plate 262, the upper end of the pressing rod 266 movably penetrates the outer end of the pressing connecting rod 265, the pressing rod spring 267 is sleeved on the upper portion of the pressing rod 266, two ends of the pressing rod spring 267 respectively abut against a countersunk head at the lower end of the pressing rod 266 and the pressing connecting rod 265, the pressing rod 266 is opposite to the feeding bottom plate 256 to press the conveyed belt, so that the clamping claws can clamp the belt conveniently.
As shown in fig. 5, 23, and 24, the upper pressing mechanism 270 includes an upper pressing cylinder seat 273, an upper pressing cylinder 274, and an upper pressing block 275; the upper material pressing cylinder seat 273 is fixedly arranged on the vertical platform 11 of the frame 1, the cylinder body of the upper material pressing cylinder 274 is arranged on the upper material pressing cylinder seat 273, the piston rod end of the upper material pressing cylinder 274 is connected with the upper material pressing block 275 and drives the upper material pressing block 275 to press on the feeding bottom plate 256 of the main feeding mechanism 25; the upper pressing block 275 is arch-shaped, the upper pressing block 275 is opposite to the auxiliary pressing plate 2561 of the feeding bottom plate 256, the conveyed belt is pressed, the middle gap 2751 gives the clamping jaw an abdication position, so that the clamping jaw can conveniently extend into the clamping jaw to clamp the end part of the belt.
After the clamping and feeding mechanism 24 feeds the tape from right to left to a set position, the pressing seat plate 262 presses the tape down to press the tape on the main feeding wheel 254, and after the tape is cut, the main feeding wheel 254 performs secondary feeding, so that the cut end of the tape is fed to a position where the upper pressing block 275 is opposite to the auxiliary pressing plate 2561, so as to facilitate the clamping jaws to clamp the end of the tape.
As shown in fig. 19-22, the cutting mechanism 27 includes an upper cutter 271, an upper cutter fixing seat 272, a cutting seat 276, a cutter cylinder 277, a lower cutter plate 278, a lower cutter rod 279, a cutter rod fixing plate 2791, a lower cutter 2792, a guide mechanism 2793, and a striking rod 2794; the upper knife fixing seat 272 is fixedly arranged on the vertical platform 11 of the frame 1, and the upper cutting knife 271 is fixedly arranged on the upper knife fixing seat 272; the cutting seat 276 is mounted on the vertical platform 11 of the frame 1, the cylinder body of the cutter cylinder 277 is mounted on the cutting seat 276, the rod end of the piston rod of the cutter cylinder 277 is connected with the lower cutting blade 278, the lower cutting blade 279 is clamped and fixed in the middle of the lower cutting blade 278 by the cutter bar fixing plate 2791 and the cutter bar clamping plate 2795, the upper part of the lower cutting blade 279 is provided with an annular convex wall 2796, the cutter bar fixing plate 2791 and the cutter bar clamping plate 2795 clamp the annular convex wall 2796, so that the lower cutting blade 279 is fixed in the middle of the lower cutting blade 278, the upper end of the lower cutting blade 279 is fixedly connected with the lower cutting blade 2792, the upper end of the lower cutting blade 2792 is opposite to the upper cutting blade 271 (as shown in fig. 2), the lower end of the striking rod 2794 is fixed on the cutter bar fixing plate 2791, the upper end of the striking rod 2794 is located under the limiting seat 233 in the material swinging mechanism 23, and the upper end of the striking rod 2794 can abut against the limiting seat 233 of the material swinging, a guide mechanism 2793 is provided between the lower cutting blade 278 and the cutting holder 276.
The working principle of the feeding and cutting mechanism 2 is as follows:
the tape is wound into the frame 1 from the material poking mechanism 21, passes through the material knotting alarm mechanism, passes through the auxiliary feeding mechanism 22, passes through the guide roller 29, enters the material-free sensing mechanism, passes through the material limiting and pressing swing mechanism 23, and enters the cutting mechanism 27. The first feeding is to cut the tape with a cutter in the cutting mechanism 27 as the starting end of the calculated length of the tape to facilitate the calculation of the length, and then the tape is fed to the left to a set position by the material clamping and feeding mechanism 24 and then compensated to the remaining part of the required tape length by the main feeding mechanism 25. The mechanism for cutting the belt is that the lower cutting knife 2792 is pushed out to the upper knife mechanism through the cutter cylinder 277, the striking rod 2794 jacks up the material swinging mechanism 23, the cutter cylinder 277 of the cutting mechanism 27 descends after the belt is cut off, and the material swinging mechanism 23 returns to the original position, so that the belt adhered to the upper cutting knife 271 is pulled back, and the phenomenon that the belt is adhered to the upper cutting knife 271 so that the end of the belt cannot be clamped by a next material clamping and feeding clamp is prevented.
As shown in fig. 25, fig. 26, fig. 29, fig. 30, fig. 37, and fig. 38, the tape folding device 3 includes a tape folding base 31, a clip guide rail 32, a clip fixing plate 33, a front-rear moving cylinder 34, a front-rear cylinder base plate 35, a clip lifting cylinder 36, a clip lifting plate 37, a clip base plate 38, a clip guide mechanism 39, two clip mechanisms 391, a tape pressing pushing mechanism 392, a left tape pressing mechanism 393, and a right tape pressing mechanism 394;
the tape folding base 31 is installed on the working platform 12 of the frame 1, the clamp guide rail 32 is fixed on the top surface of the tape folding base 31, the clamp fixing plate 33 is connected on the clamp guide rail 32 in a sliding manner, the cylinder body of the clamp lifting cylinder 36 is fixed on the clamp lifting plate 37, the piston rod end of the clamp lifting cylinder 36 is connected with the clamp seat plate 38, the clamp seat plate 38 is positioned on the top surface of the clamp lifting plate 37, a clamp guide mechanism 39 is arranged between the clamp seat plate 38 and the clamp fixing plate 33, an adjusting screw 381 is arranged on the clamp seat plate 38, the adjusting screw 381 passes through the clamp seat plate 38 and abuts against the top surface of the clamp lifting plate 37, the height of the clip seat plate 38 can be changed along with the thickness of the belt and the number of turns of the belt, the returning height of the clip seat plate 38 can be limited by adjusting the adjusting screw 381, therefore, the belt can be smoothly sent to a sewing area for sewing according to the thickness of the belt and the change of the number of turns of the folded belt.
The two clamp mechanisms 391 are installed on the clamp seat plate 38 in parallel, the left belt pressing mechanism 393 and the right belt pressing mechanism 394 are installed on the clamp seat plate 38 and are arranged oppositely, the left belt pressing mechanism 393 and the right belt pressing mechanism 394 are located on the inner sides of the two clamp mechanisms 391 respectively, and the belt pressing pushing mechanism 392 is installed on the clamp seat plate 38 and is connected with the left belt pressing mechanism 393 and the right belt pressing mechanism 394; the cylinder body of the back-and-forth moving cylinder 34 is fixed on the folding belt base 31 through a back-and-forth cylinder seat plate 35, the rod end of the piston rod of the back-and-forth moving cylinder 34 is connected with the clamp fixing plate 33, and the clamp fixing plate 33 is driven to move back and forth along the clamp guide rail 32.
As shown in fig. 27 and 28, the flap base 31 includes a base guide rail 311, a base rotating shaft 312, a base bearing seat 313, a base cylinder 314, a base guide rod 315, a base guide rod seat 316, a base sliding plate 317, and a locking screw 318 (as shown in fig. 43 and 1); the base bearing seat 313 is fixedly installed on the working platform 12 of the machine frame 1, one end of the base guide rail 311 is hinged with the base bearing seat 313 through the base rotating shaft 312, the other end of the base guide rail 311 is clamped on the locking screw 318, and the locking screw 318 locks the base guide rail 311 on the working platform 12 of the machine frame 1; the base guide rod 315 is fixedly installed on the top surface of the base guide rail 311 through the base guide rod seat 316, the base sliding plate 317 is connected to the base guide rod 315 in a sliding manner, the cylinder body of the base cylinder 314 is fixedly installed on the top surface of the base guide rail 311, and the rod end of the piston rod of the base cylinder 314 is connected with one end of the base sliding plate 317 and can drive the base sliding plate 317 to move back and forth along the base guide rod 315.
The other end of the base guide rail 311 is provided with a groove 3111, the groove 3111 is clamped on the locking screw 318, and the base guide rail 311 can be locked on the working platform 12 of the frame 1.
The operation method comprises the following steps: as shown in fig. 43, the free end of the seat 31 of the buckle is locked by a locking screw 318: when the belt folding device 3, the presser foot mechanism 4 and the material receiving mechanism 5 need to be maintained, the locking screw 318 at the free end of the belt folding base 31 can be loosened and then integrally rotated around the base rotating shaft 312, and the belt folding device is moved out, so that the maintenance is convenient.
As shown in fig. 31 and 32, the clip mechanism 391 includes a clip fixing base 3911, a clip motor 3912, a clip rotating shaft 3913, and a clamping jaw 3914; the clamp fixing seat 3911 is fixedly installed on the clamp seat plate 38, the clamp motor 3912 is fixed on the clamp fixing seat 3911, an output shaft of the clamp motor 3912 is connected with one end of the clamp rotating shaft 3913, and the other end of the clamp rotating shaft 3913 is connected with the clamping jaw 3914.
As shown in fig. 35, 36 and 25, the push-pull push mechanism 392 includes a push-pull rod 3921, a push-pull head 3922, a push-pull cylinder 3923 and a push-pull cylinder seat 3924; the push-pull cylinder 3923 is fixedly mounted on the clamp seat plate 38 through a push-pull cylinder seat 3924, a piston rod end of the push-pull cylinder 3923 is connected with one end of a push-pull head 3922, the other end of the push-pull head 3922 is connected with the middle of a push-pull rod 3921, and two ends of the push-pull rod 3921 are respectively connected with the middle of the two link mechanisms on the left belt pressing mechanism 393 and the two link mechanisms on the right belt pressing mechanism 394 (as shown in fig. 25).
As shown in fig. 33 and 34, the left belt pressing mechanism 393 includes a belt pressing seat 3931, an upper left limit block 3932, a lower left limit block 3933, a small pinch roller seat 3934, a small pinch roller 3935, a belt pressing guide mechanism 3936, a pinch roller guide mechanism 3937, a pre-tightening mechanism 3938, two limit shafts 3939, and a two-link mechanism 3940; the pressing belt seat 3931 is mounted on the clamp seat plate 38, the left upper limit block 3932 and the left lower limit block 3933 are sequentially overlapped on the pressing belt seat 3931, and a pressing belt guide mechanism 3936 is arranged among the left upper limit block 3932, the left lower limit block 3933 and the pressing belt seat 3931; the small pinch roller 3935 is rotatably mounted on a small pinch roller seat 3934, the small pinch roller 3935 is arranged between the left upper limiting block 3932 and the left lower limiting block 3933, a pinch roller guide mechanism 3936 is arranged between the small pinch roller seat 3934 and the left upper limiting block 3932, a limiting adjusting groove 39321 and a limiting fixing hole 39322 are formed in the left upper limiting block 3932, two limiting shafts 3939 are respectively detachably mounted in the limiting adjusting groove 39321 and the limiting fixing hole 39322 of the left upper limiting block 3932, the passing width of a belt material is formed between the lower ends of the two limiting shafts 3939, the pre-tightening mechanism 3938 is mounted on the left upper limiting block 3932, the lower end of the pre-tightening mechanism 3938 is pressed on the top surface of the small pinch roller seat 3934 to form a downward pressing force, and two end portions of the two link mechanisms 3940 are respectively hinged to the left upper limiting block 3932 and the left lower limiting block 3933 to form opening and closing action.
The pre-tightening mechanism 3938 comprises a pre-tightening bolt 39381, a pre-tightening spring 39382, a pre-tightening pressing column 39383 and a pre-tightening nut 39384; the pre-tightening compression column 39383 is movably arranged in the left upper limiting block 3932 in a penetrating manner, the pre-tightening nut 39381 is fixed on the top surface of the left upper limiting block 3932, the pre-tightening bolt 39381 is screwed in the pre-tightening nut 39384, the lower end of the pre-tightening bolt 39381 abuts against the top surface of the pre-tightening compression column 39383 through the pre-tightening spring 39382, and the lower end of the pre-tightening compression column 39383 abuts against the top surface of the small compression wheel seat 3934.
The right belt press 394 is substantially the same as the left belt press 393 and will not be described further.
This belt pressing mechanism principle:
the downward pressure of a pre-tightening spring 39382 in the pre-tightening mechanism 3938 indirectly presses the belt passing through the lower ends of the two limiting shafts 3939 through the small pressing wheel 3935, so that the belt on the belt folding side is tightened when the belt is folded, and the folded belt is more compact. Meanwhile, before the belt is folded, the pressing force of the small pressing wheel 3935 can be changed by adjusting the pretightening force of the pretightening spring 39382 in the pretightening mechanism 3938, so that the corresponding pretightening force can be adjusted according to different belts. Furthermore, one of the two limiting shafts 3939 is fixed, and the other limiting shaft can adjust the width of the belt in the limiting adjusting groove 39321 according to the width of the belt, so that the belt can be better limited and cannot be deviated when the belt is folded and moves left and right.
The two-bar linkage 3940 is connected to the push-and-pull mechanism 392 such that the upper left stopper 3932 and the lower left stopper 3933 are opened and closed to restrain the strap between the two stoppers 3939, and the strap is pressed between the upper left stopper 3932 and the lower left stopper 3933.
The working principle of the belt folding device 3 is as follows:
the two link mechanisms 3940 are connected with the belt pressing and ejecting mechanism 392, the belt pressing and ejecting mechanism 392 drives the left belt pressing mechanism 393 and the right belt pressing mechanism 394 to move, so that the upper limiting block and the lower limiting block of the left belt pressing mechanism 393 and the right belt pressing mechanism 394 are opened, the belt is clamped between the two limiting shafts 3939, the two clamp mechanisms 391 respectively clamp two ends of the belt, the automatic folding of the two ends of the belt is realized by utilizing the clamping force of the left belt pressing mechanism 393 and the right belt pressing mechanism 394, and the two clamp mechanisms 391, the belt pressing and ejecting mechanism 392, the left belt pressing mechanism 393 and the right belt pressing mechanism 394 are driven by the back-and-forth moving air cylinder 34 to integrally extend forwards or pull back, so that the purposes of taking and feeding are achieved.
As shown in fig. 39 and 40, the presser foot mechanism 4 includes a right presser foot mechanism 41 and a left presser foot mechanism 42; the left presser foot mechanism 41 and the right presser foot mechanism 42 have basically the same structure and opposite directions;
the right presser foot mechanism 41 comprises a right supporting plate 411, a right guide fixing block 412, a right upper presser foot 413, a right lower presser foot 414, a right presser foot plate 415, a right presser foot cylinder 416, a right presser foot cylinder seat 417, a right limit plate 418, a right limit cylinder 419 and a right limit cylinder seat 420; the upper ends of the right upper presser foot 413 and the right lower presser foot 414 are fixed on the sewing machine 6 and are arranged side by side, and the right upper presser foot 413 and the right lower presser foot 414 can move up and down under the driving of the sewing machine 6; the right guide fixing block 412 is fixedly arranged on the top surface of the right supporting plate 411, the cylinder body of a right limiting cylinder 419 is fixedly arranged on the right guide fixing block 412 through a right limiting cylinder seat 420, the rod end of a piston rod of the right limiting cylinder 419 is connected with the inner end of a right limiting plate 418, the middle part of the right limiting plate 418 is movably arranged in the right guide fixing block 412 in a penetrating manner, and the outer end of the right limiting plate 418 extends into a guide groove 4111 on the outer side of the right supporting plate 411; the cylinder body of the right presser foot cylinder 416 is fixedly arranged on the right upper presser foot 413 through a right presser foot cylinder seat 417, the rod end of the piston rod of the right presser foot cylinder 416 is connected with the inner end of the right presser foot plate 415, the middle part of the right presser foot plate 415 is movably arranged in the right upper presser foot 413 in a penetrating mode, the outer end of the right presser foot plate 415 extends into a space between the right upper presser foot 413 and the right lower presser foot 414 and is opposite to the right limiting plate 418, the right presser foot plate 415 is positioned on the outer side of the right limiting plate 418, and a belt fixing position is formed between the right presser foot plate 415 and the right.
The inner end of the right limit plate 418 is connected with the rod end of the piston rod of the right limit cylinder 419 through a joint 4181, and the inner end of the right foot pressing plate 415 is connected with the rod end of the piston rod of the right foot pressing cylinder 416 through a connecting plate 4171.
The right upper presser foot 413 is provided with a sliding groove 4131, the right presser foot plate 415 is arranged in the sliding groove 4131 in a penetrating manner, the outer end of the right presser foot plate 415 is provided with a vertically arranged stop block 4151, the stop block 4151 is in an arch shape, the middle notch 41511 gives the jaw way to facilitate the jaw to be drawn out from the belt, the folded belt is pressed below the right lower presser foot 414, and when the jaw is drawn out, the stop block 4151 can block the side surface of the belt, so that the end part of the folded belt is not loose and not bent and is always in an aligned state.
The working principle of the right presser foot mechanism 41:
the belt with the end part wound on the clamping jaw is sent to a sewing station of the sewing machine, the right upper presser foot 413 and the right lower presser foot 414 are pressed downwards, the right limiting air cylinder 419 drives the right limiting plate 418 to move forwards to be propped against the inner side of the belt, the right presser foot air cylinder 416 drives the right presser foot plate 415 to contract inwards and be propped against the outer side of the belt, so that the four directions of the belt are positioned, the clamping jaw is drawn out from the middle notch 41511 of the stop block 4151, and the right limiting plate 418 and the right presser foot plate 415 are reset after the sewing machine finishes sewing; the belt fed by the clamping jaws is limited through the right upper presser foot 413, the right lower presser foot 414, the right presser foot plate 415 and the right limiting plate 418, so that the folded belt is not loose and is not distorted and is always aligned.
As shown in fig. 41 and 42, the material receiving mechanism 5 includes a material receiving rack 51, a material receiving lifting cylinder 52, a material receiving swing block 53, a material receiving swing shaft 54, a left cylinder seat 55, a left clamp shaft 56, a left cylinder 57, a left upper clamp block 58, a left lower clamp block 59, a left swing block 591, a left connecting rod 592, a right clamp shaft 593, a right cylinder seat 594, a right cylinder 595, a right connecting rod 596, a right upper clamp block 597, a right lower clamp block 598, and a right swing block 599; the material receiving frame 51 is arranged on the working platform 12 of the frame 1, the cylinder body of the material receiving lifting cylinder 52 is arranged at the bottom of the material receiving frame 51, the rod end of the piston rod of the material receiving lifting cylinder 52 is hinged with one end of the material receiving swing block 53, the other end of the material receiving swing block 53 is fixed on the material receiving swing shaft 54, two sides of the material receiving swing shaft 54 are movably erected at the upper part of the material receiving frame 51, the left end and the right end of the material receiving swing shaft 54 are respectively fixed with a left swing block 591 and a right swing block 599, the left cylinder seat 55 and the right cylinder seat 594 are respectively fixed on the left swing block 591 and the right swing block 599, the left upper clamping block 58 and the right upper clamping block 597 are respectively fixed at the outer sides of the left cylinder seat 55 and the right cylinder seat 595, the cylinder bodies of the left cylinder 57 and the right cylinder 595 are respectively fixed on the left cylinder seat 55 and the right cylinder seat 594, the rod ends of the piston, the other ends of the left connecting rod 592 and the right connecting rod 596 are connected with the inner ends of the left lower clamping block 59 and the right lower clamping block 598 through the left clamping shaft 56 and the right clamping shaft 593 respectively, and the middle parts of the left lower clamping block 59 and the right lower clamping block 598 are hinged to the left air cylinder seat 55 and the right air cylinder seat 594 respectively.
The left cylinder seat 55 and the right cylinder seat 594 are respectively provided with a left arc-shaped groove 551 and a right arc-shaped groove 5941 on the side edges thereof, the left clamping shaft 56 and the right clamping shaft 593 respectively penetrate through the left arc-shaped groove 551 and the right arc-shaped groove 5941, the left cylinder 57 and the right cylinder 595 respectively drive the left clamping shaft 56 and the right clamping shaft 593 to swing in the left arc-shaped groove 551 and the right arc-shaped groove 5941, and then the left lower clamping block 59 and the right lower clamping block 598 respectively open and close relative to the left upper clamping block 58 and the right upper clamping block 597 by taking a middle hinge point as a center.
The working principle of the material receiving mechanism 5 is as follows:
