The buffer plate 40 is provided with an air port 41, the cylinder wall is provided with an air channel 12, the heating plate is provided with an air hole, the air port 41 is communicated with the air channel 12, and the air channel 12 is communicated with the air port 41; when the pressing is carried out, the gas in the garbage cavity 11 enters the gas channel 12 through the gas port 41, and the gas returns to the garbage cavity 11 through the gas hole of the heating plate; thus, when the heating plate is used for heating, the generated gas can enter the air channel 12 through the gas port 41 and then returns to the garbage cavity 11 through the gas hole of the heating plate, so that the heating plate can heat the gas, and the gas is sterilized and disinfected; the waste is discharged after the sterilization, so that the influence of medical waste on the surrounding environment is reduced.
