一种压块机上的除尘装置，本实用新型为了解决现有秸秆压块机上没有除尘装置，出料口处只有一个倾斜设置的出料板，从出料筒出来的料会与粉尘混在一起，压出来的秸秆料块纯净率差问题。本实用新型包括出料斗(1)、筛板(2)和吸风管(3)，所述筛板(2)倾斜设置在出料斗(1)内，所述出料斗(1)的侧壁设有吸风口(1‑1)，所述吸风口(1‑1)位于筛板(2)与出料斗底板(1‑2)之间，所述吸风管(3)连接在吸风口(1‑1)处。本实用新型用于秸秆压块机上。

本实用新型涉及一种秸秆压块机，具体涉及一种压块机上的除尘装置。
背景技术
现有秸秆压块机上没有除尘装置，出料口处只有一个倾斜设置的出料板，即为斜板出料，出料板的两侧有挡料板，从出料筒出来的料会与粉尘混在一起，使得压出来的秸秆料块纯净率差，从而影响料块的品质。
实用新型内容
本实用新型为了解决现有秸秆压块机上没有除尘装置，出料口处只有一个倾斜设置的出料板，从出料筒出来的料会与粉尘混在一起，压出来的秸秆料块纯净率差问题，而提供压块机上的除尘装置。
本实用新型的一种压块机上的除尘装置，其组成包括出料斗(1)、筛板(2)和吸风管(3)，所述筛板(2)倾斜设置在出料斗(1)内，所述出料斗(1)的侧壁设有吸风口(1-1)，所述吸风口(1-1)位于筛板(2)与出料斗底板(1-2)之间，所述吸风管(3)连接在吸风口(1-1)处。
优选的，所述筛板(2)与出料斗的底板(1-2)倾斜角度α为30°-45°。
优选的，所述筛板(2)的每个筛孔直径φ为0.5mm-1.5mm。
本实用新型具有以下有益效果：
一、将本实用新型的除尘装置安装在压块机上出料筒的出口处，出料时粉尘会被筛板(2)滤掉，从而提高了秸秆料块的纯净率，料块的品质也大幅提升。

具体实施方式一：结合图1～图3说明本实施方式，本实施方式包括出料斗(1)、筛板(2)和吸风管(3)，所述筛板(2)倾斜设置在出料斗(1)内，所述出料斗(1)的侧壁设有吸风口(1-1)，所述吸风口(1-1)位于筛板(2)与出料斗底板(1-2)之间，所述吸风管(3)连接在吸风口(1-1)处。使用时，料斗(1)设置在压块机的出料筒出口处，吸风管(3)与引风机连接，被筛板(2)滤掉的粉尘落在出料斗的底板(1-2)上，由引风机引出。
具体实施方式二：结合图2说明本实施方式，本实施方式为筛板(2)与出料斗的底板(1-2)倾斜角度α为30°-45°。这样设置即能保证物料顺利流出，又能保证筛板(2)将粉尘筛掉。其它组成及连接关系与具体实施方式一相同。
具体实施方式三：结合图3说明本实施方式，本实施方式为筛板(2)的每个筛孔直径φ为0.5mm-1.5mm。这样设置能将细小的粉尘滤掉。其它组成及连接关系与具体实施方式一或二相同。

1.一种压块机上的除尘装置，其特征在于：所述除尘装置包括出料斗(1)、筛板(2)和吸风管(3)，所述筛板(2)倾斜设置在出料斗(1)内，所述出料斗(1)的侧壁设有吸风口(1-1)，所述吸风口(1-1)位于筛板(2)与出料斗底板(1-2)之间，所述吸风管(3)连接在吸风口(1-1)处。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种压块机上的除尘装置，其特征在于：所述筛板(2)与出料斗底板(1-2)倾斜角度α为30°-45°。
