3. The cooking appliance according to claim 1, wherein an air inlet valve for opening or closing the air inlet channel is disposed inside the air inlet channel, and an air outlet valve for opening or closing the air outlet channel is disposed inside the air outlet channel.
4. The cooking appliance of claim 3, wherein the inlet valve and the outlet valve are of a unitary construction.

The cooking appliance according to claim 4, wherein the air inlet valve and/or the air outlet valve has an annular rib protruding from an edge in the circumferential direction, so that the air inlet valve and/or the air outlet valve are in interference fit with the air inlet channel and/or the air outlet channel, respectively.
6. The cooking appliance of claim 2 wherein said inner lid is removably attached to said pot lid.
7. The cooking appliance according to claim 1, wherein an integrated channel is further disposed in the pot cover, and the air inlet channel and the air outlet channel are respectively communicated with the cooking cavity through the integrated channel.
8. The cooking appliance of claim 1, wherein the steam valve assembly has a partition inside for partitioning the air inlet channel and the air outlet channel.
9. The cooking appliance of claim 1, wherein a barrier wall is further disposed within the steam valve assembly, the barrier wall being spaced from an inner wall of the steam valve assembly.
10. The cooking appliance of claim 1 wherein said air intake structure is a fan that generates cool air.
