1. Brewing apparatus, characterized in that it comprises:
a device body; and
a plurality of capsule brewing cups adapted to different kinds of beverage capsules, respectively, and selectively provided on the device body;
wherein the device body comprises a brewing cup pressure plate used for pressing against the capsule brewing cup and a liquid supply pricking pin extending out of the brewing cup pressure plate and used for extending into the capsule brewing cup.
2. Brewing device according to claim 1, wherein the plurality of capsule brewing cups comprises a first brewing cup, wherein a first brewing chamber adapted for a first beverage capsule and a piercing member located at the top of the first brewing chamber for piercing the first beverage capsule downwards are provided in the first brewing cup, and wherein a bottom wall of the first brewing chamber is provided with a tearing member for tearing the first beverage capsule.

Brewing device according to claim 2, characterized in that the first brewing cup comprises a brewing outer cup and a brewing inner cup which are pivoted to one another, the inner cavity of the brewing inner cup being formed as the first brewing chamber, the tearing member being provided on the bottom wall of the cavity of the brewing outer cup, the brewing inner cup being pivotable relative to the brewing outer cup between a pivoted open position, in which the brewing inner cup is located in the cavity of the brewing outer cup and undercuts the bottom wall of the cavity of the brewing outer cup, and a pivoted closed position, in which the brewing inner cup is detached from the cavity of the brewing outer cup.

Brewing device according to claim 3, wherein the brewing inner cup comprises an inner cup body and a pivoting support, the pivoting support comprising a transverse connection extending laterally outwards from the inner cup body and over a top edge of a circumferential wall of the brewing outer cup and a pivoting arm extending downwards from an outer end of the transverse connection and provided with an inner cup pivot, the circumferential wall of the brewing outer cup being provided with an outer cup pivot which is pivotally engaged with the inner cup pivot.
5. The brewing apparatus of claim 4, wherein the pivot frame further comprises a push-open element extending outwardly and downwardly from a bottom end of the pivot arm, a structural reinforcement being provided between the pivot arm and the push-open element.

The brewing apparatus according to claim 4, wherein the inner brewing cup further comprises an inner cup cover connected to the inner cup body and used for covering the top end opening of the outer brewing cup, the outer peripheral wall of the inner cup body is in a truncated cone shape, and the inner cavity of the outer brewing cup is formed into a conical cavity with a large top and a small bottom.

The brewing apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the inner cup cover comprises an upper cover body portion and a lower cover body portion, the outer diameter of the upper cover body portion and the outer diameter of the lower cover body portion are sequentially reduced from top to bottom, the inner peripheral wall of the top of the outer brewing cup is provided with a lower supporting portion for supporting the peripheral edge portion of the lower cover body portion, the lower supporting portion is in an annular step shape, the annular step surface abuts against the outer peripheral wall of the peripheral edge portion to limit the position in the transverse direction, the brewing cup pressure plate is pressed downwards against the top surface of the upper cover body portion, and the liquid supply needle extends downwards into the inner brewing cup.

Brewing device according to claim 1, wherein the plurality of capsule brewing cups comprises a second brewing cup for receiving a second beverage capsule, wherein a central through opening for protruding a bottom outlet of the second beverage capsule is formed in a central portion of a bottom wall of the second brewing cup.

Brewing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the plurality of capsule brewing cups comprises a third brewing cup for receiving a third beverage capsule, the bottom wall of the third brewing cup being provided with a bottom piercing needle projecting upwards for piercing the third beverage capsule, the bottom wall of the third brewing cup being further provided with a bottom wall liquid outlet.
13. A beverage machine, characterized in that the beverage machine comprises a brewing device according to any one of claims 1-12.
