Alternatively, referring to fig. 1 to 8, the capsule breaking mechanism 4 is a fixed member, the capsule fixing support 3 includes a support sliding rod 32 disposed laterally to the capsule inlet 23, the brewing apparatus 100 includes a capsule supporting cup 5 disposed at a distance from the capsule inlet 23, and the support sliding rod 32 can drive the capsule 200 to move into the capsule supporting cup 5 along the sliding rod moving direction. The capsule breaking mechanism 4 is a fixed part, which means that the capsule breaking mechanism 4 is a fixed part in the process that the support sliding rod 32 drives the capsule 200 to slide into the capsule holding cup 5, in other words, before the support sliding rod 32 drives the capsule 200 to slide, the capsule breaking mechanism 4 can be fixed or movable. Furthermore, the capsule breaching mechanism 4 is able to apply a force to the cup rim flanging 211 of the capsule 200 when the support slide 32 is slid. So set up, through the slippage of support slide bar 32 for form relative motion between capsule 200 and the capsule breaching mechanism 4, thereby can make capsule breaching mechanism 4 exert effort on the cup of capsule 200 along flanging 211, and then make the cup of capsule 200 along being torn by capsule breaching mechanism 4 in order to form capsule top export 230.

In addition, with such an arrangement, when the capsule inlet 23 is horizontally arranged on the top of the brewing device 100, it is also convenient for a user to insert the capsule 200 into the brewing device 100 through the capsule inlet 23. Of course, the axial direction of the support sliding rod 32, the moving direction of the sliding rod and the central axis direction of the capsule 200 can be set to be inclined or vertical, and the like, which can be determined according to the actual process requirements.
To introduce liquid into the capsule 200 to brew a beverage, referring to fig. 8 and 9, the brewing device 100 includes a needle platen 6, the needle platen 6 being fixedly clamped to the holder slide 32 and located on the top side of the capsule 200. In this manner, the support slide 32 slides the needle platen 6 towards the capsule 200, so that the needle platen 6 abuts against the top surface of the capsule 200 (i.e. the top surface of the cover film 220) and pushes the capsule 200 towards the capsule holder 5.
In order to prevent the liquid with high flow rate from splashing and flowing into the gap between the needle platen 6 and the top surface of the coating 220 of the capsule 200 when the needle 61 passes the liquid into the capsule 200, and thus generating liquid leakage, preferably, referring to fig. 8 and 9, the needle platen 6 is provided with the needle 61 protruding towards the top of the capsule 200 and a flexible splash-proof press ring 62 arranged around the needle 61, and the flexible splash-proof press ring 62 is provided with a plurality of flexible bulges protruding towards the top of the capsule 200.
Further, referring to fig. 4 and 8, the lancet disk 6 has a disk shape and has a chordal edge cut-off portion, which is located at an end of the lancet disk 6 near the capsule rupturing mechanism 4, in this way, the needle platen 6 is pressed against the membrane 220 of the capsule 200, the capsule breaching mechanism 4 can conveniently apply a force to the cup rim flange 211 in the area of the capsule 200 not abutted by the needle platen 6, then the capsule fixing bracket 3 and the capsule breaking mechanism 4 form relative movement to promote the capsule breaking mechanism 4 to tear the cup edge outward flanging 211, the cover membrane 220 is then torn from the cup of the capsule 200 along the flanging 211, and as the relative movement between the capsule holder 3 and the capsule breaching mechanism 4 continues, the opening of the capsule top outlet 230 becomes larger and larger, until the torn cover membrane 220 abuts against the needle pressure plate 6, i.e. by providing a chordal cut-out so that the needle platen 6 has the effect of defining the size and location of the formation of the capsule top outlet 230.
In particular, the brewing apparatus 100 comprises a linkage drive mechanism for driving the lancet platen 6 in a direction of movement of the slide bar. Specifically, the link driving mechanism includes a rotating shaft 71 fixedly disposed in the brewing device 100, a first link 72, and a second link 73 movably connecting the rotating spindle and the first link 72, and the first link 72 is also movably connected to the needle platen 6, as shown in fig. 3, 5, and 7, so that when the user pulls the handle 74 or the brewing device 100 drives the rotating shaft 71 to rotate, the rotational kinetic energy of the rotating shaft 71 can be transmitted to the needle platen 6 through the second link 73 and the first link 72 in sequence, and the needle platen 6 is caused to move along the sliding rod moving direction to press and push the capsule 200 to move toward the capsule holder 5. Of course, the needle pressing plate 6 is driven to move towards the capsule holder 5, and the capsule 200 is driven into the capsule holder 5, and other arrangements are possible, which will not be described in detail herein.
Preferably, with reference to fig. 3, 5 and 7, the brewing device 100 comprises a cup holder chassis 8 arranged at one side of the bottom of the capsule holder 5, the cup holder chassis 8 comprising an inner cavity push rod 81 extending into the inner cavity of the capsule holder 5 and an outer side push rod 82 located outside the capsule holder 5; wherein, the support sliding rod 32 is provided with a sliding rod pushing portion 321, and along the moving direction of the sliding rod, the sliding rod pushing portion 321 can push the outer side pushing rod 82 and drive the inner cavity pushing rod 81 to exit from the inner cavity of the capsule holding cup 5, so that the capsule 200 can be completely placed in the inner cavity of the capsule holding cup 5, that is, the capsule 200 can be assembled in place in the capsule holding cup 5.
Further, a sliding rod pushing back portion 322 is disposed on the support sliding rod 32, the sliding rod pushing back portion 322 pushes the outer pushing rod 82 along a sliding rod pushing back direction opposite to the sliding direction of the sliding rod, and drives the inner cavity pushing rod 81 to extend into the capsule supporting cup 5 and push the capsule 200 back to the capsule dropping port 24, as shown in fig. 2 to 8, so that the capsule 200 can automatically drop through the capsule dropping port 24. The capsule dropping port 24 may be integrally penetrated with the capsule inlet 23, or may be independent of the capsule inlet 23, which may be determined according to the actual design requirement.
Preferably, the beverage machine includes a capsule collecting box and a guide member for guiding the capsule 200 dropped from the capsule dropping port 24 to the capsule collecting box, so that the user does not need to discard the capsule 200 once every time the user brews a beverage, but only needs to discard the capsule once when the capsule collecting box is full, thereby greatly improving the user experience.
Specifically, referring to fig. 1 to 8, the brewing device 100 includes an upper housing 21 and a lower housing 22 that are engaged with each other, and the upper housing 21 and the lower housing 22 are respectively formed with a slide for moving the rack slide bar 32, so as to facilitate the sliding movement of the rack slide bar 32 in the upper housing 21 and the lower housing 22. In order to facilitate the insertion of the capsule 200 by the user, a capsule insertion port 23 is provided on the upper housing 21. In addition, a cup supporting notch 51 is formed at the lower part of the cup edge of the capsule supporting cup 5 (namely, the lower part of one end of the capsule supporting cup 5 facing the capsule 200), and a shell through hole 25 integrally penetrating through the cup supporting notch 51 is formed on the lower shell 22, so that the beverage flowing out from the capsule top outlet 230 can directly flow through the cup supporting notch 51 and the shell through hole 25 in sequence and flow into the liquid containing cup body of the user, namely, the beverage flowing out from the capsule top outlet 230 cannot contact any part before falling into the liquid containing cup body of the user, therefore, the situation that the beverage is polluted due to the fact that the beverage contacts the internal part of the beverage machine can be avoided, and the use experience of the user is favorably improved. For the convenience of manufacturing and simplification of the structure, a capsule drop port 24 is formed in the lower case 22 and connected to the case through-hole 25.
Preferably, referring to fig. 1, 8 and 9, the brewing device 100 comprises a capsule recognition mechanism 9 movably connected in the cup supporting bottom frame 8 in a penetrating way and a clamping reset mechanism 1 for clamping and limiting the capsule recognition mechanism 9, and a clamping pushing part 323 is arranged on the support sliding rod 32; when the support slide bar 32 moves along the slide bar moving direction, the clamping pushing part 323 pushes the clamping resetting mechanism 1 to open so as to release the capsule recognition mechanism 9 from the limit position, so that the capsule recognition mechanism 9 falls back towards the cup supporting underframe 8, and when the support slide bar 32 moves along the slide bar returning direction opposite to the slide bar moving direction, the cup supporting underframe 8 drives the capsule recognition mechanism 9 to return to the limit position of the clamping resetting mechanism 1. Specifically, the capsule recognition mechanism 9 includes a capsule recognition camera 91 for reading an identifier (such as a two-dimensional code, a bar code, etc.) arranged at the bottom of the capsule 200, the beverage machine includes a controller, and the controller is configured to receive capsule information from the capsule recognition camera 91 and trigger a corresponding brewing program (such as brewing temperature and pressure, etc.) to brew the capsule 200, so that for different capsules 200, the brewed beverage has a better drinking taste, and a better use experience is provided for users by calling an optimum brewing program to brew the beverage. Of course, the engagement resetting mechanism 1 does not release the capsule recognition mechanism 9 until the capsule recognition mechanism 9 fails to recognize the mark provided on the bottom of the capsule 200.
Further, the engaging reset mechanism 1 includes two limiting blocks 11 disposed in parallel at intervals and block connecting springs 12 respectively disposed at two ends to connect respective ends of the two limiting blocks 11, when the engaging pushing portion 323 pushes the engaging reset mechanism 1, the block connecting springs 12 are in an expanded tension state, referring to fig. 3, 5 and 7, so that the engaging reset mechanism 1 is opened to release the capsule identification mechanism 9 from the limiting position. Specifically, capsule recognition mechanism 9 forms the arch that stretches out towards upper shell 21 and lower casing 22, and upper shell 21 and lower casing 22 are corresponding to be formed with and accept the recess, and after capsule recognition mechanism 9 falls back towards support cup chassis 8, can fall into and accept the recess, and then send the contact and collide the sound, can give the sound feedback that a capsule 200 will begin to brew the drink for the user, is favorable to improving user's use experience. Wherein, compared with the receiving grooves arranged at other positions (such as the cup supporting underframe and the like), the receiving grooves are arranged on the upper shell 21 and the lower shell 22, so that the brewing device 100 has higher operation reliability, and the receiving grooves are arranged on the upper shell 21 and the lower shell 22.
Alternatively, the capsule rupturing mechanism 4 is a movable member capable of pushing the cup to which the force is applied to move along the outward flange 211 in the direction of the central axis of the capsule 200, and the brewing apparatus 100 includes a capsule holder cup 5 and a puncture needle pressure plate 6 respectively located on both sides of the capsule 200 in the axial direction, and the capsule holder cup 5 and the puncture needle pressure plate 6 are arranged so as to be capable of moving toward the capsule 200. Further, the capsule holder 5 is first moved towards the capsule 200 so that the capsule 200 is completely loaded into the inner cavity of the capsule holder 5, and then the needle platen 6 is driven to move towards the capsule 200 to compact the capsule. The cup tearing edge 211 of the capsule puncturing mechanism 4 can be before the movement of the capsule holder 5, after the movement of the capsule holder 5 and before the movement of the needle platen 6, or after the movement of the needle platen 6. Specifically, when the capsule breaching mechanism 4 moves, the capsule breaching mechanism 4 can already apply an acting force to the cup rim flanging 211 of the capsule 200 (i.e., when the capsule breaching mechanism 4 includes the flanging groove 41, the cup rim flanging 211 has already extended into the flanging groove 41), and thus, by the movement of the capsule breaching mechanism 4, a relative motion is formed between the capsule 200 and the capsule breaching mechanism 4, so that the capsule breaching mechanism 4 can apply an acting force on the cup rim flanging 211 of the capsule 200, and further the cup rim of the capsule 200 is torn by the capsule breaching mechanism 4 to form the capsule top outlet 230.
In particular, other constructions and functions of the brewing device 100 and the beverage machine according to the embodiment of the present invention are known to those skilled in the art, and are not described herein in detail in order to reduce redundancy.
The present invention is not limited to the above preferred embodiments, and any modifications, equivalent substitutions, improvements, etc. within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
It should be noted that the various technical features described in the above embodiments can be combined in any suitable manner without contradiction, and the invention is not described in any way for the possible combinations in order to avoid unnecessary repetition.
In addition, any combination of the various embodiments of the present invention is also possible, and the same should be considered as the disclosure of the present invention as long as it does not depart from the spirit of the present invention.

Claims (17)

1. 2. Brewing device according to claim 1, characterized in that the flanging groove (41) is a rectangular groove or a trapezoidal groove in the shape of a constriction; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,

the groove width of the flanging groove (41) is between 3mm and 10 mm.
3. Brewing device according to claim 1, characterized in that the clamping block (31) is provided with a clamping runner (311) for receiving the cup rim flange (211).
4. Brewing device according to claim 3, characterized in that the clamping runner (311) extends in the capsule insertion direction.

The brewing device according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the capsule rupturing means (4) is a fixed part, the capsule fixing support (3) comprises a support slide (32) arranged laterally to the capsule insertion opening (23), the brewing device (100) comprises a capsule holder (5) arranged at a distance from the capsule insertion opening (23), and the support slide (32) is capable of moving the capsule (200) into the capsule holder (5) in a slide movement direction.
6. Brewing device according to claim 5, characterized in that the axial direction of the holder slide bar (32), the direction of movement of the slide bar and the capsule central axis direction of the capsule (200) are parallel and horizontally arranged.
7. Brewing device according to claim 5, characterized in that the brewing device (100) comprises a needle platen (6), the needle platen (6) being fixedly clamped to the support slide (32) and being located on the top side of the capsule (200).

Brewing device according to claim 7, wherein the spike platen (6) is provided with spikes (61) protruding towards the top of the capsule (200) and a flexible splash ring (62) arranged around the spikes (61), the flexible splash ring (62) being provided with a plurality of flexible protrusions protruding towards the top of the capsule (200); and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,

the support sliding rod (32) is provided with a sliding rod pushing portion (321), and along the moving direction of the sliding rod, the sliding rod pushing portion (321) can push the outer side push rod (82) in a butting mode and drive the inner cavity push rod (81) to exit from the inner cavity of the capsule supporting cup (5).

The brewing apparatus according to claim 10, wherein the support sliding rod (32) is provided with a sliding rod pushing portion (322), the sliding rod pushing portion (322) pushes the outer pushing rod (82) in a sliding rod returning direction opposite to the moving direction of the sliding rod, and drives the inner cavity pushing rod (81) to extend into the capsule holding cup (5) and push the capsule (200) back to the capsule falling port (24).

The brewing apparatus according to claim 11, wherein the brewing apparatus (100) comprises an upper housing (21) and a lower housing (22) which are vertically engaged, wherein the upper housing (21) and the lower housing (22) are respectively provided with a slide for moving the support slide bar (32), the upper housing (21) is provided with the capsule placement opening (23), a cup holding notch (51) is formed at the lower part of the cup edge of the capsule holding cup (5), the lower housing (22) is provided with a housing through hole (25) which integrally penetrates the cup holding notch (51), and the capsule dropping opening (24) is formed on the lower housing (22) and connected with the housing through hole (25).

The brewing apparatus according to claim 10, wherein the brewing apparatus (100) comprises a capsule recognition mechanism (9) movably connected to the cup supporting bottom frame (8) in a penetrating manner and a clamping reset mechanism (1) for clamping and limiting the capsule recognition mechanism (9), and a clamping pushing part (323) is arranged on the support sliding rod (32);
when the support sliding rod (32) moves along the sliding rod moving direction, the clamping pushing part (323) pushes the clamping resetting mechanism (1) to be opened so as to release the capsule recognition mechanism (9) from a limiting position, so that the capsule recognition mechanism (9) falls back towards the cup supporting underframe (8), and when the support sliding rod (32) moves along a sliding rod returning direction opposite to the sliding rod moving direction, the cup supporting underframe (8) drives the capsule recognition mechanism (9) to return to the limiting position of the clamping resetting mechanism (1).

The brewing device according to claim 13, wherein the latching return mechanism (1) comprises two spacing latches (11) arranged in parallel and spaced apart, and a latch connecting spring (12) respectively arranged at two ends to connect respective ends of the two spacing latches (11), wherein when the latching pushing portion (323) pushes the latching return mechanism (1), the latch connecting spring (12) is in an expanded tension state.

The brewing apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the capsule rupturing mechanism (4) is a movable member capable of pushing the applied cup to move along the outward flange (211) in the direction of the central capsule axis of the capsule (200), the brewing apparatus (100) comprises a capsule holder cup (5) and a puncture needle platen (6) respectively located on both axial sides of the capsule (200), and the capsule holder cup (5) and the puncture needle platen (6) are arranged to be movable toward the capsule (200).

Brewing device according to claim 1, wherein the brewing device (100) comprises the capsule (200) provided with a capsule cup (210) and a membrane (220), the top rim of the capsule cup (210) being formed with an outwardly turned rim (211), the membrane (220) being connected to the rim (211) for closing the capsule rim;
wherein a structural weakening is formed between the peripheral wall of the cup rim of the capsule cup body (210) and the cup rim flange (211), said structural weakening being adapted to be torn open by pressing the adjacent cup rim flange (211) to form the capsule top outlet (230); and/or the capsule cup body (210) comprises an outer cup (212) and an inner cup (213) which are nested, the inner cup cavity of the inner cup (213) is a consumable accommodating cavity, the inner cup wall is provided with an inner cup filter hole, and a filtrate cavity (240) which can be communicated with the torn capsule top outlet (230) is formed between the inner cup (213) and the outer cup (212).
17. A beverage machine, characterized in that it comprises a brewing device (100) according to any one of claims 1 to 16.
