<实施例1>
如附图1所示，一种防病毒用N95滤芯,它包括自外向内依次设置的N95滤层1、Ag离子和/或Cu离子抗菌层2；
所述N95滤层1为聚丙烯PP熔喷无纺布滤棉；
所述Ag离子和/或Cu离子抗菌层2为Ag离子和/或Cu离子包覆的纺织纤维材料；
所述N95滤层1和Ag离子和/或Cu离子抗菌层2之间通过胶黏剂粘贴设置。
所述聚丙烯PP熔喷无纺布滤棉的规格为100-200g/m2。
所述纺织纤维材料为棉纱纤维、亚麻纤维、蚕丝纤维中的任意一种或几种混纺。
所述N95滤层1的厚度为0.8-2.2mm。
所述Ag离子和/或Cu离子抗菌层2的厚度为0.4-1.2mm。

如附图3所示，一种防病毒用N95滤芯, 它包括自外向内依次设置的N95滤层1、Ag离子和/或Cu离子抗菌层2，它还包括有PP滤纸层3、玻璃纤维层4以及复合PET滤纸层5，所述PP滤纸层3与Ag离子和/或Cu离子抗菌层2粘接，所述玻璃纤维层4与PP滤纸层3粘接，所述玻璃纤维层4与复合PET滤纸层5粘接；
其中，N95滤层1、Ag离子和/或Cu离子抗菌层2这两部分结构与实施例1相同。
所述PP滤纸层3的厚度为0.2-0.4mm。
所述玻璃纤维层4的厚度为0.2-0.3mm。
所述复合PET滤纸层5的厚度为0.3-0.6mm。
工作原理：N95滤层可将病毒极大程度阻挡，在汽车空调、室内空调、空气净化器等电器设备换气期间也不会将有害病毒吸入生活工作的内部环境中，达到有效阻挡病毒的功效。Ag离子和/或Cu离子抗菌层通过Ag离子和/或Cu离子包覆的纺织纤维材料，利用银、铜对特定环境中的微生物具有吸附作用的特性，可以在空气流过该层时，对微生物进行吸附，而微生物被Ag离子和/或Cu离子抗菌层吸附后，起呼吸作用的酶就失去功效，微生物就会迅速死亡，从而除去空气中的微生物。Ag离子和/或Cu离子抗菌层所携带的铜离子和/或银离子联合对细菌和病毒的细胞进行攻击，从而展现出卓越的抗菌抗病毒性能。PP滤纸层、玻璃纤维层以及复合PET滤纸层能起到更进一步的防病毒功效，相当于具有双层的N95式结构，使得滤芯的防护效果更佳。本实用新型的滤芯达到N95口罩级别的过滤效果，有效抑制病毒，如禽流感、甲乙型流感、SARS、新型冠状病毒等病毒能均能有效隔离防护；有效阻隔有害粒及气体；有效过滤PM2.5；强力吸附花粉、粉尘、细菌、烟煤、对有毒气体和异味的吸附效果高；对飞沫、气溶胶形式下的病毒吸附效果好。

Claims (10)

1.一种防病毒用N95滤芯，其特征在于它包括自外向内依次设置的N95滤层（1）、Ag离子和/或Cu离子抗菌层（2）；
所述N95滤层（1）为聚丙烯PP熔喷无纺布滤棉或熔喷玻璃纤维；
所述Ag离子和/或Cu离子抗菌层（2）为Ag离子和/或Cu离子包覆的纺织纤维材料；
所述N95滤层（1）和Ag离子和/或Cu离子抗菌层（2）之间通过胶黏剂粘贴设置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防病毒用N95滤芯，其特征在于所述聚丙烯PP熔喷无纺布滤棉的规格为100-200g/m2。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防病毒用N95滤芯，其特征在于所述纺织纤维材料为棉纱纤维、亚麻纤维、蚕丝纤维中的任意一种或几种混纺。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防病毒用N95滤芯，其特征在于所述N95滤层（1）的厚度为0.8-2.2mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防病毒用N95滤芯，其特征在于所述Ag离子和/或Cu离子抗菌层（2）的厚度为0.4-1.2mm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种防病毒用N95滤芯，其特征在于它还有PP滤纸层（3）或复合PET滤纸层（5），PP滤纸层（3）或复合PET滤纸层（5），自外向内依次粘合N95滤层（1）、Ag离子和/或Cu离子抗菌层（2）及其PP滤纸层（3）或复合PET滤纸层（5）。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种防病毒用N95滤芯，其特征在于它还包括有PP滤纸层（3）、玻璃纤维层（4）以及复合PET滤纸层（5），所述PP滤纸层（3）与Ag离子和/或Cu离子抗菌层（2）粘接，所述玻璃纤维层（4）与PP滤纸层（3）粘接，所述玻璃纤维层（4）与复合PET滤纸层（5）粘接。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种防病毒用N95滤芯，其特征在于所述PP滤纸层（3）的厚度为0.2-0.4mm。
9.根据权利要求7所述的一种防病毒用N95滤芯，其特征在于所述玻璃纤维层（4）的厚度为0.2-0.3mm。
10.根据权利要求7所述的一种防病毒用N95滤芯，其特征在于所述复合PET滤纸层（5）的厚度为0.3-0.6mm。
