Some existing elevators mostly rely on ultraviolet disinfection lamps arranged in elevator cars or devices for spraying air purification liquid arranged in the elevator cars to achieve disinfection, and therefore elevator buttons cannot be disinfected effectively. However, the elevator button is an important part for controlling the operation of the elevator, and is also a part which is most contacted by people, various bacteria are easily remained on the elevator button after being pressed for many times, and in addition, suspended bacteria existing in the natural environment can pollute the elevator button, and the elevator button is secretly a potential infection source of bacterial pollution. Therefore, the elevator button needs to be sterilized and disinfected regularly, and cross infection among people is reduced. However, the existing elevator button is not provided with an automatic disinfection structure, and the common method is that special cleaners are used for manual sterilization and disinfection, so that the operation is troublesome, the efficiency is low, and the cost is high.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
The utility model aims at overcoming the weak point among the prior art, providing a disposable film elevator button, this disposable film elevator button is in the performance: the cross infection among the personnel is effectively prevented, and the film roll can be pulled to cover the clean film on the elevator after the cutting module is pressed once; and cutting off the used waste film.

a disposable film elevator button comprises an elevator button and a shell, wherein a fixing column is arranged on one side of the elevator button close to the outside, and a cutting module and a waste film collecting pipe are arranged on the other side of the elevator button; the fixing column is provided with a disposable film roll, and the film roll is connected to the cutting module from the upper part of the elevator button; the film can be rolled into the cutting module through the cutting module, the film above the elevator button is ensured to be a clean film, the used waste film is cut off, the upper end of the waste film collecting pipe is provided with a cleaning mechanism, and the cleaning mechanism consists of a hydraulic arm and a brush connected below the hydraulic arm; the cutting device comprises a cutting module, a brush, a waste film collecting pipe, a bin door, sealing modules and a cutting mechanism, wherein the brush can sweep down waste films adhered to the waste film collecting pipe to prevent the waste films from blocking the cutting module; the storage bag is used for containing the waste films which slide down in the waste film collection process; the bin gate can prevent bacteria attached to the waste film from diffusing into the elevator, the cutting module consists of rolling wheels and a film cutting knife, and the rolling wheels are arranged on the left side and the right side of the cutting module; the rolling wheel is connected with a motor; the film can be rolled into the cutting module through the matching of the motor and the rolling wheel, a film cutting knife is arranged in the middle of the rolling wheel, a first push rod is arranged on the film cutting knife, and a knife groove matched with the film cutting knife is arranged on the shell; the used waste film can be cut off by pushing the film cutting knife through the first push rod; the cutter groove is matched with the film cutter to enable the cutting process to be quicker, and the shell is also provided with a through hole for exposing an elevator button; the film is positioned between the elevator button and the through hole; the finger tips of a user are prevented from directly contacting the elevator buttons to cause pollution, and the back of the shell is provided with a controller; the cutting timing of the cutting module can be controlled by the controller.
In one embodiment, the elevator button is provided with a digital LED lamp, the digital LED lamp is electrically connected with the controller, the controller can control the display of the digital LED lamp, different messages are transmitted to a user by setting the color of the digital LED lamp, when the elevator button is pressed, the digital LED lamp emits red light to prompt that the elevator button is pressed, the cutting module starts working at the moment, a used film above the elevator button is removed, an unused film is moved to the upper part of the elevator button, the digital LED lamp is converted from red to green after the movement is finished, and the digital LED lamp is turned off and does not emit light after reaching the floor; if the elevator still does not finish the work after reaching the floor to which the elevator belongs, the digital LED lamp is not turned off, the red color is continuously displayed, and the cutting module is turned off after finishing the work.
In one embodiment, one surface of the shell, which is close to the disinfection column, is provided with an inlet and a fixing port, the inlet corresponds to the fixing groove, and an alignment chip is arranged below the fixing groove; when the built-in door is to be opened, the sliding mechanism is close to the built-in opening, the built-in door can be opened after matching is completed, and the sliding mechanism and the fixing groove only need to be matched once in the installation process.

In one embodiment, the brush is a static electricity removing brush, the tail end of the brush and the waste film collecting pipe are provided with conducting wires connected to the ground wire of the elevator, and the static electricity removing brush has the advantages of simple structure, small volume, light weight, convenience in installation and maintenance, low price and the like; the tail end of brush and waste film collecting pipe are equipped with the static that the wire of connection on the elevator ground wire can effectually eliminate the film, prevent that the waste film from adsorbing on the waste film collecting pipe, block up the incision of cutting die, can effectually advance the waste film compression through the cooperation of destaticizing brush and hydraulic arm and accomodate the bag, increase and accomodate the quantity that the bag collected the waste film, the destaticizing brush also can effectually will clean the static elimination that the during operation produced, prevent that the waste film from pasting on the brush.
In one embodiment, the sealing modules are distributed on two sides of the bin door, the sealing modules are provided with the sealing strips, the bottom of each sealing module is connected with the second push rod, when an operator needs to take out the containing bag, the sealing modules can seal the containing bag to prevent bacteria in the containing bag from floating in the air, unnecessary infection is caused to the operator or passengers, the propagation of bacteria is further controlled, the operator can complete the replacement work of the containing bag only by putting a new containing bag into the bin body closed bin door, the packaged containing bag is taken away, corresponding disinfection work is carried out, and then the containing bag is discarded.
In one embodiment, the bottom of the waste film collecting pipe is at a certain distance from the bin body; when the third push rod is tightened, the turning cover is turned up to form a certain space for workers to take out or place the storage bag, and when the storage bag needs to be taken out, the third push rod is tightened; the distance between the waste film collecting pipe and the bin body just provides a working space of the sealing module, and the top of the containing bag is higher than the opening of the waste film collecting pipe when the containing bag is in butt joint with the waste film collecting pipe; therefore, the storage bag has enough free space to finish the sealing.
In one embodiment, the material of the storage bag is a polyethylene film, and when the storage bag is unfolded, the bin body is cylindrical and the radius of the storage bag and the bin body is larger than that of the waste film collecting pipe; the bottom of the bin body is provided with a turning cover, and the bottom of the turning cover is connected with a third push rod; the containing bag is made of polyethylene films, so that sanitation workers can conveniently recognize waste films contained in the containing bag, the sanitation workers are prevented from opening the containing bag to cause propagation of bacteria under the unknowing condition, the radiuses of the containing bag and the bin body are larger than that of the waste film collecting pipe, the containing bag is in butt joint with the waste film collecting pipe, and the bin body can be turned out through turning up the cover to facilitate taking out or putting in of the containing bag by workers; the third push rod can promote the storehouse body rebound for accomodate bag and waste film collecting pipe butt joint, prevent that the waste film from waving out in accomodating the bag, pollute the elevator environment and increase the degree of difficulty of disinfection work.
In one embodiment, the cutting module, the cleaning mechanism, the containing mechanism and the sealing module are all electrically connected to the controller; a packaging button is also arranged on the side surface of the bin body; different trigger conditions can be set for different scenes through the control panel, so that the disposable film elevator button has good compatibility, the packaging button can trigger the starting of a packaging program, and the packaging button is arranged on the side surface of the cabin body to effectively prevent a passenger from mistakenly touching the packaging button when the elevator is used.

Preferably, the elevator button 1 is provided with a digital LED lamp 17, and the digital LED lamp 17 is electrically connected to the controller 16.
By adopting the technical scheme, when the elevator button 1 is pressed, the controller 16 sends a signal like the elevator button 1 to which the controller belongs, the digital LED lamp 17 lights up red light to prompt a user that the elevator button 1 is pressed and the cutting module 4 starts to work, the digital LED lamp 17 is not turned off and still keeps red when the cutting work is carried out, and if the elevator does not reach the floor to which the cutting work is finished, the digital LED lamp 17 is turned from red to green and then turns off after reaching the appointed floor; if the time for finishing the cutting work is later than the time for the elevator to reach the floor, the digital LED lamp 17 continues to be on for a long time until the green light is flashed for a short time after the cutting work is finished; the cutting time of the cutting module 4 does not exceed the time from one floor to the next floor when the elevator runs; the controller 16 should send a cutting signal to the cutting module 4 after the fingertip of the user leaves the elevator button 1, and in actual use, a worker can set a trigger condition of the cutting module 4 according to environmental requirements.
Preferably, one side of the shell 2 is provided with a fixing bolt 18 for fixing the shell 2, and the other side is connected to the wall of the elevator through a hinge; a movable door 19 is further arranged at the position, located on the elevator button 1, of the shell 2, and a sliding block 20 is arranged on one side of the movable door 19; the middle of the movable door 19 is provided with a through hole 15, and the other side is provided with a rolling wheel 41 and a hinge for connecting the movable door 19 to the shell 2.
By adopting the technical scheme, when the elevator button 1 breaks down or the interior of the elevator button 1 needs to be cleaned, the shell 2 can be opened by twisting down the fixing bolt 18, if the film roll 6 needs to be replaced, the whole shell 2 does not need to be opened, and the movable door 19 can be opened by sliding down the sliding block 20 of the movable door 19 to which the elevator button 1 needing to replace the film roll 6 belongs, so that replacement work can be started; only need closed dodge gate 19 after accomplishing work restore to the throne with slider 20 can, this setting of dodge gate 19 makes things convenient for the quick film book 6 of changing with of staff, and the influence of maximum reduction film changing work to the elevator operation improves the rate of utilization of elevator.
Preferably, the bottom of the fixed column 3 is provided with a sliding disk 21, the sliding disk 21 is provided with a bump, and the fixed column 3 is connected to the sliding disk 21 through a rivet.

By adopting the technical scheme, the film can be conveniently placed into the cutting module 4 by the worker through the placing sheet 61; when the film roll 6 is replaced, the movable door 19 is only required to be opened and then the fixed column 3 is bent, the cylinder column of the used film roll 6 is drawn out, a new film roll 6 is reset after being placed into the fixed column, the insertion piece 61 is then pulled up and inserted into the cutting module 4, and then the elevator button 1 is clicked three times in succession, after the controller 16 receives the signal, the motor 43 is actuated to rotate the roller 41 to bring the imbedding sheet 61 into the cutting module, causing the film roll 6 to be tensioned, then the movable door 19 is closed, the sliding block 20 is locked, the worker does not need to manually adjust the length or the angle of the film, the rolling wheels 41 arranged on the movable door 19 are matched with the rolling wheels 41 on the cutting module 4, the two rolling wheels 41 can ensure that the film roll 6 is stable in the film discharging process, the film exposed at the through hole 15 is not wrinkled, and a user can clearly observe the floors marked on the elevator button 1.
Preferably, the brush 9 is a static electricity removing brush, and the tail end of the brush 9 and the waste film collecting pipe 5 are provided with conducting wires connected to the ground wire of the elevator.

Preferably, the sealing modules 14 are distributed on two sides of the door 11, the sealing modules 14 are provided with sealing strips 22, and the bottom of the sealing modules 14 is connected with a second push rod 23.

Preferably, the material of the storage bag 12 is a polyethylene film, when the storage bag 12 is unfolded, the bin body 13 is cylindrical, and the radius of both the storage bag and the bin body is larger than that of the waste film collecting pipe 5; the bottom of the bin body 13 is provided with a turning cover 24, and the bottom of the turning cover 24 is connected with a third push rod 25.
By adopting the technical scheme, the radii of the storage bag 12 and the bin body 13 are larger than that of the waste film collecting pipe, so that the storage bag 12 is in butt joint with the waste film collecting pipe 5, and the bin body 13 can be turned out by turning up the cover 24, so that a worker can take out or put in the storage bag 12 conveniently; the third push rod can promote the storehouse body upward movement for accomodate the bag and dock with the waste film collecting pipe, can prevent among the nested back storehouse body 13 of butt joint waste film collecting pipe 5 and the accomodate bag 12 that the storehouse body 13 from removing.
Preferably, the bottom of the waste film collecting pipe 5 is spaced from the bin body 13 by a certain distance, preferably 8-10 CM.

Preferably, the cutting module 4, the cleaning mechanism 7, the receiving mechanism 10 and the sealing module 14 are all electrically connected to the controller 16; the side surface of the bin body 13 is also provided with a packaging button 26.
