本实用新型为一种厨房烹调用具。
目前使用的炒菜锅锅浅、口大，烹调时热油容易溅出烫伤人或者影响厨房卫生，盖上普通锅盖则影响操作，目前尚无合适的器具避免此弊病。
本实用新型的目的在于设计一种防溅锅盖，能有效地防止热油溅出，又不影响操作。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的，防溅锅盖由盖体和顶盖两部分组成。盖体下部为圆柱体，上部为与下部相连接的椎体形状，上部中心为顶口，顶口盖有顶盖，盖体和顶盖装有把手。烹调时，将盖体放在炒菜锅上，溅起油滴可沿盖体内壁回流锅内，顶口用于烹调时放入物料和观察，必要时盖上顶盖。本实用新型有效地解决热油溅出问题，又不影响操作。

盖体（1）下部为圆柱体（2），上部为与下部相连接的椎体（3）形状，上部中心为顶口（4），顶口（4）盖有顶盖（5），盖体（1）和顶盖（5）各装把手（6，7），便于取放锅盖。
