Detailed Description
The absorbent article may be of a belt type or a pants type. The absorbent article may be a disposable diaper or a pants-type sanitary napkin. The absorbent article of the embodiment is a pants-type disposable diaper. Fig. 1 and 2 show an extended state in which the absorbent article 1 is extended in a state in which side joint portions 60 described later are unfolded so as not to form wrinkles. In the cross-sectional view shown in fig. 3, the members are shown separated in the thickness direction T for the convenience of explanation, but in an actual product, they are in contact in the thickness direction T.
The absorbent article 1 has a front-back direction L and a width direction W that are orthogonal to each other. The front-back direction L is defined by a direction extending to the front side and the back side of the body. The absorbent article 1 has a thickness direction T orthogonal to both the front-back direction L and the width direction W. The thickness direction T extends toward the skin surface side T1 facing the wearer and toward the non-skin surface side T2 facing away from the wearer. The absorbent article 1 has a crotch region S3 and a waist region located outward in the front-back direction from the crotch region S3. The waist region may have a front waist region facing the front waist (abdomen) of the wearer and a rear waist region S2 facing the rear waist (back) of the wearer. The crotch region S3 faces the crotch of the wearer. The crotch region S3 is a region in which the leg hole openings 66 are formed. The leg hole opening 66 is inserted into the leg of the wearer in a state where the side joining portions 60 are formed. The boundary on the crotch region side of the front waistline region S1 is the front end edge of the leg hole opening 66, and the boundary on the crotch region side of the rear waistline region S2 is the rear end edge of the leg hole opening 66.
The absorbent article 1 has an absorbent main body 40 and an exterior body 15. At least a part of the outer package 15 overlaps the absorbent body 40 in the thickness direction on the non-skin surface side of the absorbent body 40. The outer body 15 may include a front outer body 16 disposed in the front waistline region S1 and a rear outer body 17 disposed in the rear waistline region S2. The front exterior body 16 and the rear exterior body 17 may be separated in the front-rear direction L. In another embodiment, the exterior body 15 may be configured such that the front exterior body 16 and the rear exterior body 17 are not separated in the front-rear direction L but are continuous in the front-rear direction L.
The absorbent article 1 may be provided with a side joining section 60 in which the outer side portion of the front outer cover 16 and the outer side portion of the rear outer cover 17 are joined. The outer side portion in the present invention refers to a portion occupying a certain range in the width direction W including the outer edge in the width direction W, and the outer edge refers to the outer edge in the width direction W.
The absorbent body 40 is disposed across the front exterior body 16 and the rear exterior body 17. The absorbent main body 40 may include an absorbent core 45, a top sheet 43 positioned closer to the skin surface side T1 than the absorbent core 45, and a back sheet positioned closer to the non-skin surface side T2 than the absorbent core 45. The absorbent core 45 may also be covered by a core covering sheet. The top sheet 43 is a liquid-permeable sheet, and is made of, for example, nonwoven fabric. The topsheet 43 may have a central sheet covering the widthwise center of the absorbent core 45 and side sheets covering the outer side portions of the central sheet. The back sheet may have a first back sheet 41 and a second back sheet 42 arranged on the non-skin surface side T2 with respect to the first back sheet 41. The first back sheet 41 may be formed of a liquid-permeable film. The second back surface sheet 42 may be formed of nonwoven fabric.
Next, the decorative portion 50 will be described. The decorative portion 50 extends in the front-rear direction L at least in the crotch region S3. The structure extending in the front-rear direction L includes not only a structure parallel to the front-rear direction L but also a structure inclined with respect to the front-rear direction L and a wave shape having portions extending in the width direction and the front-rear direction and extending in the front-rear direction as a whole. In the structure inclined with respect to the front-rear direction L, the angle formed by the front-rear direction L and the decorative portion 50 may be 45 degrees or less. The decorative portion 50 may be provided in plurality at intervals in the width direction W. The decorative portions 50 arranged at intervals in the width direction W may be partially connected or may be entirely separated in the width direction.
The decorative portion 50 of the present embodiment may have: the decorative portion 50 configured to be visually recognizable from the skin surface side T1 of the absorbent article 1 as shown in fig. 1, and the decorative portion 50 configured to be visually recognizable from the non-skin surface side T2 of the absorbent article 1 as shown in fig. 2. The decorative portion 50 configured to be visually recognizable from the skin surface side T1 of the absorbent article 1 may be configured by at least one of a printing portion printed on the skin surface side surface of the absorbent core 45, a printing portion printed on the core covering sheet positioned closer to the skin surface side T1 than the absorbent core, a printing portion printed on the second sheet disposed between the absorbent core 45 and the top sheet 43, and a printing portion printed on the top sheet 43. The decorative portion 50 configured to be visually recognizable from the non-skin surface side T2 of the absorbent article may be configured by at least one of a printed portion printed on the surface of the absorbent core 45 on the non-skin surface side, a printed portion printed on the core covering sheet positioned on the non-skin surface side with respect to the absorbent core 45, a printed portion printed on the first back sheet 41, and a printed portion printed on the second back sheet 42. The decorative portion 50 may be formed of an indicator that displays a color reaction when it comes into contact with a body fluid.
The decorative portion 50 may have a central decorative portion 51 and a pair of side decorative portions 52 located on the outer side in the width direction W than the central decorative portion 51. The central decorative portion 51 has at least one of a wide portion 51X having a length in the width direction W longer than a length W52 in the width direction W of the side decorative portion 52 and a high-density portion 51Y having a color density thicker than that of the side decorative portion 52. One central decorative portion 51 may have both the wide portion 51X and the high-concentration portion 51Y. The length of the central decorative portion 51 in the front-rear direction L may be equal to or greater than the length of the side decorative portion 52 in the front-rear direction L.
The central decorative portion 51 shown in fig. 2 has a wide portion 51X. The length of the wide portion 51X in the width direction is longer than the length W52 of the side decorative portion 52 in the width direction W. The wide portion 51X may be provided in a part of the central decorative portion 51 or may be provided in the entire central decorative portion 51. In the form in which the central decorative portion 51 is deformed in length in the width direction W, a portion of the central decorative portion 51 having a length in the width direction W longer than the maximum width of the side decorative portion 52 constitutes a wide portion 51X. The length of the decorative portion 50 in the width direction W is the length in the extended state in which the absorbent article is extended.
The central decorative portion 51 shown in fig. 1 has a high concentration portion 51Y. The color density of the high density portion 51Y is darker than that of the side decoration portion 52. The high concentration portion 51Y may be provided in a part of the central decoration portion 51 or may be provided in the entire central decoration portion 51. In the form in which the color density of the central decorative portion 51 is deformed, a portion of the central decorative portion 51 having a color density darker than that of the side decorative portion 52 constitutes a high density portion 51Y. The color density may be a color density with a high color difference calculated based on the la b color system. The color difference is a color difference Δ E with respect to the white reference plate (l96.76a +0.44b + 2.17). The color difference with respect to the white reference plate can be calculated by measuring the lab value of the white reference plate and the lab value of the target sample, respectively. An example of a method for measuring chromatic aberration will be described. The object sample canMeasured in the natural state. Here, the natural state refers to the following state: the absorbent article contained in the package was taken out of the package and left to stand at 20 ℃. + -. 2 ℃ and a relative humidity of 60%. + -. 5% RH for 24 hours. As a reference color for measuring the color difference, a white reference plate (l96.76a +0.44b +2.17) can be used. The color difference measuring instrument may use, for example, CR-300 manufactured by Konica Minolta, Inc., and a C light source (standard of the International Commission on illumination (CIE)) as a light source of the measuring instrument. The diameter of the measurement window of the measurement apparatus was 8 mm. Here, L is a value indicating brightness, and a and b are plane coordinates of chromaticity. Assuming that the Lab values of the white reference plate are L0, a0, and b0, and the Lab values of the target sample are L1, a1, and b1, the color difference Δ E ═ Δ L ═ L0-L1, Δ a ═ a0-a1, and Δ b ═ b0-b1 (Δ L ═ Δ L)2+(Δa*)2+(Δb*)2]1/2And (4) obtaining.
The central decorative portion 51 has at least one of the wide portion 51X and the high concentration portion 51Y, so that the central decorative portion 51 is more conspicuous than the side decorative portion 52. Therefore, the center in the width direction W of the absorbent article 1 is emphasized, and the side portions in the width direction W of the absorbent article 1 are hardly emphasized. The user can easily recognize the center decorative portion 51 as narrowed by the illusion of the eyes, and can hardly feel the length of the crotch region S3 of the absorbent article 1 in the width direction W, thereby giving an impression of slimness. The user can have the impression that the absorbent article 1 is elongated and fits easily and compactly in the crotch region S3. In the form in which the central decorative portion 51 has the wide portion 51X, the color density of the central decorative portion 51 may be equal to or less than the color density of the side decorative portion 52, and in the form in which the central decorative portion 51 has the high density portion 51Y, the length of the central decorative portion 51 in the width direction W may be equal to or less than the length of the side decorative portion 52 in the width direction W.
As shown in fig. 2, the central decorative portion 51 and the side decorative portion 52 may be linear extending in the front-rear direction L. The length of the absorbent article 1 in the front-rear direction L can be emphasized by the linear decorative portion 50 extending in the front-rear direction L. The user more easily gets the impression of the slimness of the absorbent article 1.
As shown in fig. 1, the side decorative portion 52 may have a curved shape in which the center in the front-rear direction L of the side decorative portion 52 protrudes inward in the width direction W. The center of the side garnish 52 in the front-rear direction may be located inward in the width direction W than the end of the side garnish 52 in the front-rear direction L. Since the side decorative portion 52 protrudes in a curved shape toward the central decorative portion 51, the user's sight line is easily guided to the central decorative portion 51. The user can easily recognize the central decorative portion 51 as narrow, and the impression of the slim shape of the absorbent article can be more easily obtained by the wide portion 51X of the central decorative portion 51 and the like.
The central decorative portion 51 may be disposed across the center 1WC in the width direction W of the absorbent article 1. The center 1WC in the width direction of the absorbent article 1 can be emphasized by the central decorative portion 51. By making the center 1WC of the absorbent article in the width direction conspicuous, the side portions of the absorbent article in the width direction are relatively inconspicuous. The user can easily recognize the central decorative portion 51 as a narrow, and the impression of a slim absorbent article can be more easily obtained.
The pair of side decorative portions 52 may have a first side decorative portion 52L disposed on one side (e.g., left side as viewed from the front) in the width direction W with respect to the central decorative portion 51, and a second side decorative portion 52R disposed on the other side (e.g., right side as viewed from the front) in the width direction W with respect to the central decorative portion 51. The first side decorative portion 52L and the second side decorative portion 52R may be disposed at an interval in the width direction W across the central decorative portion 51. The first side decorative portion 52L and the second side decorative portion 52R may be provided in plurality at intervals in the width direction W, respectively. The number of the first side decorative portions 52L may be the same as the number of the second side decorative portions 52R. Here, the number of the first side decorative portions 52L and the number of the second side decorative portions are the number of the decorative portions arranged to be separated in the width direction, and are not the number of the decorative structural portions in the form having a plurality of decorative structural portions as in the modification described later. Since the number of the side decorative portions 52 disposed on the left and right sides is the same, the center decorative portion 51 positioned between the side decorative portions 52 can be emphasized. The user can easily recognize the central decorative portion 51 as a narrow, and the impression of a slim absorbent article can be more easily obtained. More preferably, the first side decorative portion 52L and the second side decorative portion 52R may be line-symmetrical with respect to a line that passes through the center 1WC of the absorbent article 1 in the width direction and extends in the front-rear direction L. The central decorative portion 51 located between the side decorative portions 52 can be further emphasized.
As shown in fig. 2, the side decorative portions 52 provided in plurality at intervals in the width direction W may constitute an inner side decorative portion 521 and an outer side decorative portion 522 located on the outer side in the width direction than the inner side decorative portion 521. One of the side decorative portions 52 may constitute an inner side decorative portion 521, and the other side decorative portion of the side decorative portions 52 may constitute an outer side decorative portion 522. The inner side decorative portion 521 and the outer side decorative portion 522 may be provided to at least one of the first side decorative portion 52L and the second side decorative portion 52R, or may be provided to both of them. The length W522 of the outer side decorative portion 522 in the width direction may be shorter than the length W521 of the inner side decorative portion 521 in the width direction W. The width of the decorative portion 50 is gradually shortened from the central decorative portion 51 toward the outer side in the width direction W. Therefore, the widthwise center of the absorbent article 1 is emphasized, and the widthwise side portions of the absorbent article 1 are more difficult to be emphasized. The user can easily recognize the central decorative portion 51 as narrow, and the user can feel less likely that the absorbent article is long in the width direction, thereby giving a slim impression.
The side decorative portion 52 having the same width as the width of the inner side decorative portion 521 or the outer side decorative portion 522 may be disposed between the inner side decorative portion 521 and the outer side decorative portion 522. However, it is more preferable that, of the adjacent side decorative portions 52, the length in the width direction W of the side decorative portion 52 located on the outer side in the width direction W may be shorter than the length in the width direction W of the side decorative portion 52 located on the inner side. The width of the side decorative portion 52 gradually becomes shorter from the central decorative portion 51 toward the outer side in the width direction W. Therefore, the widthwise center of the absorbent article 1 is further emphasized, and the widthwise side portions of the absorbent article are more difficult to be emphasized.
The decorative portion 50 may be disposed in the crotch region S3 and the waist region. The decorative portion 50 may straddle at least one of the front waistline region S1 and the rear waistline region S2. The decorative portion 50 is also disposed in the waist region, and has a longer length in the front-rear direction L. By emphasizing the length of the absorbent article 1 in the front-rear direction L by the decorative portion 50, it is possible to make it difficult for the user to recognize the length of the absorbent article 1 in the width direction W. Therefore, the user can easily recognize the central decorative portion 51 as narrow, and the user can feel less likely that the absorbent article 1 is long in the width direction W, thereby giving a slim impression. In addition, in the decorative portion 50 that can be visually recognized from the non-skin surface side T2, the decorative portion 50 disposed in the waist region is covered with the exterior body 15, and the visual recognition is reduced compared to the decorative portion 50 disposed in the crotch region. Therefore, the decorative portion 50 disposed in the crotch region S3 is emphasized over the decorative portion 50 disposed in the waist region. Therefore, the length of the crotch portion S3 in the front-rear direction L is more easily emphasized than the length of the crotch portion S3 in the width direction W. The user can have the impression of an easy and compact fit in the crotch region S3.
The absorbent article 1 may have a characteristic pattern (character pattern)55 that can be visually confirmed together with the decorative portion 50. The characteristic pattern 55 may be visually confirmed from the skin surface side T1 together with the decorative portion 50, or may be visually confirmed from the non-skin surface side T2 together with the decorative portion 50. The characteristic pattern is a pattern including an anthropomorphic image, particularly an image which gives an idea of whether or not a human is in a shape or posture, such as an object which does not have a life, an animal, a natural phenomenon, or a cartoon image of a cartoon. At least a part of the characteristic pattern 55 may be disposed on a center extension line FL51 extending in the front-rear direction L from the center decorative portion 51. In fig. 2, the outer edge of center extension line FL51 is shown, and center extension line FL51 is also formed between two center extension lines FL 51. The characteristic pattern 55 is easily noticeable and easily draws the attention of the user. Since the feature pattern 55 is disposed on the center extension line FL51, the center decorative portion 51 can be emphasized by the feature pattern 55. In a configuration in which the central decorative portion 51 is disposed across the center 1WC of the absorbent article 1 in the width direction W, the center of the absorbent article 1 in the width direction W can be emphasized by both the central decorative portion 51 and the characteristic pattern 55. The user is more likely to get the impression of an elongated absorbent article. The characteristic pattern 55 may overlap the central decorative portion 51 or the side decorative portion 52.
In the case where a plurality of side decorative portions 52 are provided at intervals in the width direction, the characteristic pattern 55 may be disposed in a region that does not overlap with at least one of the plurality of side extension lines FL52 extending from the side decorative portions 52 in the front-rear direction L. In fig. 2, the outer edge of the side extension line FL52 is shown, and the side extension line FL52 is also formed between the two side extension lines FL 52. Since the characteristic pattern 55 is disposed in the region that does not overlap the side extension line FL52, at least a part of the side decorative portion 52 can be made inconspicuous, and the center decorative portion 51 can be made relatively conspicuous. More preferably, the characteristic pattern 55 may be disposed in a region that does not overlap with all of the plurality of side extension lines FL 52. All the side decorative portions 52 can be made inconspicuous, and the central decorative portion 51 can be made relatively conspicuous.
Next, a decorative portion 50 according to a modification will be described with reference to fig. 4. In the following description, the same reference numerals are used for the same components as those of the above-described embodiment, and the description thereof is omitted. The decorative portion 50 of the modification is constituted by an aggregate of decorative structure portions 56 disposed at a spacing in the front-rear direction L. The decorative structure portion 56 may be formed of at least one of dots, lines, patterns, and characters. The interval of the ornamental structure portion 56 in the front-rear direction L may be shorter than the length of the ornamental structure portion 56 in the front-rear direction L. Specifically, the distance G561 in the front-rear direction L between the decorative structure portions 561 of the center decorative portion 51 is shorter than the length L561 in the front-rear direction L between the decorative structure portions 561 of the center decorative portion 51, and the distance G562 in the front-rear direction L between the decorative structure portions 562 of the side decorative portions 52 is shorter than the length L562 in the front-rear direction L between the decorative structure portions 562 of the side decorative portions 52. With this structure, the decorative structure portion 56 can be easily recognized as integrated. The length of the absorbent article 1 in the front-rear direction L can be emphasized by the decorative portion 50. Therefore, the user can easily recognize the central decorative portion 51 as narrow, and the user can feel less likely that the absorbent article 1 is long in the width direction W, thereby giving a slim impression.
In the modification, the decorative structure portion 561 of the center decorative portion 51 may be different from the decorative structure portion 562 of the side decorative portion 52 so that the center decorative portion 51 is more conspicuous than the side decorative portion 52. Specifically, the length L561 of the decorative structure portion 561 of the central decorative portion 51 in the front-rear direction may be longer than the size of the decorative structure portion 562 of the side decorative portion 52. The interval in the front-rear direction L of the decorative structure portion 561 in the center decorative portion 51 may be shorter than the interval in the front-rear direction L of the decorative structure portion 562 in the side decorative portion 52. Alternatively, the pitch P561 in the front-rear direction L of the decorative structure portions 561 in the central decorative portion 51 may be shorter than the pitch P562 in the front-rear direction L of the decorative structure portions 562 in the side decorative portion 52. With this structure, the central decorative portion 51 is more conspicuous than the side decorative portions 52.
While the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the above embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described in the present specification. The present invention can be implemented as modifications and variations without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention defined by the claims. Therefore, the description of the present specification is for illustrative purposes and does not have any restrictive meaning to the present invention.
