At present, the thick oil thermal recovery well causes wellhead puncture and production failure due to polished rod eccentric wear and corrosion, and the yield is influenced because an oil well cannot normally pump. In order to recover the normal production of an oil well, a new polished rod needs to be replaced to pump oil, but the oil well is in a high-temperature and high-pressure environment, the polished rod is replaced by temporarily blocking the underground pressure in dry ice freezing operation at present, but the process has extremely high operation cost and has blowout risk caused by defrosting in the operation process.

wherein, the gate valve (7) is in the open state, the flashboards (6) of the two flashboard sealer assemblies (10) can extend into the operation cross joint (3) and clamp the sucker rod (2) from two sides of the sucker rod (2), and the fluid communication between the upper part and the lower part of the operation cross joint (3) is cut off.

6. A wellhead sealing device according to claim 1, characterised in that the ram sealer assembly (10) is removably connected to the gate valve (7).
7. A wellhead sealing device according to claim 1, characterized in that it also comprises an external control device which drives the switching of the gate valve (7) between the open and closed conditions.
8. A wellhead sealing device according to claim 7, characterised in that the external control device is a hand wheel.
9. A wellhead sealing device according to claim 8, characterised in that the hand wheel is detachably arranged on the gate valve (7) and can control the movement of the rams (6) of the ram sealer assembly (10).
