the nylon inner ring 6 is provided with a nylon inner ring boss 7, an electric lead perforation and a sliding groove 9 are arranged in a body on one side of the nylon gland 2, and the nylon inner ring boss 7 of the nylon inner ring 6 can move in the sliding groove 9 of the nylon gland 2;
the conductive inner metal ring 4 is fixed outside the outer wall of the nylon inner ring 6, the conductive outer metal ring 3 is fixed in the inner wall of the nylon gland 2, the nylon inner ring 6 and the conductive inner metal ring 4 are arranged in the conductive outer metal ring 3, and the conductive inner metal ring 4 and the conductive outer metal ring 3 are positioned in a space;
