When the conveying mechanism 4 conveys the wall board 500 upwards, the second clutch 132 is closed, the first clutch 122 is opened, the second winding drum 131 is driven by the second winding engine 13 to rotate forwards to wind up, the first winding drum 121 is driven to pay off, and the first winding engine 12 does not need to be started at the moment; when the conveying mechanism 4 moves downwards, the first clutch 122 is closed, the second clutch 132 is in a semi-closed state (having resistance enough to overcome the gravity of the conveying mechanism 4), the first winding drum 121 is driven by the first winding machine 12 to reversely wind up, so as to drive the second winding drum 131 to pay off, and at this time, the second winding machine 13 does not need to be started; when the curtain wall mounting mechanism 3 ascends, the first clutch 122 is closed, the second clutch 132 is opened, the second winding drum 131 is wound off under the driving of the first steel wire rope 10, when the curtain wall mounting mechanism 3 descends, the first clutch 122 is closed, the second clutch 132 is closed, and the second winding machine 13 synchronously rotates to drive the second winding drum 131 to wind up.
Through setting up first clutch 122, second clutch 132, conveying mechanism 4 goes up and down and curtain installation mechanism 3 goes up and down in-process, only need to start first hoist 12 or second hoist 13 alone, need not both to open in step, avoids the asynchronous phenomenon of the receipts and releases line action of first wire rope 10 because of the asynchronous rotation that leads to of first hoist 12, second hoist 13, and then avoids loose or the damage of pulling of first wire rope 10, ensures conveying mechanism 4's lift process stability.
As a specific implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, please refer to fig. 4, the conveying mechanism 4 includes a second connecting frame 41 and a receiving box 42; wherein, the second connecting frame 41 is respectively fixedly connected with the two first steel wire ropes 10; the receiving box 42 is fixedly connected with the second connecting frame 41 and is located between the curtain wall mounting mechanism 3 and the curtain wall mounting surface 50, and the receiving box 42 is used for loading the wallboard 500.
In this embodiment, two ends of the second connecting frame 41 are respectively fixedly connected to the two first steel wire ropes 10, and at least two connecting points between any end of the second connecting frame 41 and the corresponding first steel wire rope 10 are arranged at intervals up and down, so as to ensure stable connection of the second connecting frame 41 and avoid the phenomenon that the second connecting frame 41 is inclined due to bending of the first steel wire rope 10 caused by insufficient tension; wallboard 500 is placed in receiving box 42 and is carried, and the perisporium of receiving box 42 can block wallboard 500, and is safe and reliable. Furthermore, it should be noted that, in order to facilitate the curtain wall mounting mechanism 3 to grab the wall board 500, the side of the receiving box 42 facing away from the curtain wall mounting surface 50 is provided with an avoiding space.
As a specific implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, please refer to fig. 1 and fig. 7, two second pulley blocks 314 are disposed at the top of the curtain wall mounting mechanism 3 at intervals along the width direction of the building body 5, and the second driving mechanism 2 includes a second mounting seat 21, a third winding machine 22 and two second steel wire ropes 20; one end of the second mounting seat 21 is used for being fixed on the roof of a building, the other end of the second mounting seat extends towards the outer side of the building body 5 perpendicular to the curtain wall mounting surface 50, and two third pulley blocks 211 which respectively correspond to the two second pulley blocks 314 up and down are arranged at intervals at the extending end; the third winch 22 is arranged on the second mounting seat 21, and two third winding drums 221 which respectively correspond to the two third pulley blocks 211 are arranged at intervals; one end of each of the two second steel wire ropes 20 is connected to the extending end of the second mounting base 21, and the other end of each of the two second steel wire ropes 20 is correspondingly connected to the two third winding drums 221 after passing through the two second pulley blocks 314 and the two third pulley blocks 211.
When the third winding drum 221 is driven by the third winding machine 22 to wind up, the second steel wire rope 20 drives the curtain wall mounting mechanism 3 to ascend, otherwise, the curtain wall mounting mechanism 3 descends, the third winding machine 22 drives the two third winding drums 221 to respectively correspond to the two second steel wire ropes 20 to wind up and pay off, and the tension force applied to the two second pulley blocks 314 is ensured to be the same, so that the phenomenon that the lifting process of the curtain wall mounting mechanism 3 inclines due to the asynchronous lifting of the two stress points can be avoided, and the safety and the stability of the lifting process of the curtain wall mounting mechanism 3 are ensured.

1. A curtain wall construction device is characterized by comprising:
the first driving mechanism is provided with a first mounting seat, and the first mounting seat is used for being fixed on the ground at the bottom of a building body; a first winch and a second winch are arranged on the first mounting seat at intervals along the direction vertical to the mounting surface of the curtain wall; two first winding drums are arranged on the output shaft of the first winding engine at intervals, and two second winding drums are arranged on the output shaft of the second winding engine at intervals;
the second driving mechanism is used for being fixed on the top surface of the building body and vertically corresponds to the first driving mechanism;
the top of the curtain wall mounting mechanism is connected with the second driving mechanism, two sides of the bottom of the curtain wall mounting mechanism are respectively provided with a first pulley block, two first pulley blocks are respectively hung with a first steel wire rope, and two ends of the first steel wire rope are respectively correspondingly connected with the first winding drum and the second winding drum; the curtain wall mounting mechanism is driven by the second driving mechanism to move up and down, is used for bearing operators and is used for attaching a wallboard to the curtain wall mounting surface;
and two sides of the conveying mechanism are respectively connected with the two first steel wire ropes, and are positioned below the curtain wall mounting mechanism, so that the wall plate is conveyed to the curtain wall mounting mechanism from the ground.
2. The curtain wall construction apparatus of claim 1 wherein the curtain wall mounting mechanism comprises:
the top of the hanging basket is connected with the second driving mechanism, two sides of the bottom of the hanging basket are respectively connected with the two first steel wire ropes and used for bearing operators, and a guide rail extending in the vertical direction is arranged on the side wall, close to the building body, of the hanging basket;
the manipulator is connected with the guide rail in a vertical sliding mode and can stretch and retract along a direction perpendicular to the installation surface of the curtain wall;
the manipulator is used for grabbing the wallboard on the conveying mechanism when sliding downwards to the lower part of the hanging basket, and is used for attaching the wallboard to the curtain wall mounting surface when sliding upwards to the upper part of the hanging basket.

The curtain wall construction device according to claim 2, wherein: the outer wall of the two sides of the hanging basket is respectively provided with a first telescopic cylinder which stretches along the direction perpendicular to the curtain wall mounting surface, a first electric sucker is arranged at the telescopic end of the first telescopic cylinder, and the first electric sucker is used for adsorbing the curtain wall mounting surface.
4. The curtain wall construction device according to claim 2, wherein the guide rail is provided with a toothed surface extending in a vertical direction; the manipulator includes:
the first connecting frame is connected with the guide rail in a vertically sliding manner;
the driving motor is connected to the first connecting frame, a gear is arranged at the shaft end of the driving motor, and the gear is meshed with the tooth-shaped surface;
the telescopic arm is connected with the first connecting frame and is telescopic along the direction vertical to the mounting surface of the curtain wall;
the gripper is connected with the telescopic arm, a plurality of second electric suckers are arranged on the gripper at intervals, and the second electric suckers are used for being matched with the wallboard to grab.
5. The curtain wall construction apparatus of claim 4, wherein the telescopic arm comprises:
two groups of telescopic hinges are arranged at intervals in the horizontal or vertical direction, one end of each telescopic hinge is hinged with the hand grip, and the other end of each telescopic hinge is hinged with the first connecting frame;
and two ends of the second telescopic cylinder are respectively connected with the two telescopic hinges.

The curtain wall construction device according to claim 5, wherein: the hand grip is provided with a slide way extending along the horizontal or vertical direction, a slide block is connected in the slide way in a sliding manner, and a slide rod extending along the telescopic direction of the telescopic arm is arranged on the slide block; and a sliding sleeve is arranged on the cylinder body of the second telescopic cylinder, and the sliding rod penetrates through the sliding sleeve and is in sliding connection with the sliding sleeve.

9. The curtain wall construction device of any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the top of the curtain wall mounting mechanism is provided with two second pulley blocks at intervals along the width direction of the building body, and the second driving mechanism comprises:
one end of the second mounting seat is used for being fixed on the top of a building, the other end of the second mounting seat extends towards the outer side of the building body perpendicular to the curtain wall mounting surface, and two third pulley blocks which respectively correspond to the two second pulley blocks up and down are arranged at intervals at the extending end;
the third winch is arranged on the second mounting seat and is provided with two third winding drums corresponding to the two third pulley blocks at intervals;
and one end of each second steel wire rope is connected with the extending end of the second mounting seat, and the other end of each second steel wire rope penetrates through the two second pulley blocks and the two third pulley blocks in sequence and then is correspondingly connected with the two third winding drums.
