本实用新型公开了一种套片式空冷器用强化换热翅片,包括三角波纹状的基片,该基片上均匀分布有若干管孔,所述基片的一侧端面且围绕管孔的位置设有扰流凸起,解决了现有翅片对介质没有扰流作用而导致传热系数不高的问题,使翅片满足高传热性以及高可靠性。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及换热器技术领域,尤其涉及一种套片式空冷器用强化换热翅片。
背景技术
套片式空冷器是由管子与翅片通过胀接方式连接而构成的换热器,其具体结构形式为:将管子穿设在翅片上的管孔中,然后将管子胀粗,使管子的外壁与翅片紧密接触而连接在一起。翅片的作用主要是用来强化管外一侧流体的换热效率,翅片的结构形式对换热效率的提高起着重要的作用,现今制造各类换热器的高效强化冷却元件绝大多数为光圆管外扎制圆环肋片结构,也有一部分为光圆管外套平板翅片或环形破口翅片或波纹翅片结构,现有结构中的冷却介质与被冷却介质仅靠圆环肋片或平板翅片强化换热面积,圆环肋片在单位体积外形尺寸下强化的换热面积较小,平板翅片虽然在单位体积外形尺寸下强化的换热面积较大,但是平板翅片对介质没有扰流作用,导致传热系数不高,而且不具备干涉流体振动效果,其散热片会产生振动,从而影响使用效果。
实用新型内容
本实用新型为了克服上述中存在的问题,提供了一种套片式空冷器用强化换热翅片,解决了现有翅片对介质没有扰流作用而导致传热系数不高的问题,使翅片满足高传热性以及高可靠性。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:本实用新型提供了一种套片式空冷器用强化换热翅片,包括三角波纹状的基片,该基片上均匀分布有若干管孔,所述基片的一侧端面且围绕管孔的位置设有扰流凸起。
优选的,所述扰流凸起呈三棱锥状,且其锥形高度为基片间距的0.6~0.8。
优选的,所述管孔阵列设置在基片三角波纹的峰顶之间。
优选的,所述管孔四周均设有四个扰流凸起,并对称分布在管孔前后两端,且两管孔之间扰流凸起的尖角相对设置。
优选的,所述基片采用铝箔材质。
优选的,所述基片以及基片上的扰流凸起均通过冲压成型。解决了扰流凸起易腐蚀脱落的问题,同时避免脱落的翅片进入其它设备后引起设备损坏。
优选的,所述管孔内径9.7mm。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有的有益效果为:该三角波纹状的基片强化了翅片的换热面积,而且基片的一侧端面且围绕管孔的位置冲制有三棱锥状的扰流凸起,该扰流凸起具有干涉流体振动,防止散热片振动的作用,并且三棱锥状的扰流凸起对流体有扰流作用,从而解决了现有翅片对介质没有扰流作用而导致传热系数不高的问题,使翅片满足高传热性以及高可靠性。

现在结合附图对本实用新型作进一步详细的说明。这些附图均为简化的示意图,仅以示意方式说明本实用新型的基本结构,因此其仅显示与本实用新型有关的构成。
本实用新型在具体实施如下:如图1-5所示的一种套片式空冷器用强化换热翅片,包括三角波纹状的基片1,基片1采用铝箔材质,该基片1上均匀分布有若干管孔2,且管孔2阵列设置在基片1三角波纹的峰顶之间,同时管孔2内径9.7mm,基片1的一侧端面且围绕管孔2的位置设有扰流凸起3,管孔2四周均设有四个扰流凸起3,并对称分布在管孔2前后两端,且两管孔2之间扰流凸起3的尖角相对设置,该扰流凸起3呈三棱锥状,且其锥形高度为基片1间距的0.6~0.8,基片1以及基片1上的扰流凸起3均通过冲压成型,解决了扰流凸起3易腐蚀脱落的问题,同时避免脱落的翅片进入其它设备后引起设备损坏,该三角波纹状的基片1强化了翅片的换热面积,而且基片1的一侧端面且围绕管孔2的位置冲制有三棱锥状的扰流凸起3,该扰流凸起3具有干涉流体振动,防止散热片振动的作用,并且三棱锥状的扰流凸起3对流体有扰流作用,从而解决了现有翅片对介质没有扰流作用而导致传热系数不高的问题,使翅片满足高传热性以及高可靠性。

1.一种套片式空冷器用强化换热翅片,其特征在于:包括三角波纹状的基片,该基片上均匀分布有若干管孔,所述基片的一侧端面且围绕管孔的位置设有扰流凸起;
所述管孔阵列设置在基片三角波纹的峰顶之间;
所述管孔四周均设有四个扰流凸起,并对称分布在管孔前后两端,且两管孔之间扰流凸起的尖角相对设置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种套片式空冷器用强化换热翅片,其特征在于:所述扰流凸起呈三棱锥状,且其锥形高度为基片间距的0.6~0.8。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种套片式空冷器用强化换热翅片,其特征在于:所述基片采用铝箔材质。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种套片式空冷器用强化换热翅片,其特征在于:所述基片以及基片上的扰流凸起均通过冲压成型。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种套片式空冷器用强化换热翅片,其特征在于:所述管孔内径9.7mm。
