As shown in fig. 2 to 5, an embodiment of the utility model discloses a grade wall falls, should fall the grade wall and include: first wall panel 10, second wall panel 20, metal encapsulation and connector 40.
The first wall plate 10 and the second wall plate 20 are arranged in parallel so that the side edge of the first wall plate 10 is staggered with the side edge of the second wall plate 20; both the first wall panel 10 and the second wall panel 20 may be made of calcium silicate board, but is not limited to this material.
The metal packaging part comprises a sealing plate 30, and the sealing plate 30 is arranged between the first wall plate 10 and the second wall plate 20 and is perpendicular to the first wall plate and the second wall plate; wherein, the preceding side end of shrouding 30 is buckled towards second wallboard 20 direction in order to form turn-ups 31, and shrouding 30 is provided with limiting plate 33 on towards the face of second wallboard 20, and the side of second wallboard 20 inserts to between limiting plate 33 and the turn-ups 31, and the tip of second wallboard 20 supports and leans on in shrouding 30, so, the outer corner of the side of second wallboard 20 as falling grade wall's external corner is encapsulated by turn-ups 31 and is used for protecting this external corner.
The connecting member 40 includes a main body portion 42, the main body portion 42 extends an inner panel 411 and an outer panel 412 toward one side of the first wall panel 10, the inner panel 411 and the outer panel 412 define the slot 41; the side edge of the first wall plate 10 is provided with an insertion slit 13, the insertion slit 13 divides the side edge of the first wall plate 10 into an insertion part 11 positioned at the inner side and a butt joint part 12 positioned at the outer side, and the insertion part 11 is shorter than the butt joint part 12; the insertion portion 11 is inserted into the insertion groove 41, and thus the abutting portion 12 is divided to the outside of the outer panel 412 so that the end surface of the abutting portion 12 abuts against the cover plate 30.
The inner end of the sealing plate 30 is formed with a first combining portion 32, the outer side of the main body portion 42 of the connecting member 40 is formed with a second combining portion 43, and the sealing plate 30 is connected to the connecting member 40 by the cooperation of the first combining portion 32 and the second combining portion 43, so that the first wall plate 10, the second wall plate 20 and the sealing plate 30 are connected.
The first combining part 32 and the second combining part 43 may be configured as a locking groove and a locking protrusion, which are matched with each other, that is, the second combining part 43 is a locking groove opened at the outer side of the main body part 42, the locking groove penetrates through both ends of the connecting member 40, and the first combining part 32 is a locking protrusion formed at the inner side end of the sealing plate 30; the tabs slide from the ends of the connector 40 into the slots to connect the closure plate 30 to the body portion 42.
The utility model has the advantages that:
1. the utility model provides a fall the grade wall and only have a concatenation seam between first wallboard 10 and shrouding 30, compare the grade wall that falls among the prior art, the concatenation seam is few, and appearance quality is good.
2. The flanges 31 integrally formed at the outboard ends of the closure plates 30 serve to protect the external corners of the wall as a drop wall and thus do not have to be protected by bonding metal laths separately.
3. Compared with the third wall plate of the grade falling wall in the prior art, the sealing plate 30 is light in weight and convenient to carry and mount.
4. Adopt the cartridge mode installation between shrouding 30 and the first wallboard 10 and between shrouding 30 and the second wallboard 20, and then can effectively avoid the part dislocation phenomenon to appear after the installation.
5. Because the shrouding 30 is the metal sheet, conveniently attached decorative film on shrouding 30's face, and then can improve the appearance quality of falling the level wall.
Two configurations for inserting the second wall panel 20 into the metal enclosure are described below.
Example 1
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the position limiting plate 33 is vertically disposed on the sealing plate 30, and the side edge of the second wall plate 20 is located between the position limiting plate 33 and the turning plate as a whole. Preferably, the surface of the limiting plate 33 facing the second wall plate 20 is formed with a rib 331, and the rib 331 is used for contacting with the first wall plate 10.
Example 2
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the limiting plate 33 is disposed on the sealing plate 30 in an inclined manner toward the outside, and the impedance plate 34 is disposed on the sealing plate 30 between the limiting plate 33 and the flange 31; the side edge of the second wall plate 20 is provided with an insertion slit 23, and the insertion slit 23 divides the side edge of the second wall plate 20 into an insertion part 21 positioned on the inner side and a butt joint part 22 positioned on the outer side; wherein: the impedance board 34 is inserted into the insertion slit 23, and the insertion part 21 is inserted between the limit board 33 and the impedance board 34; the abutting part 22 is positioned between the impedance plate 34 and the flanging 31, and the end surface of the abutting part 22 abuts against the sealing plate 30; the insertion slit 23 is wider than the thickness of the resistance plate 34 so that the resistance plate 34 has a certain fitting margin with respect to the insertion slit 23 in the thickness direction of the second wall panel 20; the end of the stopper plate 33 is bent inward to form a bent portion 332.
The mounting effect between the second wall panel 20 and the sealing plate 30 in embodiment 2 is better than that between the second wall panel 20 and the sealing plate 30 in embodiment 1, specifically:
1. the cooperation of the limiting plate 33 and the resistance plate 34 can strictly position the second wall plate 20 so that the second wall plate 20 and the sealing plate 30 are in a strictly vertical state (in embodiment 1, because the flange 31 is far shorter than the limiting plate 33 in the horizontal direction, the contact force of the limiting plate 33 to the second wall plate 20 easily results in the assembly result of the second wall plate 20 and the sealing plate 30 being greater than 90 degrees).
2. The limiting plate 33 is disposed obliquely, so that the abutting portion 22 of the second wall plate 20 within a certain thickness range can extend between the limiting plate 33 and the impedance plate 34.
3. The limiting plate 33 arranged obliquely presses the second wall plate 20 to a certain degree, so that the combining capacity of the second wall plate 20 and the sealing plate 30 is improved.
4. By providing the impedance plate 34 with a certain fitting margin in the thickness direction of the second wall panel 20 with respect to the insertion slit 23, the flap of the sealing plate 30 can be always attached to the second wall panel 20 by the pressing action of the inclined restriction plate 33 against the second wall panel 20.
5. The end of the limiting plate 33 is provided with a bent part 332 to further facilitate the insertion of the second wall plate 20 between the limiting plate 33 and the impedance plate 34.
