Internal corner component and wall corner assembly
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of assembly type decoration, in particular to an internal corner component and a wall corner assembly.
Background
In the prior art, the following assembly decoration technology is adopted to obtain the corner:
two vertical wall panels are inserted into a connecting piece to position two corners, and then an internal corner strip is bonded to the butt seam inside the two wall panels, which is used for decorating the formed corner in a known manner.
The above-mentioned way of obtaining the corner has the following drawbacks:
1. two assembling procedures are needed, namely, the connecting piece is needed to position the two wallboards firstly, and then the internal corner strips are needed to be bonded to the butt joint, so that the assembling process is complicated.
2. The colloid used for bonding the internal corner strip affects the indoor environment, and part of the colloid is easily exposed to the outside to affect the appearance quality.
3. Because the glue is not firmly bonded, the internal corner strip and the wallboard are easy to separate and crack.
In order to solve the above problems, there is a known internal corner part including a connecting member for connecting two vertical wall panels and an internal corner strip, wherein the internal corner part is characterized in that the internal corner strip is integrally formed on the connecting member. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, specifically, the connecting member of the female corner member 300 includes a main connecting plate 301; the female angle bar 302 is integrally formed at the outer end of the main connecting plate 301, and the main connecting plate 301 and the two wall plates 100 and 200 form an included angle of 45 degrees; two of the inner ends of the main connecting plate 301 are also provided with two guard plates 303; wherein: the two contact surfaces 3021 of the inside corner strip 302 for attaching to the two wall panels 100 and 200 are respectively parallel to the two protection plates 303, so as to define the insertion openings 304 for inserting the side edges of the two wall panels, and after the side edges of the two wall panels are respectively inserted into the two insertion openings 304, the inside corner strip is just located at the butt joint position of the two wall panels, so that the corner with the inside corner strip can be obtained, and the inside corner strip is prevented from being fixed in a bonding manner.
However, the above-mentioned female corner member in the prior art has the following problems when used for assembling a corner:
1. as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the main connecting plate 301 is inclined relative to the wall panels 100,200 so that the contact surface 3021 of the inside corner strip 302 is at 135 ° to the main connecting plate 301, i.e., the contact surface 3021 of the inside corner strip is non-parallel and non-perpendicular to the main connecting plate 301, which is not easily obtained by machining or casting, which increases the difficulty of machining.
2. As shown in fig. 1, if the wall panel needs to be positioned in the inserting direction by using the above-mentioned internal corner parts, the end faces of the side edges of the wall panels 100 and 200 need to be processed into inclined planes 400 which are strictly matched with the inclination angle of the main connecting plate 301, otherwise, the positioning effect of the wall panel is not good, which inevitably increases the difficulty in processing the side edges of the wall panel.
3. As shown in fig. 2, if the side of the wall panel is not machined or not machined to have an inclined surface that exactly matches the main connection plate, the female corner member cannot position the wall panel in the plugging direction.
