The second oil return passage 48, the first oil return passage 50, the second high-pressure oil passage 17, the first high-pressure oil passage 13 and the high-pressure air passage 60 are arranged on the side wall of the injector body 12, and the large needle valve oil inlet 61 is arranged on the side wall of the large needle valve 2.
The upper low-pressure oil chamber 58 and the lower low-pressure oil chamber 7 are communicated through a middle gap of the large needle valve limiting nut 9, high-pressure diesel oil is filled in the high-pressure oil chamber 5, although sealing is achieved through a coupling, part of the diesel oil can still leak, and the leaked diesel oil is led back to the oil tank through the lower low-pressure oil chamber 7 and the upper low-pressure oil chamber 58 by the first oil return channel 50.
The diesel injection principle:
high-pressure diesel enters the ejector from the oil inlet interface 16 and is divided into two paths, and one path of high-pressure diesel enters the high-pressure oil cavity 5 through the first high-pressure oil duct 13 and the large needle valve oil inlet 61; and the other path of high-pressure diesel oil enters the control cavity 19 through the second high-pressure oil passage 17 and the oil inlet metering hole 21, and the control cavity 19 is communicated with the oil inlet passage 24 of the balance valve seat through the oil outlet metering hole 47 and the transition block high-pressure oil passage 23. The diesel oil that gets in and out in the control cavity 19 is led on with the external world by oil inlet measuring hole 21 and the delivery measuring hole 47 of graduated flask piece 20 respectively, and oil inlet measuring hole 21 aperture of graduated flask piece is less than delivery measuring hole 47 aperture. When waiting for the injection of fuel, the diesel oil in the control chamber 19 is in a static state, and the oil pressure thereof is kept the same as the oil pressure in the high-pressure oil chamber 5 in the needle valve body (i.e., the pressure in the common rail pipe). At the moment, the large needle valve 2 and the small needle valve 3 are pressed on the needle valve matching part 1 under the action of the springs, and the diesel injection holes 57 are closed.
When the diesel oil is injected, the electromagnetic coil 39 is electrified to generate electromagnetic force to attract the armature 27 to rise, the armature spring 30 is compressed to drive the balance valve 26 to rise, the oil inlet channel 24 of the balance valve seat is communicated with the oil outlet channel 42 of the balance valve seat, when the balance valve 26 operated by the electromagnetic valve is opened instantly, because the diameter of the oil inlet metering hole 21 of the metering hole block 20 is small and the diameter of the oil outlet metering hole 47 is large, diesel oil in the control cavity 19 instantly flows in a small amount and flows out a large amount, the oil pressure in the cavity instantly drops, so that the oil pressure in the high-pressure oil cavity 5 of the oil injection nozzle is greatly lower than that in the oil pressure cavity 5, the pressure bearing conical surface 54 of the small needle valve bears upward pressure, the downward acting force of the small needle valve spring 8 and the top surface of the hydraulic piston 15 is overcome, the small needle valve spring 8 is compressed, the small needle valve 3 drives the transition rod 14 and the hydraulic piston 15 to move upwards together, the diesel oil spray hole 57 is opened, and the. Diesel oil flowing into the oil outlet channel 42 of the balance valve seat enters an oil return port 49 through a transition block oil return channel 44, a metering orifice block oil return channel 45 and a second oil return channel 48 and returns to the oil tank.
When oil injection is finished, the electromagnetic coil 39 is powered off, the armature 27 and the balance valve 26 descend under the action of the armature spring 30, the oil inlet channel 24 of the balance valve seat and the oil outlet channel 42 of the balance valve seat are blocked, the oil pressure in the control cavity 19 is kept the same as the oil pressure in the high-pressure oil cavity 5 in the large needle valve 2, the small needle valve 3 moves downwards under the action of the small needle valve spring 8, the diesel oil spray hole 57 is closed, and oil injection is finished. Meanwhile, the reciprocating motion of the small needle valve 3 can cause part of diesel oil to leak from the high-pressure oil chamber 5 to the low-pressure oil chamber 7, and the part of the low-pressure diesel oil enters the low-pressure oil chamber 58 through the middle gap of the large needle valve limiting nut 9 and enters the oil return port 49 through the first oil return channel 50 to return to the oil tank.
The natural gas injection principle is as follows:
when the air is not injected, the large needle valve 2 is pressed on the inner side surface of the needle valve coupling part 1 by the large needle valve spring 10, and the small needle valve 3 is pressed on the inner side surface of the large needle valve 2 by the small needle valve spring 8.
When natural gas is sprayed, the electromagnetic coil 39 is firstly electrified, the oil inlet channel 24 of the balance valve seat is communicated with the oil outlet channel 42 of the balance valve seat, the common rail pipe does not supply high-pressure diesel oil to the oil injector, and the hydraulic piston 15 can freely move up and down in the control cavity 19. When high-pressure natural gas enters the natural gas cavity 4 through the air inlet connector 59 and the high-pressure air passage 60, the pressure-bearing conical surface 55 outside the large needle valve is subjected to upward pressure, the force is larger than the downward acting force of the large needle valve spring 10, so that the large needle valve 2 moves upward, and the large needle valve spring 10 is compressed. At this time, the small needle valve 3, the transition rod 14 and the hydraulic piston 15 are driven to move upwards together, and the small needle valve spring 8 is not compressed. The natural gas orifice 56 opens and gas injection begins.
When the supply of the high-pressure natural gas is stopped, the large needle valve 2 and the small needle valve 3 are seated by the urging force of the springs, and the natural gas injection holes 56 are closed to stop the injection of the gas.
