Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of automobile internal combustion engines, and particularly relates to an integrated direct-injection dual-fuel injector with a one-way valve. The injector comprises a gas electromagnetic valve, an injector body, an oil nozzle tightening cap, a valve core, a clamp spring, an air nozzle spring, a needle valve body, a needle valve and a fuel electromagnetic valve, wherein an air inlet channel and a one-way valve are additionally arranged on the injector body; the check valve is fixed at a first order of the needle valve body through a fuel spray nozzle fastening cap; the valve core of the one-way valve is assembled on the oil nozzle through a clamp spring and a nozzle spring; the fuel gas electromagnetic valve is arranged outside the direct-injection dual-fuel injector; the gas electromagnetic valve is connected with the gas inlet channel; a fuel electromagnetic valve is assembled above the fuel injector body; the fuel electromagnetic valve is connected with the needle valve; the needle valve and the needle valve body are fixed on the oil injector body through an oil injection nozzle tightening cap. The invention controls the dual fuel to inject through the designed integrated dual fuel injector, so as to reduce the oil consumption and the emission of the engine.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of automobile internal combustion engines, and particularly relates to an integrated direct-injection dual-fuel injector with a one-way valve.
Background
Currently, a single fuel injection device is commonly used in internal combustion engines, and there are few injectors capable of injecting two or more kinds of fuel. Searching for related patents, it was found that some dual fuel injectors were designed separately, were actually diesel-ignited, single fuel, and could only be used on engines with lower fuel supply pressures; some integrated form dual fuel injectors, the structure is complicated, and overall dimension is big, arranges the difficulty to adopt diesel oil control natural gas's shutoff, both influence each other, the reliability is poor. And present gas injection structure generally adopts the air flue injection mode, and the thermal efficiency is lower.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides an integrated direct injection dual-fuel injector with a one-way valve, which is simple in structure. The designed dual-fuel injector is simple in structure and reliable in performance, can effectively perform quick switching of injection between dual fuels, and overcomes the defects of the existing fuel injector.
The technical scheme of the invention is described as follows by combining the attached drawings:
an integrated direct injection dual-fuel injector with a one-way valve comprises a fuel gas electromagnetic valve 1, an injector body 2, an injector nozzle fastening cap 4, a valve core 5, a clamp spring 6, an air nozzle spring 7, a needle valve body 10, a needle valve 14 and a fuel oil electromagnetic valve 15, and is characterized in that an air inlet 3 and the one-way valve are additionally arranged on the injector body 2; the one-way valve is fixed at a first order of the needle valve body 10 through the oil nozzle fastening cap 4; a valve core 5 of the one-way valve is assembled on the oil nozzle through a clamp spring 6 and an air nozzle spring 7; the gas electromagnetic valve 1 is arranged outside the direct-injection dual-fuel injector; the gas electromagnetic valve 1 is connected with the gas inlet channel 3; a fuel electromagnetic valve 15 is arranged above the fuel injector body 2; the fuel electromagnetic valve 15 is connected with the needle valve 14; the needle valve 14 and the needle valve body 10 are fixed to the injector body 2 by means of the injector locking cap 4.
The oil nozzle tight cap 4 and the needle valve body 10 form a side clearance flow passage 9 and an annular groove 8.
The lower end of the one-way valve is sealed with the needle valve body 10 by adopting a conical surface.
The needle valve body 10 is provided with an installation inner hole with a guiding function.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1) by adopting the integrated dual-fuel injector, the gas circuit and the oil circuit are independently controlled, and the integrated dual-fuel injector is flexible and convenient, has compact structure and high reliability, and can realize:
2) the combustion mode is compatible with a single fuel and a dual fuel, and can meet the requirements of different areas and different customers according to the price change, reserve distribution, convenience and the like of oil and gas, and the customers can select a single fuel oil working mode or a working mode of igniting natural gas by using fuel oil, so that the most economic use mode is provided for the customers;
3) the cylinder cover of the integrated ejector is simple in arrangement, and the problem that the split type single gas nozzle is difficult to arrange is solved;
4) according to the integrated double-nozzle structure, the one-way valve is additionally arranged on the needle valve body, so that the dead volume of fuel gas can be greatly reduced, and further, the consumption and the emission of fuel are reduced;
5) the engine cylinder cover is slightly changed, and the cost risk is low;
6) the two fuels are independently controlled without mutual influence, so that the risk of fuel control interference is reduced;
7) the fuel gas control adopts an outward push type one-way valve, so that the whole fuel control system is safe and reliable;
8) the gas control adopts an external push type one-way valve, so that the mass is small and the response speed is high;
9) the gas control adopts an external push type one-way valve and a gas nozzle sleeve structure, so that the lift of the one-way valve is controllable, and the fuel supply is stable;
10) the double-nozzle structure of the invention adjusts the opening pressure by changing the pretightening force of the air nozzle spring of the one-way valve so as to meet the requirements of different gas injection pressures.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the integrated direct injection dual fuel injector with the check valve includes a fuel gas solenoid valve 1, an injector body 2, an intake duct 3, an injector locking cap 4, a valve core 5, a snap spring 6, an air tap spring 7, a needle valve body 10, a fuel injection hole 11, an oil passage 12, an oil inlet 13, a needle valve 14 and a fuel oil solenoid valve 15.
The oil way of the oil nozzle is controlled by the fuel electromagnetic valve 15 to normally inject diesel oil, namely the fuel electromagnetic valve 15 controls the opening and closing of the long needle valve 14 to complete the injection and closing of the oil nozzle so as to inject fuel oil to the combustion chamber of the engine and carry out compression ignition combustion in the combustion chamber. An oil inlet 13 is formed in the oil duct 12;
an air inlet 3 and a one-way valve are additionally arranged on the oil injector body 2; the one-way valve is fixed at a first order of the needle valve body 10 through the oil nozzle fastening cap 4; a valve core 5 of the one-way valve is assembled on the oil nozzle through a clamp spring 6 and an air nozzle spring 7; the gas electromagnetic valve 1 is arranged outside the direct-injection dual-fuel injector; the gas electromagnetic valve 1 is connected with the gas inlet channel 3; a fuel electromagnetic valve 15 is arranged above the fuel injector body 2; the fuel electromagnetic valve 15 is connected with the needle valve 14; the needle valve 14 and the needle valve body 10 are fixed to the injector body 2 by means of the injector locking cap 4. The oil nozzle tight cap 4 and the needle valve body 10 form a side clearance flow passage 9 and an annular groove 8. The annular groove 8 is used for increasing the volume of the high-pressure fuel gas.
The oil way of the fuel injection nozzle is controlled by a fuel electromagnetic valve 15, diesel oil is normally injected, namely the fuel electromagnetic valve 15 controls the opening and closing of a long needle valve 14 to complete the injection and closing of the fuel injection nozzle, fuel oil is injected into an engine combustion chamber through a fuel injection hole 11, and compression ignition combustion is carried out in the combustion chamber.
An air inlet structure is added on an original oil sprayer body 2, a one-way valve structure is added on an oil sprayer needle valve body 10, the oil sprayer fastening cap 4 is used for fixing, the supply and the closing of high-pressure fuel gas are controlled by another fuel gas electromagnetic valve 1, when the fuel gas electromagnetic valve 1 is opened, the high-pressure fuel gas enters an air inlet channel 3, the pressure of the fuel gas overcomes the force of an air nozzle spring 7, a valve core 5 is opened, the high-pressure fuel gas enters a side gap flow channel 9 and an annular groove 8 formed by the oil sprayer fastening cap 4 and the needle valve body 10, when the valve core 5 is pushed against the oil sprayer fastening cap 4, the maximum lift is reached, the high-pressure fuel gas enters a combustion chamber through the side gap flow channel 9 gap between the oil sprayer fastening cap 4 and the needle valve body 10, and the injected. The diesel fuel which is injected at the beginning only plays the role of ignition.
When the control gas electromagnetic valve 1 is closed, high-pressure gas is cut off to enter the gas inlet channel 3, the valve core 5 is pushed to move back under the action of the spring force, the gas channel is closed, and gas injection is finished.

An integrated direct injection dual-fuel injector with a one-way valve comprises a fuel gas electromagnetic valve (1), an injector body (2), an injector nozzle fastening cap (4), a valve core (5), a clamp spring (6), an air nozzle spring (7), a needle valve body (10), a needle valve (14) and a fuel oil electromagnetic valve (15), and is characterized in that an air inlet channel (3) and the one-way valve are additionally arranged on the injector body (2); the check valve is fixed at a first order of the needle valve body (10) through an oil nozzle fastening cap (4); a valve core (5) of the one-way valve is assembled on the oil nozzle through a clamp spring (6) and an air nozzle spring (7); the gas electromagnetic valve (1) is arranged outside the direct injection dual-fuel injector; the gas electromagnetic valve (1) is connected with the gas inlet channel (3); a fuel electromagnetic valve (15) is assembled above the fuel injector body (2); the fuel electromagnetic valve (15) is connected with the needle valve (14); the needle valve (14) and the needle valve body (10) are fixed on the oil injector body (2) through an oil injection nozzle fastening cap (4).
2. The integrated direct injection dual fuel injector with check valve as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the injector clamp cap (4) and the needle valve body (10) form a side clearance flow channel (9) and an annular groove (8).
3. The integrated direct injection dual fuel injector with check valve as claimed in claim 1, wherein the lower end of the check valve is sealed with the needle valve body (10) using a conical surface.
4. The integrated direct injection dual fuel injector with check valve as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the needle valve body (10) is provided with a mounting bore having a guiding function.
