Background
In the prior art, a single fuel injection device is generally adopted in an internal combustion engine, and few injectors capable of injecting two or more fuels are available. The injector capable of injecting two or more kinds of fuel is suitable for low-pressure engines only by combining two kinds of fuel injectors with separate structures for injection.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects, and provides a dual-fuel injector which can perform dual-fuel injection under the condition of not changing the structure of a combustion chamber of an internal combustion engine so as to reduce the emission of the engine and meet the requirement of environmental protection.
According to the technical scheme provided by the invention, the dual-fuel injector comprises an oil injector body, an oil injection nozzle, a needle valve and an oil injection nozzle tightening cap, wherein an oil inlet cavity is formed in the center of the oil injector body, and the needle valve capable of sliding up and down is arranged in the oil inlet cavity; the lower extreme of injector is equipped with the fuel sprayer, and the fuel sprayer outer lane is equipped with the tight cap of fuel sprayer, and the tight cap of fuel sprayer passes through threaded connection at injector lower extreme and compresses tightly the fuel sprayer at injector lower extreme, and the needle valve lower extreme stretches into in the fuel sprayer, characterized by: the fuel injector also comprises an air nozzle and an air nozzle tightening cap, wherein the air nozzle is arranged at the lower end of the fuel injector, the air nozzle tightening cap is arranged on the outer ring of the air nozzle, and the air nozzle tightening cap is connected to the lower end of the fuel injector body through threads and tightly presses the air nozzle on the fuel injector; the side surface of the oil sprayer body is provided with an air inlet, the lower end surface of the oil sprayer body is provided with a circle of diffusion grooves along the circumferential direction, and the oil sprayer body is internally provided with an air inlet channel communicated with the air inlet and the diffusion grooves; and a plurality of oil nozzle air passages which are communicated up and down are arranged in the oil nozzle, the upper end of each oil nozzle air passage is communicated with the diffusion groove, and the lower end of each oil nozzle air passage is communicated with the air nozzle air jet.

The invention will be further described with reference to examples in the drawings to which:
as shown in figure 1, the invention mainly comprises an oil injector body 1, an oil injector 2, a needle valve 3 and an oil injector locking cap 4, wherein an oil inlet cavity is arranged at the center of the oil injector body 1, and the needle valve 3 capable of sliding up and down is arranged in the oil inlet cavity.
The lower end of the injector body 1 is provided with an oil nozzle 2, the outer ring of the oil nozzle 2 is provided with an oil nozzle tightening cap 4, and the oil nozzle tightening cap 4 is connected to the lower end of the injector body 1 through threads and tightly presses the oil nozzle 2 to the lower end of the injector body 1. The lower end of the needle valve 3 extends into the oil nozzle 2.
The side surface of the oil injector body 1 is provided with an oil inlet 9 communicated with the oil inlet cavity, injected fuel enters the oil inlet cavity through the oil inlet and then enters the oil nozzle along the needle valve, and the fuel is sprayed out of the oil nozzle through the control of the needle valve.
The fuel injector also comprises an air tap 5 and an air tap fastening cap 7, wherein the air tap 5 is arranged at the lower end of the fuel injector 2, the air tap fastening cap 7 is arranged on the outer ring of the air tap 5, and the air tap fastening cap 7 is connected to the lower end of the fuel injector body 1 through threads and tightly presses the air tap 5 on the fuel injector 2. The nozzle tightening cap 7 covers the oil nozzle tightening cap 4.
An air nozzle spring 6 is arranged between the air nozzle 5 and the air nozzle tightening cap 7, and the air nozzle tightening cap 7 keeps elastic compression on the air nozzle 5 through the air nozzle spring 6.
An air nozzle lining ring 8 is arranged on the outer ring of the air nozzle spring 6, and the maximum opening degree of the air nozzle is controlled by the air nozzle lining ring 8.
The side of the oil injector body 1 is provided with an air inlet 10, the lower end face of the oil injector body 1 is provided with a circle of diffusion grooves 12 along the circumferential direction, and an air inlet 11 for communicating the air inlet 10 with the diffusion grooves 12 is arranged in the oil injector body 1. A plurality of vertically-through oil nozzle air passages 13 are arranged in the oil nozzle 2, and the oil nozzle air passages 13 are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the oil nozzle 2. The upper end of the oil nozzle air passage 13 is communicated with the diffusion groove 12, and the lower end of the oil nozzle air passage 13 is communicated with an air nozzle 5.
The injected fuel gas enters an air inlet channel of the fuel injector body through an air inlet, is diffused into each fuel nozzle air passage of the fuel injector through a diffusion groove, and is finally sprayed out from the air nozzle.
The oil nozzle structure of the invention normally injects diesel oil through electromagnet control, namely the electromagnet controls the opening and closing of a needle valve to complete the injection and the closing of the oil nozzle so as to inject fuel oil into a combustion chamber of an engine and carry out compression combustion in the combustion chamber. The structure of the original oil sprayer is improved, a set of air nozzle structure is added, the air nozzle structure is fastened on an oil nozzle fastening cap through an air nozzle fastening cap, fuel gas is controlled to enter through an air inlet channel through another set of electromagnet, an air nozzle spring is jacked open through pressure difference fuel gas, the maximum opening degree of the air nozzle is controlled by an air nozzle lining ring, the fuel gas is sprayed into a combustion chamber after the air nozzle is opened, and the sprayed fuel gas is rapidly ignited by compression ignition diesel oil flame to complete combustion work. The diesel fuel injected at the beginning plays the role of ignition. When the price of diesel on the market is cheaper than that of gas, a pure diesel combustion mode can be selected.
The invention improves the traditional oil sprayer, is additionally provided with a set of air nozzle structure, can realize free control of fuel injection and fuel gas injection under the condition of high pressure, and adopts a reasonable injection strategy according to different working conditions.
The invention has simple, compact and reasonable structure, can achieve the aim of reducing the emission, can fully combust the diesel oil and reduce the emission of soot; the system can meet the requirements of different areas and different customers according to the conditions of price change, reserve distribution, convenience and the like of oil and gas.
Claims (5)
1. A dual-fuel injector comprises an oil injector body (1), an oil injection nozzle (2), a needle valve (3) and an oil injection nozzle tightening cap (4), wherein an oil inlet cavity is formed in the center of the oil injector body (1), and the needle valve (3) capable of sliding up and down is arranged in the oil inlet cavity; injector (1) lower extreme is equipped with fuel sprayer (2), and fuel sprayer (2) outer lane is equipped with the tight cap of fuel sprayer (4), and the tight cap of fuel sprayer (4) compresses tightly injector (2) lower extreme at injector (1) through threaded connection at injector (1) lower extreme and with fuel sprayer (2), and needle valve (3) lower extreme stretches into in injector (2), characterized by: the oil nozzle device further comprises an air nozzle (5) and an air nozzle tightening cap (7), wherein the air nozzle (5) is arranged at the lower end of the oil nozzle (2), the air nozzle tightening cap (7) is arranged on the outer ring of the air nozzle (5), and the air nozzle tightening cap (7) is connected to the lower end of the oil injector body (1) through threads and tightly presses the air nozzle (5) on the oil nozzle (2); the side surface of the oil sprayer body (1) is provided with an air inlet (10), the lower end surface of the oil sprayer body (1) is provided with a circle of diffusion grooves (12) along the circumferential direction, and an air inlet channel (11) communicated with the air inlet (10) and the diffusion grooves (12) is arranged in the oil sprayer body (1); a plurality of vertically-through oil nozzle air passages (13) are arranged in the oil nozzle (2), the upper end of each oil nozzle air passage (13) is communicated with the diffusion groove (12), and the lower end of each oil nozzle air passage (13) is communicated with an air nozzle (5) air nozzle; an air nozzle spring (6) is arranged between the air nozzle (5) and the air nozzle tightening cap (7), and the air nozzle tightening cap (7) keeps elastic compression on the air nozzle (5) through the air nozzle spring (6).
