Description
Technical Field
The utility model relates to a technical field is carried to the material, concretely relates to support and cable conveyer belt system for conveyer belt mechanism.
Background
In the prior art, technicians transport bulk materials such as coal or ore for long distances by using a truss type conveyor belt mechanism, which is a structural form combining a conveyor belt and a steel truss, and is similar to the structure of a pipe belt machine disclosed in patent document with the publication number of CN208790446U and publication date of 2019.04.26. The truss type conveying belt mechanism has short span, is difficult to meet the construction requirements of facilities crossing mountainous areas, rivers, railways and the like, and has high cost and installation difficulty because a truss structure needs a large number of supports for supporting.
With the development of the technology, the technicians propose a method for conveying bulk materials in a large span by combining a cable structure with a conveyor belt. For example, the patent application publication No. CN109018829A, application publication No. 2018.12.18 discloses a cable-pipe belt conveying structure, which includes four cables arranged in parallel, two cables are arranged above and are upper cables, two cables are arranged below and are lower cables, and a connecting line between adjacent cables is rectangular. The conveying structure further comprises a plurality of brackets fixed on the cable, and the brackets are arranged at intervals along the extending direction of the cable. The support is rotatably provided with a carrier roller, the moving direction of the conveying belt is the same as the extending direction of the cable, the conveying belt is arranged in the support, and the conveying belt can be matched with the carrier roller in a rolling mode. The cable, the conveyor belt and the bracket are combined to form a conveyor belt mechanism.
In the transport system for transporting bulk materials, the support for supporting the conveyor belt mechanism is arranged in addition to the conveyor belt mechanism, and the conveyor belt mechanism is arranged on the top of the support. In order to overhaul the running state of the conveying belt mechanism, a technician is also provided with an overhaul mechanism, the overhaul mechanism comprises an overhaul cable car, a traction cable matched with the overhaul cable car is erected on the top of the support column and can drive the overhaul cable car to move, an operator can directly observe the running state of the conveying structure along the line on the overhaul cable car and also can set a monitoring element on the overhaul cable car to monitor the running state of the conveying structure along the line.
The cable is used in the cable pipe belt conveying structure to solve the problem of short span of the truss structure, but the following defects still exist:
1) because the cable is installed at the top of the upright post, the height of the upright post is higher, the installation difficulty is higher when the number of the cables is more, and meanwhile, the arrangement length of the cable is longer, so that the production cost is correspondingly increased by increasing the number of the cables;
2) four cables are arranged in the cable pipe belt conveying structure, the cables are arranged in a mode that respective axes correspond to four corner vertexes of a rectangle, and the support is a polygon with the number of sides corresponding to the number of the cables, namely the rectangle. The cable is supported at high altitude by the upright post and is easy to swing under the influence of strong wind and the like, the rectangular frame may deform and fail in the swinging process of the cable, and the stability and safety of the cable pipe belt conveying structure are poor.
