Description

Cable conveyer belt system and overhaul cable car thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of material conveying, in particular to a cable conveying belt system and a maintenance cable car thereof.
Background
In the prior art, a technician may use a truss type conveyor belt mechanism for transporting some bulk materials such as coal or ore in long distance, and the truss type conveyor belt mechanism is a structural form of combining a conveyor belt with a steel structure truss, and is similar to the structure of a pipe belt machine disclosed in a patent document with an authorized bulletin number of CN208790446U and an authorized bulletin day of 2019.04.26. The truss type conveyor belt mechanism has short span, is difficult to meet the construction requirements of facilities such as mountain areas, rivers, railways and the like, and has high cost and installation difficulty because a large number of supports are needed for supporting the truss structure.
With the development of technology, technicians have proposed a way to use a cable structure in combination with a conveyor belt to convey bulk materials over a large span. The utility model provides a cable tube belt conveying structure as disclosed in patent application publication No. CN109018829A, application publication No. 2018.12.18, this conveying structure includes parallel arrangement's cable, and the cable is provided with four, and two cables are arranged in the top, are upper cable, and two ropes are arranged in the below, are lower cable, and the line between the adjacent cable is the rectangle. The conveying structure further comprises a plurality of brackets fixed on the cable, and the brackets are arranged at intervals along the extending direction of the cable. The carrier roller is rotationally assembled in the support, the moving direction of the conveying belt is the same as the extending direction of the cable, and the conveying belt is arranged in the support and can be in rolling fit with the carrier roller. The combination of the cable, the conveyor belt and the bracket forms a conveyor belt mechanism.
In addition to the conveyor belt mechanism described above, a support column for supporting the conveyor belt mechanism is provided in the transport system for transporting bulk material, the conveyor belt mechanism being arranged on top of the support column. In order to overhaul the running state of conveyer belt mechanism, technical personnel still disposes maintenance mechanism, and maintenance mechanism includes maintenance cable car, erects on the top of pillar and is equipped with the haulage cable with maintenance cable car complex, can drive the maintenance cable car motion, and operating personnel can directly observe the running state of conveying structure along the line on the maintenance cable car, also can set up monitoring element on the maintenance cable car and monitor the running state of conveying structure along the line.
The overhaul cable car is of a U-shaped frame structure and is arranged in a mode that an opening faces downwards. The roller wheels are arranged at the top of the maintenance cable car and are in rolling fit with the cable for fixing the bracket, so that the movement of the maintenance cable car can be guided, and the maintenance cable car is driven by the traction cable to move along the extending direction of the cable for fixing the bracket. However, this conveying structure has some problems: the cooperation position of maintenance cable car and cable and haulage cable all is located the top of cable car self, presents the gesture of hanging on cable and haulage cable, and the erect height of maintenance cable car is higher simultaneously, receives the mountain wind influence and appears swinging the phenomenon in the high altitude easily, and stability and the security of operation are relatively poor.
