The driven wheels 25 are pressed against the abutting surface 451, so that when the IC tape 91 is located in the track groove 45, a part of the IC tape will extend between the driven wheels 25 and the abutting surface 451, and thus the IC tape is pressed against the abutting surface 451.
The structure of the IC tape pressing device 10 and the IC tape pressing rail assembly 40 is described above, and the operation thereof will be described below.
Before operation, an IC tape 91 enters the track groove 45, the IC tape 91 faces downward to accommodate the IC92 in the groove 452, and the driven wheels 25 press the IC tape 91 against the abutting surface 451, so that a long pressing area can be formed due to the arrangement of the driven wheels 25 in rows, and even if the IC tape 91 moves, the IC tape 91 can be kept flat and stable in the long pressing area, thereby facilitating subsequent work such as detection, scanning, and processing of the IC92 on the IC tape 91.
In operation, a feeding device (not shown) drives the IC tape 91 to move, and at this time, the driven wheels 25 of the elastic pressing wheel sets 21 are driven to rotate, so that the same elastic coefficient of the springs 26 ensures that the forces of the driven wheels 25 pressing on the IC tape 91 are the same, thereby keeping the pressed portion of the IC tape 91 flat and stable. In addition, since each of the fixing blocks 24 is fixed on two axles 22 in pairs, the elastic pressing wheel sets 21 in pairs move together, and the moving path of the elastic pressing wheel sets can be kept from shifting by the arrangement relationship of the two axles 22 on the frame plate 11, even if the reaction force generated by the driven wheel 25 at the side of each fixing block 24 due to pressing is not on the axes of the two axles 22, the two axles 22 will not be shifted in the moving direction.
