The utility model discloses a concrete embodiment 1 of passenger train:
as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the passenger car includes a car body frame 1 and a luggage rack supporting member 2 mounted on the car body frame 1, and the car body frame 1 includes a car body frame top cover 11 and a side wall frame 12. Luggage rack support piece 2 includes top support link 21 and lateral part support link 22, and top support link 21 is used for being connected with automobile body skeleton top cap 11, and lateral part support link 22 is used for being connected with side wall skeleton 12, makes luggage rack support piece 2 shore between automobile body skeleton top cap 11 and side wall skeleton 12 to make automobile body skeleton 1 and luggage rack support piece 2 support each other, whole rigidity promotes.
As shown in fig. 2, the roof rack supports 2 are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the vehicle body frame 1. When the passenger car is assembled, the luggage rack inner decoration plate is assembled on the luggage rack supporting piece 2 to form a luggage rack and an air duct.
In particular, as shown in fig. 3, the luggage rack support 2 comprises two U-shaped arms with opposite openings, and the two U-shaped arms are in the same plane. The two U-shaped yokes each comprise two yoke edges, and each yoke edge comprises a rib plate 201, an outer side surface 202 back to the other yoke edge, an inner side surface 203 facing the other yoke edge, and an end surface located at the end of the U-shaped yoke edge. Wherein, two lateral surfaces 202 of a U-shaped yoke are respectively in transitional connection with two lateral surfaces 202 of another U-shaped yoke, so that the two U-shaped yokes form an integral frame body structure. Two inner side surfaces 203 of the U-shaped yoke arms are connected to form a U-shaped surface, and a certain distance is arranged between the two U-shaped surfaces of the two U-shaped yoke arms to meet the requirement of supporting strength. The frame structure has an overall i-shaped cross section, that is, as shown in fig. 3, the rib 201 is located at the middle of the width direction of the outer side 202 and the inner side 203. On the premise of meeting the rigidity requirement, the material utilization rate is improved, and the cost is reduced. In this embodiment, the material of luggage rack support piece 2 is iron, and integrative casting shaping, the rigidity and the intensity of luggage rack support piece 2 self are higher, and difficult vibration can play better supporting role. In addition, the luggage rack support member 2 is integrally installed on the vehicle, the structure is simple, and the assembly process is simplified.
One U-shaped fork arm of the two U-shaped fork arms is provided with a small opening and is a small U-shaped fork arm. The end faces at the two ends of the small U-shaped fork arm are respectively provided with a mounting hole 25, and the small U-shaped fork arm and the side wall framework 12 are connected and fixed through bolts, so that the small U-shaped fork arm is easier to disassemble and assemble. The two ends of the small U-shaped yoke constitute the lateral support attachment ends 22 of the roof rack support 2. When the luggage rack supporting piece 2 is installed on the vehicle body framework 1, the two ends of the side supporting connecting end 22 are arranged in parallel in the vertical direction of the side wall framework 12, so that firm connection, supporting and fixing can be ensured. The side support connection end 22 does not need to place luggage, so the opening of the U-shaped fork arm forming the side support connection end 22 is smaller, the space in the vehicle occupied by the luggage rack support piece 2 is small, the space in the vehicle can be saved, and the comfort level of passengers can be improved.
The opening of the other U-shaped fork arm is larger and is a big U-shaped fork arm. The outer side surface 202 of one fork arm side of the large U-shaped fork arm is a plane, the outer side surface is provided with a connecting hole 26, and the fork arm side is fixedly connected with the top cover 11 of the car body framework through a bolt, so that the connection is more reliable. The yoke edge is a top support yoke edge that forms a top support link 21. The top support link end 21 and the side support link end 22 together form a carrier. The other fork arm edge is a bearing fork arm edge to form a bearing arm 23. The end face of the top support fork arm edge, the U-shaped face of the large U-shaped fork arm and the outer side face 202 of the bearing fork arm edge are all provided with fixing holes 27 for installing and fixing an interior trim panel of the luggage rack.
In order to improve the rigidity and strength of the luggage rack supporting member 2, in this embodiment, a diamond-shaped reinforcing rib 24 is disposed at the connecting position between the two U-shaped fork arms, and the diamond-shaped reinforcing rib 24 is disposed on two sides of the rib plate 201. Four vertexes of the diamond-shaped reinforcing rib 24 are respectively positioned on the two outer side surfaces 202 and the two U-shaped surfaces to reinforce the two U-shaped yokes. In addition, an inclined strut 28 is connected between two fork arm sides of the large U-shaped fork arm, and the inclined strut 28 is arc-shaped and has an I-shaped section. The brace 28 has one end connected to the end of the top support yoke and the other end connected to the end of the support yoke remote from the end, projecting toward the opening of the large U-shaped yoke. Bracing 28 plays the reinforcing effect to top support link 21 and bearing arm 23, and bracing 28 evagination setting strengthens the effect better. In addition, as shown in fig. 1, the closed space formed by the inclined strut 28 and the large U-shaped yoke corresponds to the air duct 3 in use, the formed open space corresponds to the luggage placing space 4 in use, the large U-shaped yoke is divided into the air duct 3 and the luggage placing space 4 by the inclined strut 28, and the structure of the luggage rack support 2 is more compact and the integration degree is high.
Due to the adoption of the structure, after the luggage rack supporting piece 2 is installed on the vehicle body framework 1, the luggage rack supporting piece 2 is supported between the vehicle body framework top cover 11 and the side wall framework 12, the vehicle body framework top cover 11 and the side wall framework 12 support the weight of the luggage rack and luggage, the bearing capacity of the vehicle body framework top cover 11 is smaller, and the requirement on the structural strength of the vehicle body framework top cover 11 is low.
