Because all welding processes are carried out in a vacuum furnace, the problem of oxidation does not exist, the welding firmness is greatly improved, and a flat welding layer surface made of brazing materials or copper materials is formed on the end surface to be welded of the stainless steel interface 1.
(4) As shown in fig. 8-13, the copper tube 6 is inserted into the mouth of the stainless steel interface 1 to a certain depth, and the copper tube 6 is welded to the end surface of the stainless steel interface 1 by using a brazing solder 7 (welding rod), the welding position is the end surface of the stainless steel interface 1 and the side wall surface of the copper tube 6, the brazing solder 7 is made of one of brass, phosphor copper and silver solder, and the casting solder 5 is made of one of copper, brass, phosphor copper and silver solder; in the embodiment, the brazing solder 7 is made of the same material as the casting solder 2, the brazing solder 7 and the casting solder 2 are melted into a whole, and the comparison of the cross sections shown in fig. 13 shows that the welding surface area is obviously increased, the strength is greatly improved, the welding is very easy, and the welding quality is very good.
