Detailed Description
It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict. The present invention will be described in detail with reference to examples.
As described in the background, the variety of existing artificial nails is not abundant enough to create aesthetic fatigue issues for the user. In order to solve the above technical problems, the present application provides an artificial nail, as shown in fig. 1, the artificial nail comprises an artificial nail body 100, a coating layer 400 and a scattering layer 200, wherein the coating layer 400 is disposed on an outer surface of the artificial nail body 100, the coating layer 400 is a coating layer formed by a vacuum coating process using pigment as a raw material, and the scattering layer 200 is disposed between the artificial nail body 100 and the coating layer 400.
The coating layer 400 is formed on the surface of the artificial nail by using the pigment through a vacuum coating process. After the light penetrates through the film coating layer 400, the light is scattered on the surface of the scattering layer 200, so that the surface of the artificial nail can show a colorful effect, and the artificial nail has good artistry and ornamental value. Therefore, the artificial nail with the structure can greatly improve the aesthetic property of the artificial nail and the diversification of the artificial nail.
By "outer and inner surfaces of the artificial nail" is meant herein that the surface distal from the wearer's nail when worn is the outer surface of the artificial nail and the surface proximal to the nail is the inner surface of the artificial nail.
The pigment used in the formation of the coating layer 400 may be of a type commonly used in the art. The pigment may be one or more pigments, and when the pigment is a plurality of pigments, the coating layer 400 may be formed by stacking a plurality of monochrome layers. In a preferred embodiment, shown in fig. 2, where the pigments used are silicon dioxide and titanium dioxide, the coating 400 comprises: a silicon dioxide layer 410 and a titanium dioxide layer 420, the silicon dioxide layer 410 being disposed on the outer surface, the titanium dioxide layer 420 being disposed on a surface of the silicon dioxide layer 410 remote from the outer surface. The artificial nail is provided with metal luster by adopting silicon dioxide and titanium dioxide as pigments and forming the coating layer 400 in a mode of overlapping the silicon dioxide layer 410 and the titanium dioxide layer 420, so that the aesthetic property of the artificial nail can be further improved. More preferably, the thickness of the silicon dioxide layer 410 is 1 to 2 μm, and the thickness of the titanium dioxide layer 420 is 1 to 2 μm.
In order to improve the adhesion of the plating layer 400, as shown in fig. 3, it is preferable that the artificial nail further comprises an adhesion-promoting layer 300, the adhesion-promoting layer 300 being disposed between the scattering layer 200 and the plating layer 400 for improving the adhesion of the plating layer 400 on the scattering layer 200.
The adhesion promoting layer 300 may be formed by coating and curing an adhesion promoter commonly used in the art on the artificial nail body 100. Preferably, the adhesion promoter is a photosensitive resin. More preferably, the adhesion promoting layer 300 is a photosensitive acrylic resin layer or a urethane resin layer. The adhesion promoting layer 300 has better adhesion than other adhesion promoters forming the adhesion promoting layer 300, thereby contributing to a longer wearing time of the artificial nail.
In order to improve the wear resistance of the artificial nail, as shown in fig. 3, it is preferable that the artificial nail further comprises a wear-resistant layer 500, the wear-resistant layer 500 being disposed on a surface of the coating layer 400 remote from the adhesion-promoting layer 300. The wear-resistant layer 500 is beneficial to improving the surface strength of the artificial nail, resisting the impact on the outside and forming the colorful artificial nail with wear resistance and prolonged service life. The wear-resistant layer 500 is formed by coating and curing a wear-resistant coating or a wear-resistant UV coating commonly used in the art on the coating layer 400.
The scattering layer 200 is used to scatter light passing through the coating layer 400. In a preferred embodiment, the surface of the scattering layer 200 is provided with grooves. The grooves may be of a geometry commonly known in the art. In order to further improve the scattering effect and the aesthetic appearance of the nail, it is more preferable that the groove is hemispherical.
In a preferred embodiment, the thickness of the adhesion promoting layer 300 is 10 to 20 μm. The thickness of the adhesion-promoting layer 300 includes, but is not limited to, the above range, and it is preferable to further improve the adhesion of the coating layer 400 by limiting the thickness to the above range.
In order to improve the glossiness of the artificial nail, as shown in fig. 3, it is preferable that the artificial nail further comprises a brightening layer 600, and the brightening layer 600 is disposed on the surface of the wear-resistant layer 500 away from the film coating layer 400. Preferably, the brightening layer 600 is a transparent coating, which is advantageous for improving the transmittance of the coating layer 400, so that the artificial nail can be more clearly colored.
The present application is described in further detail below with reference to specific examples, which should not be construed as limiting the scope of the invention as claimed.
Example 1
Formation of the scattering layer 200 micro-crater layer:
formation of adhesion promoting layer 300: a photosensitive acrylic primer (model D1, aksu paint) was sprayed on the scattering layer 200, and cured to form an adhesion-promoting layer 300, wherein the adhesion-promoting layer 300 had a thickness of 15 μm.
Coating 400 was formed by placing the artificial nail in a vacuum coater and then applying a vacuum of 1 × 10-4Under MPa and at the temperature of 100 ℃, firstly adding silicon dioxide, and forming a silicon dioxide layer 410 after 10 min; then, titanium dioxide was added, and after 10min, a titanium dioxide layer 420 was formed, in which the thickness of the silicon dioxide layer 410 was 2 μm and the thickness of the titanium dioxide layer 420 was 2 μm.
Formation of the wear-resistant layer 500: UV-curable coating (model D2, Acksu coatings Co.) was sprayed on the coating layer 400 to form an abrasion resistant layer 500 having a thickness of 15 μm
Formation of the brightening layer 600: a clear brightening paint (model D4, akksu paint) was sprayed onto the wear layer 500 to form a brightening layer 600 having a thickness of 30 μm.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention and is not intended to limit the present invention, and various modifications and changes may be made by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
