Abstract
The invention provides a wrinkled artificial nail and a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: the artificial nail body includes an outer surface and an inner surface; coating an adhesive on at least a partial area of the outer surface to form an adhesive layer; coating a decorative material on the surface of the adhesive layer to form a decorative layer; and drying the decorative layer to obtain the wrinkled artificial nail, wherein the shrinkage ratio of the decorative layer is greater than that of the adhesive layer in the drying process. Because the shrinkage ratio of the adhesive layer and the decorative layer is different in the drying process, the decorative layer can form a wrinkle effect after being cured. This not only improves the external aesthetic appeal of the artificial nail, but also meets the consumer's demand for diversification of the artificial nail. Meanwhile, the manufacturing process of the artificial nail is simple. On the basis, the manufacturing method provided by the application can provide the artificial nail with beautiful appearance and simple manufacturing process.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of nail art, in particular to a wrinkled artificial nail and a manufacturing method thereof.
Background
The nail art of directly coating nail polish on the nails has the disadvantages of complicated process and long time, and is not suitable for fast-paced life. Meanwhile, the nail polish directly coated on the nail is monotonous, and when the style needs to be changed, the nail polish needs to be removed by acetone, and the nail polish with other colors needs to be coated again. Therefore, it is a great expense to have nail polish with various colors, and the process of cleaning the nail polish with acetone and then repeatedly applying the nail polish can cause damage to the nails. The nail art of applying nail polish is relatively single because of the technological limitation.
The color and style of the artificial nail are more diversified due to different manufacturing processes. Artificial nails are typically glued to the surface of the nail using double-sided tape or glue, the surface of the artificial nail is then left in a resin color, and the surface of the artificial nail is then coated with a layer of nail polish of the desired color. The artificial nail can be changed into various patterns and colors at any time according to the preference of a user, and is very convenient.
In order to improve diversification of the artificial nail style, it is necessary to develop a new type of artificial nail.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide a wrinkled artificial nail and a manufacturing method thereof, so as to solve the problem that the conventional artificial nail is still single in style and cannot meet the requirements of users.
In order to achieve the above object, there is provided a manufacturing method of a wrinkle-type artificial nail according to an aspect of the present invention, the manufacturing method including: the artificial nail body includes an outer surface and an inner surface; coating an adhesive on at least a partial area of the outer surface to form an adhesive layer; coating a decorative material on the surface of the adhesive layer to form a decorative layer; and drying the decorative layer to obtain the wrinkled artificial nail, wherein the shrinkage ratio of the decorative layer is greater than that of the adhesive layer in the drying process.
Further, the decorative material is metal oxide and/or metal nitride, wherein the metal element in the metal oxide and metal nitride is selected from aluminum, chromium, copper, zinc, titanium, magnesium, cesium or zinc.
Further, the step of forming the decorative layer includes: melting target metal in a vacuum environment to form molten metal; and atomizing the molten metal, and then coating the molten metal on the adhesive layer to form the decorative layer.
Further, the step of forming the decorative layer is performed in a vacuum evaporator.
Further, the adhesive is a transparent adhesive, preferably a polyurethane adhesive.
Further, the manufacturing method further includes: and coating gloss oil or dull gloss oil on the surface of the decorative layer to form a gloss oil protective layer.
Further, the manufacturing method further includes: and coating the pressure-sensitive adhesive on the inner surface to form the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer.
Further, the temperature in the drying process is 30-50 ℃, and the drying time is 10-15 min.
Another aspect of the present application also provides a gathered artificial nail manufactured by the above manufacturing method.
Furthermore, the fold-type artificial nail comprises an artificial nail body, an adhesive layer, a decorative layer and a varnish protective layer which are sequentially arranged, and the thicknesses of the layers are 30-50 microns, 90-110 microns and 30-50 microns sequentially.
By applying the technical scheme of the invention, because the shrinkage ratio of the adhesive layer and the decorative layer is different in the drying process, the decorative layer can form a fold effect after being cured. This not only improves the external aesthetic appeal of the artificial nail, but also meets the consumer's demand for diversification of the artificial nail. Meanwhile, the manufacturing process of the artificial nail is simple. On the basis, the manufacturing method provided by the application can provide the artificial nail with beautiful appearance and simple manufacturing process.
Detailed Description
It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict. The present invention will be described in detail with reference to examples.
As described in the background, the current artificial nails are still relatively simple in design and do not meet the needs of the user. In order to solve the above technical problems, the present application provides a manufacturing method of a wrinkle-type artificial nail, the manufacturing method including: the artificial nail body includes an outer surface and an inner surface; coating an adhesive on at least a partial area of the outer surface to form an adhesive layer; coating a decorative material on the surface of the adhesive layer to form a decorative layer; and drying the decorative layer to obtain the wrinkled artificial nail, wherein the shrinkage ratio of the decorative layer is greater than that of the adhesive layer in the drying process.
The adhesive is coated on at least part of the outer surface, so that the decorative layer can be adhered, the uniformity of the surface of the artificial nail can be improved, and the uniformity of the decorative layer is further improved. Because the shrinkage ratio of the adhesive layer and the decorative layer is different in the drying process, the decorative layer can form a wrinkle effect after being cured. This not only improves the external aesthetic appeal of the artificial nail, but also meets the consumer's demand for diversification of the artificial nail. Meanwhile, the manufacturing process of the artificial nail is simple. On the basis, the manufacturing method provided by the application can provide the artificial nail with beautiful appearance and simple manufacturing process.
In the present application, "outer and inner surfaces of the artificial nail body" means that the surface away from the wearer's nail is the outer surface of the body of the artificial nail and the surface close to the nail is the inner surface of the artificial nail body when worn.
In order to increase the surface strength and diversify the design of the artificial nail, in a preferred embodiment the decorative material is a metal oxide and/or a metal nitride, wherein the metal elements in the metal oxide and the metal nitride are selected from the group consisting of aluminium, chromium, copper, zinc, titanium, magnesium, caesium or zinc. The metal decorative layer is arranged on the artificial nail, so that the strength of the surface of the artificial nail can be increased, and the surface stability and the abrasion resistance of the artificial nail can be improved.
The formation of the decorative layer can be carried out by a method commonly used in the art. In a preferred embodiment, the step of forming the decorative layer comprises: melting target metal in a vacuum environment to form molten metal; and atomizing the molten metal, and then coating the molten metal on the adhesive layer to form the decorative layer. The method is beneficial to improving the flatness and uniformity of the decorative layer. To further enhance the aesthetic appearance of the wrinkled layer, it is more preferred that the step of forming the decorative layer is performed in a vacuum evaporator. Further preferably, the step of forming the decorative layer is melting the metal material by a tungsten wire in a vacuum state, suspending liquid molecules of the metal material melt in the air, and rotating to stick the liquid molecules of the metal material melt to the artificial nail.
In a preferred embodiment, the adhesive is a transparent adhesive. The transparent adhesive is adopted to form the adhesive layer, which is beneficial to improving the transparency of the artificial nail, so that the artificial nail is more attractive, and simultaneously, the requirements of different users can be met. Preferably a polyurethane adhesive (e.g., the HYW302 adhesive, Inc., of Touchen Huayu Innovation technologies, Inc.).
In a preferred embodiment, the above manufacturing method further includes: and coating gloss oil or dull gloss oil on the surface of the decorative layer to form a gloss oil protective layer. This is advantageous to further enhance the external aesthetic appearance of the artificial nail, as well as the user's buying ability for the artificial nail product.
The artificial nail may be coated with an adhesive at the time of use. In order to improve the convenience of use of the artificial nail, in a preferred embodiment, the manufacturing method further includes: and coating the pressure-sensitive adhesive on the inner surface to form the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer.
In a preferred embodiment, the temperature of the drying process is 30-50 ℃, and the drying time is 10-15 min. Limiting it within the above ranges is advantageous to further enhance the aesthetic appearance of the decorative layer on the artificial nail, as compared to other temperature and time ranges.
Another aspect of the present application also provides a gathered artificial nail manufactured by the above manufacturing method. Because the shrinkage ratio of the adhesive layer and the decorative layer is different in the drying process, the decorative layer can form a wrinkle effect after being cured. This can not only improve the external aesthetic feeling of the artificial nail, but also satisfy various demands of consumers through the upgrading of the artificial nail product, thereby improving the purchasing power of the artificial nail product. Meanwhile, the manufacturing process of the artificial nail is simple. On the basis, the manufacturing method provided by the application can provide the artificial nail with beautiful appearance and simple manufacturing process.
In a preferred embodiment, the wrinkled artificial nail comprises an artificial nail body, an adhesive layer, a decorative layer and a varnish protective layer which are sequentially arranged, and the thicknesses of the layers are 30-50 μm, 90-110 μm and 30-50 μm sequentially.
The present application is described in further detail below with reference to specific examples, which should not be construed as limiting the scope of the invention as claimed.
Example 1
The surface of the artificial nail body is covered with a layer of transparent polyurethane adhesive by a spraying mode to form an adhesive layer, and the thickness of the adhesive layer is 40 mu m.
The artificial nail body with the adhesive layer is placed in a vacuum evaporator, metal aluminum is melted through a tungsten wire in a vacuum state, liquid molecules of metal aluminum molten liquid are suspended in the air, and the artificial nail body is rotated to enable the liquid molecules of the metal aluminum molten liquid to be adhered to the artificial nail to form the decorative layer. The process conditions are as follows: bombardment time is more than 6min, and vacuum degree is-2 MPa; the thickness is about 100 μm.
And drying the artificial nail body containing the adhesive layer and the decorative layer at 40 ℃ for 15 min. Because the shrinkage ratio of the adhesive layer and the decorative layer is different in the drying process, the decorative layer can form a wrinkle effect after being cured.
Spraying gloss oil on the surface of the decorative layer, drying to form a gloss oil protective layer with the thickness of 40 μm, and drying under the following conditions: the temperature is 40 deg.C, and the time is 15 min.
Performance evaluation
The abrasion resistance of the artificial nail prepared in example 1 was evaluated as follows:
the artificial nail prepared in example 1 was subjected to a wearing test 5 times, and 15 persons were selected for wearing each time.
The performance of the artificial nail was then evaluated according to the following criteria:
(1) "abrasion" scoring criteria: the distance from the tip of the artificial nail to the tail end is reduced by 0.1-0.2 mm: 5 min; reducing by 0.2-0.3 mm: 4, dividing; reducing by 0.3-0.4 mm: 3 min; reducing by 0.4-0.5 mm: 2 min; reduction by 0.5mm and above: 1 minute;
(2) "distortion" scoring criteria: according to the crease determination of the surface of the artificial nail, 0 streaks: 5 min; 1 trace: 4, dividing; 2, marking: 3 min; 3 traces: 2 min; 4 and above traces: 1 minute;
(3) "abrasion resistance" scoring criteria: judging according to the scratch degree of the nail surface: 1-5 minutes.
After testing, the average scores of the artificial nails were: (1) degree of wear: 4.5 points; (2) degree of deformation: 4.7 min; (3) wear resistance: 4.8 points.
From the above description, it can be seen that the above-described embodiments of the present invention achieve the following technical effects: the artificial nail manufactured by the manufacturing method provided by the application is attractive in appearance, and has the advantages of long wearing time and difficulty in deformation.

Claims (10)
1. A method of manufacturing a gathered artificial nail, the method comprising:
the artificial nail body includes an outer surface and an inner surface;
coating an adhesive on at least a partial area of the outer surface to form an adhesive layer;
coating a decorative material on the surface of the adhesive layer to form a decorative layer;
and drying the decorative layer to obtain the wrinkled artificial nail, wherein the shrinkage ratio of the decorative layer is greater than that of the adhesive layer in the drying process.
2. The manufacturing method according to claim 1, wherein the finishing material is a metal oxide and/or a metal nitride, wherein a metal element in the metal oxide and the metal nitride is selected from aluminum, chromium, copper, zinc, titanium, magnesium, cesium, or zinc.
3. The manufacturing method according to claim 2, wherein the step of forming the decorative layer includes:
melting target metal in a vacuum environment to form molten metal;
and atomizing the molten metal, and then coating the molten metal on the adhesive layer to form the decorative layer.
4. The method of manufacturing of claim 3, wherein the step of forming the decorative layer is performed in a vacuum evaporator.
5. The manufacturing method according to claim 1, characterized in that the adhesive is a transparent adhesive, preferably a polyurethane adhesive.
6. The manufacturing method according to claim 1, characterized by further comprising: and coating gloss oil or matt gloss oil on the surface of the decorative layer to form a gloss oil protective layer.
7. The manufacturing method according to claim 1, characterized by further comprising: and coating the pressure-sensitive adhesive on the inner surface to form the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer.
8. The production method according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the temperature of the drying process is 30 to 50 ℃ and the drying time is 10 to 15 min.
9. A corrugated artificial nail, wherein the corrugated artificial nail is manufactured by the manufacturing method according to any one of claims 1 to 8.

The wrinkled artificial nail according to claim 9, wherein the wrinkled artificial nail comprises an artificial nail body, an adhesive layer, a decorative layer and a varnish protective layer, which are sequentially arranged, and the thicknesses of the layers are 30-50 μm, 90-110 μm and 30-50 μm.
