Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a perspective block diagram and a cross-sectional cutaway schematic view of an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure of a laminated shear wall preform according to an aspect of the present disclosure are shown. The utility model provides a superimposed shear wall prefab, includes first wall body A, second wall body B, blocking device 3 and shaping steel reinforcement cage. The first wall body A and the second wall body B are both formed by pouring precast concrete 6. The first wall body A and the second wall body B are spaced in parallel, and a cavity is formed between the two wall bodies. The cavity is used for casting concrete in situ in the cavity to form a laminated wall body during construction. The first wall body A and the second wall body B are both provided with two surfaces, namely an inner side surface and an outer side surface, the inner side surface faces the cavity, and the outer side surface faces the outside. The blocking device 3 is attached to the inner side surface of the first wall body A and/or the second wall body B and is combined with concrete to form a whole. The blocking device 3 is used for preventing the precast concrete 6 from passing through the blocking device 3 when the first wall body A and/or the second wall body B are formed by pouring, so that a cavity between the two wall bodies is formed, meanwhile, the blocking device 3 is combined with the precast concrete 6 to form a whole to serve as a support of the precast concrete 6, and the structural strength of the two wall bodies is improved. Alternatively, the blocking device 3 may be a sheet structure extending along a plane and attached to the inner side of the first wall a or the second wall B, or two blocking devices 3 may be attached to the inner sides of the first wall a and the second wall B at the same time. It will be readily appreciated that the blocking means 3 are arranged to cover the entire inner side, with a cavity being formed between one blocking means 3 and the inner side of the opposite wall, or between two blocking means 3. Under the condition that the inner side surfaces of the first wall body A and the second wall body B are both attached with the blocking device 3, the blocking device 3 can also adopt a hollow shell structure, the wall of the shell of the blocking device 3 is attached with the inner side surfaces of the first wall body A and the second wall body B, and the inner space of the shell forms a cavity; one or both ends of the shell facing the top and bottom of the wall are open (not sealed) so that concrete can be poured into the cavity during construction. The formed reinforcement cage is arranged between the first wall body A and the second wall body B. The formed reinforcement cage is provided with two sides in the thickness direction of the wall body, and comprises reinforcements extending towards the two sides and reinforcements arranged in the cavity; reinforcing steel bars extending out of one side of the formed reinforcing cage are embedded into the first wall body A, and reinforcing steel bars extending out of the other side of the formed reinforcing cage are embedded into the second wall body B, so that the first wall body A and the second wall body B are connected through the formed reinforcing cage to form an integral structure. It is easy to understand, and the shaping steel reinforcement cage is formed by the reinforcing bar processing, and under the condition that the medial surface laminating of first wall body A and/or second wall body B was provided with blocking device 3, the reinforcing bar of shaping steel reinforcement cage passed blocking device 3 and stretched into in the wall body, and blocking device 3 and shaping steel reinforcement cage formed a whole. Optionally, the formed reinforcement cage may adopt a form of two reinforcement meshes 2 and a ladder bar 1, or a form of two reinforcement meshes 2 and a form of connecting reinforcements 7 therebetween.
In the disclosed superimposed shear wall prefab, the medial surface laminating of first wall body A and/or second wall body B sets up blocking device 3, blocking device 3 combines with the concrete to form wholly, the structural strength of two wall bodies has structurally been increased, the shaping steel reinforcement cage passes blocking device 3 and buries in the wall body, shaping steel reinforcement cage and blocking device 3 combine to form wholly, the integrality of component hoist and mount in-process component has been guaranteed, stable in structure just still keeps stable in structure indeformable at the vibrations in-process, be difficult to the fracture or damage.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the blocking device 3 may be a sheet-like member extending along a plane or a hollow case-like member.
In each of the above embodiments, the blocking device 3 may be a quick and easy necking net. The fast and easy closing net is a form net without detaching, after concrete is poured, it can be permanently combined with concrete, after concrete is poured, the angle-shaped joggle of its hole net can be automatically inserted. The concrete can not reach the other side through the meshes, and the concrete has a blocking effect.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the formed reinforcement cage includes a first reinforcement mesh 2, a second reinforcement mesh 2, and a ladder bar 1. The first steel mesh 2 is embedded in the first wall A; the second steel mesh 2 is buried in the second wall body B. Reinforcing bar net piece 2 can adopt the reinforcing bar processing machine to process, and is efficient. The ladder bar 1 is arranged between the first wall A and the second wall B. Ladder muscle 1 can the level set up also can vertical setting, and ladder muscle 1 has both sides in the thickness direction of wall body, and the both sides of ladder muscle 1 are equipped with the reinforcing bar that stretches out, and the reinforcing bar that stretches out is connected with first reinforcing bar net piece 2 and second reinforcing bar net piece 2 respectively. The ladder bar 1 functions as a support for the blocking device 3 and the precast concrete 6 wall. Ladder muscle 1 also can process through reinforcing bar processing machine, and is efficient, has avoided the manual work to carry out the welded difficulty one by one.
Further, the ladder reinforcement 1 comprises two parallel framework reinforcements and a plurality of connecting reinforcements 7. Two parallel framework steel bars are positioned in the cavity and attached to the inner side of the blocking device 3 or the concrete. Two framework reinforcing steel bars which are arranged in parallel are respectively positioned at two sides of the ladder reinforcing steel bar 1 to form frameworks at two sides of the ladder reinforcing steel bar 1, as can be seen from the cross section sectional schematic diagram shown in fig. 2, the framework reinforcing steel bars are positioned in the cavity, if the blocking device 3 is attached to the inner side surface of the wall body, the blocking device 3 is clamped between the inner side surface of the wall body and the framework reinforcing steel bars, and the framework reinforcing steel bars play a role in supporting the blocking device 3 and the prefabricated wall body; if the inner side surface of the wall body is not attached with the blocking device 3, the framework steel bars directly contact the inner side surface of the wall body. The plurality of connecting rebars 7 are perpendicular to the framework rebars and are respectively fixedly connected with each framework rebar, for example, fixedly connected by welding, so that a welding spot 5 is formed at the joint of each connecting rebar 7 and each framework rebar. The connecting steel bars 7 connect the framework steel bars on the two sides into a whole to form support in the thickness direction of the wall body. The two ends of the connecting steel bars 7 extend out of the outer side of the framework steel bars respectively to be connected with the first steel bar net piece 2 and the second steel bar net piece 2. It is easy to understand, if the medial surface of wall body is equipped with blocking device 3, then the both ends of connecting reinforcement 7 pass blocking device 3 and stretch into in the wall body, link together with reinforcing bar net piece 2 in the wall body, make the shaping steel reinforcement cage become whole atress structure.
Further, both ends of the coupling bar 7 form hooks. For example, the angle of the hook may be 135 °. After the two ends of the connecting steel bars 7 extend out of the positions connected with the steel bar net piece 2, the ends of the connecting steel bars 7 form hooks through the steel bar bending device, and therefore the steel bar net piece 2 is hooked. The hook structure increases the firmness of connection between the reinforcing steel bars.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the ladder bar 1 is provided in plurality, and the framework bar is disposed in the longitudinal direction or the lateral direction of the wall body. If the ladder ribs 1 are transversely arranged (horizontally arranged), a plurality of rows of ladder ribs 1 are arranged at intervals in the longitudinal direction; if the ladder ribs 1 are longitudinally arranged (vertically arranged), a plurality of rows of ladder ribs 1 are transversely arranged at intervals, so that the stress in the thickness direction of the wall body is dispersed on the plurality of ladder ribs 1, and the stress strength of each ladder rib 1 is reduced.
In each of the above embodiments, referring to the schematic cross-sectional view at the door/window opening 4 of the exemplary embodiment of the disclosed laminated shear wall prefabricated member shown in fig. 3, the door/window opening 4 may be provided at the corresponding position of the first wall a and the second wall B. And the peripheral edge of the door and window opening 4 is poured with opening edge concrete 12 which is integrated with the first wall body A and the second wall body B. The blocking device 3 is arranged to be attached to the inner side of the concrete 12 at the edge of the opening and is integrated with the concrete. The existing superposed shear wall structure needs to support templates at the door and window openings 4, the templates have small area and poor fault tolerance, and a large amount of human, material and machine resources are wasted during actual construction, so that the superposed shear wall structure is a big problem for reducing the cost of the superposed shear wall. Through setting up blocking device 3 in entrance to a cave edge concrete 12's inboard, can directly pour the outside of blocking device 3 when pouring formation entrance to a cave edge concrete 12, reduce the use amount of template, reduced construction cost. Optionally, the adopted blocking devices 3 can be matched with the positions of the door and window openings 4, a sealing mode is formed around the positions of the door and window openings 4, and the blocking devices 3 are connected with the inner side surfaces of the wall bodies on two sides into a whole.
Further, the formed reinforcement cage further comprises a third reinforcement mesh 2, and the third reinforcement mesh 2 is embedded in the concrete 12 at the edge of the opening. The third reinforcing mesh piece 2 can increase the structural strength of the edge of the door and window opening 4.
