The embodiment provides a novel mounting structure of a hidden handle, the structure of which is shown in detail in the attached drawings 1-7, 11-15, 18, 22-27: the device comprises a tolerance adjuster 1, a bolt component 2, an inner metal plate 3 and a hidden handle 4; the bolt assembly 2 comprises a fastening bolt 21 and a fixing gasket 22; a first slot and a bolt mounting through hole are formed in the inner metal plate 3, and a fixing nut 31 concentric with the bolt mounting through hole is welded on the bottom end surface of the inner metal plate 3; a handle base positioning structure 41 is arranged on the hidden handle 4; the tolerance adjuster 1 comprises an elastic sheet adjusting stud 11, a clamping pin positioning nut 12 and a locking piece 13, wherein the elastic sheet adjusting stud 11 and the clamping pin positioning nut 12 are both of hollow cavity structures and are composed of bosses and studs, a first boss 121 is arranged at the upper part of the clamping pin positioning nut 12, a flat clamping pin 123 is arranged on the first boss 121, the flat clamping pin 123 and the first boss 121 are horizontally arranged, and a chamfer plane is arranged on the flat clamping pin 123; a hook 414 is arranged on the handle base positioning structure 41, one end of the hook 414 is fixedly arranged on the bottom end face of the bottom plate of the handle base positioning structure 41, the other end of the hook 414 is in a hook structure, an open groove 415 is arranged between the hook 414 and the bottom plate of the handle base positioning structure 41, the outer end face of the hook structure is provided with a chamfer plane, an opening 413 is arranged on the bottom plate of the handle base positioning structure 41 above the hook 414, the flat clamping foot 123 is screwed into a movable groove formed by the handle base positioning structure 41 and the hook 414, and the flat clamping foot 123 can freely move in the movable groove and cannot be disengaged; the locking sheet 13 is arranged between the first boss 121 and the bottom end face of the handle base positioning structure 41, and the elastic sheet adjusting stud 11 is arranged in a cavity of the stud of the clamping pin positioning nut 12; an elastic holding structure 111 is arranged in a cavity of the stud at the lower part of the elastic sheet adjusting stud 11, and the elastic holding structure 111 holds the fastening bolt 21 after receiving friction torque and drives the elastic sheet adjusting stud 11 to rotate along with the rotation of the fastening bolt 21. The fastening bolt 21 sequentially penetrates through the fixing gasket 22, the bolt through hole 411 of the handle base positioning structure 41, the locking piece 13, the clamping pin positioning nut 12, the elastic sheet adjusting stud 11, and the bolt mounting through hole and the fixing nut 31 on the inner metal plate 3, and the hidden handle 4 is fixed on the inner metal plate 3 through the bolt assembly 2 and the tolerance adjuster 1 and locked through the fixing nut 31. The opening 413 is a process hole, the processing is more convenient and simpler due to the arrangement of the opening 413, and the flat clamping pin 123 can be more smoothly pressed into the movable groove due to the chamfer plane arranged on the flat clamping pin 123 during assembly; the chamfered surface of the hook structure helps the flat clip pin 123 to press into the movable groove, and prevents the flat clip pin 123 from falling out of the hook 414 when the flat clip pin 123 can move freely in the movable groove.
Furthermore, a plurality of flat clamping pins 123 are arranged on the clamping pin positioning nut 12, and the flat clamping pins 123 are arranged on the edge of the first boss 121 at an equal central angle by taking the center of the circle of the first boss 121 as the center of the circle; the handle base positioning structure 41 is provided with a plurality of hooks 414 for fixing the flat clamping feet 123 in a matching manner, the number of the hooks 414 is the same as that of the flat clamping feet 123, and the hooks 414 are arranged around the bolt through holes 411 at equal central angles by taking the center of the bolt through holes 411 as the center of a circle. The number of the flat clamping feet 123 and the clamping hooks 414 is at least 2, preferably 3 or 4, so that the rotation movement of the tolerance adjuster on the bottom end surface of the handle base positioning structure can be effectively limited. If the flat clamping feet 123 are provided with 3 hooks, the hooks are arranged at the edge of the first boss 121 at an equal central angle of 120 degrees, the hooks 414 on the handle base positioning structure 41 are also provided with 3 hooks, the hooks are arranged at the periphery of the bolt through hole 411 at an equal central angle of 120 degrees, if the flat clamping feet 123 are provided with 2 hooks, the hooks can be symmetrically arranged at the edge of the first boss 121, the hooks 414 on the handle base positioning structure 41 are also arranged with 2 hooks, and the hooks are symmetrically arranged at two sides of the bolt through hole 411.
Further, a second boss 113 is arranged at the upper part of the spring plate adjusting stud 11, a radial pattern 114 is arranged on the bottom end surface of the second boss 113, a stop block 115 is arranged at the edge of the top end surface, an external thread 112 is arranged outside the stud at the lower part of the spring plate adjusting stud 11, and a stud thread stop broken end 116 is arranged at the contact end of the external thread 112 and the second boss 113; an accommodating cavity 124 is arranged in a cavity of the stud at the lower part of the clamping foot positioning nut 12, and an internal thread 125 matched with the external thread 112 is arranged in the accommodating cavity 124; the elastic sheet adjusting stud 11 is arranged in the accommodating cavity 124 of the clamping pin positioning nut 12 and is fixedly connected through threads; an anti-tight bump 127 is arranged on the end face of the opening end of the stud at the lower part of the clamping foot positioning nut 12, a thread stop groove 128 and a stop rib 129 matched with the stop block 115 are arranged on the outer wall of the opening end, a nut thread stop head 130 matched with the stud thread stop head 116 is arranged on the inner wall of the opening end, and the stop rib 129 is arranged in the thread stop groove 128. The anti-tight bump 127, the thread stop groove 128, the stop rib 129 and the nut thread stop head 130 in the foot-clamping positioning nut 12, and the thread stop block 115 and the stud thread stop head 116 in the spring plate adjusting stud 11 form an anti-tight stop structure of the tolerance adjuster 1. The elastic sheet adjusting stud 11 is screwed into the clamping pin positioning nut 12, and when the elastic sheet adjusting stud is screwed to the bottom, the stop block 115 is blocked by the thread stop groove 128 and the stop rib 129, or the stud thread stop end 116 touches the nut thread stop end 130, so that the elastic sheet adjusting stud 11 can not be screwed in any more, the bottom surfaces of the elastic sheet adjusting stud 11 and the clamping pin positioning nut 12 are prevented from being screwed, namely the elastic sheet adjusting stud 11 can not be screwed in any more when the elastic sheet adjusting stud is screwed to the bottom, two preventive measures are taken, and a double-insurance against the screwing is formed; when the elastic sheet adjusting stud 11 works and rotates, a certain force is exceeded, the stop block 115 goes over the backstop rib 129, the elastic sheet adjusting stud 11 continues to rotate and rise, and the tool enters a tool state; the stop block 115 can prevent the elastic sheet adjusting stud 11 from falling out of the working state height caused by vibration in the transportation process. The anti-tight bump 127 can prevent the elastic sheet adjusting stud 11 and the clamping pin positioning nut 12 from forming vacuum adsorption. After the assembly, the bottom end face of the second boss 113 of the elastic sheet adjusting stud is abutted against and fastened with the inner metal plate 3, and the end face of the second boss 113 is provided with the radial lines, so that the friction force between the elastic sheet adjusting stud 11 and the inner metal plate 3 can be increased, the rotation of the elastic sheet adjusting stud 11 caused by vibration can be effectively prevented, and the anti-loosening effect is further achieved. The outer edge of the second boss 113 is a hexagonal outer edge, or a quadrangular outer edge, or a retracted 6-angle hole.

the edge of the petal-shaped skirt clasping ring is of a petal-shaped skirt structure and comprises a second clasping ring 1113 and a supporting vertical edge 1114, hollow holes 1115 are formed in the supporting vertical edge 1114, and the petal-shaped skirt clasping ring is made of an elastomer, rubber, POM (polyoxymethylene) glass fiber reinforced material, PP long glass fiber reinforced material, PA6, PA6 toughened material, PA6 glass fiber reinforced material, PA66, PA66 toughened material or PA66 glass fiber reinforced material;
the claw-shaped clasping ring comprises a fixing ring 1117 and clasping claws 1116, the clasping claws 1116 are provided with 3 petals and are all arranged on the inner wall of the fixing ring 1117 downwards, the claw-shaped clasping ring is made of engineering plastic materials, and the engineering plastic materials are POM, POM glass fiber reinforced materials, PP long glass fiber reinforced materials, PA6, PA6 toughened materials, PA6 glass fiber reinforced materials, PA66, PA66 toughened materials or PA66 glass fiber reinforced materials.
The clasping ring structure, the embedded annular spring piece, the U-shaped steel wire spring and the clamp spring structure can clasp the fastening bolt 21 to drive the elastic sheet adjusting stud 11 to rotate.
Further, an inner hole 131 is formed in the locking sheet 13, the locking sheet 13 is arranged between the handle base positioning structure 41 and the clamping foot positioning nut 12, and both end faces of the locking sheet 13 are provided with a concave-convex face, a rough face or a plane which can increase friction force; the concavo-convex surface is formed by providing radial convex stripes 132, convex corrugations, convex annular corrugations or scattering bumps on the end surface of the locking tab 13, the rough surface is formed by performing electrical corrosion, chemical corrosion or mechanical treatment on the end surface of the locking tab 13, and the plane is formed by ordinary processing.
Further, a radial convex stripe 132 is arranged on the end surface of the locking sheet 13. The fixing effect of the radial convex stripes 132 is better; the radial convex stripe 132 of the locking sheet 13 can be pressed into the bottom end of the handle base positioning structure 41 to form an embedded structure, so that the friction force is greatly increased, real and stable locking is formed, and the X/Z-direction position can be locked.

the fourth fixing mode is as follows: the locking sheet 13 is arranged on the handle base positioning structure 41, an accommodating groove is formed in the bottom end face of the handle base positioning structure 41, the locking sheet 13 is pressed into the accommodating groove, and radial protruding stripes 132 are arranged on the end face, facing the clamping pin positioning nut 12, of the locking sheet 13;

The embodiment provides a novel mounting structure of a hidden handle, and the structure of the mounting structure is shown in figures 3-4, 8-12, 16-17, 20 and 22-27 in detail: the device comprises a tolerance adjuster 1, a bolt component 2, an inner metal plate 3 and a hidden handle 4; the bolt assembly 2 comprises a fastening bolt 21 and a fixing gasket 22; a first slot and a bolt mounting through hole are formed in the inner metal plate 3, and a fixing nut 31 concentric with the bolt mounting through hole is welded on the bottom end surface of the inner metal plate 3; the hidden handle 4 is provided with a handle base positioning structure 41; the tolerance regulator 1 comprises a spring plate regulating stud 11, a clamping pin positioning nut 12 and a locking piece 13, wherein the spring plate regulating stud 11 and the clamping pin positioning nut 12 are both of a hollow cavity structure and consist of a boss and a stud, the upper part of the clamping pin positioning nut 12 is provided with a first boss 121, the first boss 121 is provided with a barb-shaped clamping pin 122, the barb-shaped clamping pin 122 is perpendicular to the first boss 121, the barb-shaped clamping pin 122 is an elastic clamping pin, and the upper part of the clamping pin is of a barb-shaped structure; the handle base positioning structure 41 is provided with a positioning hole 412, the barb-shaped clamping foot 122 is pressed into the positioning hole 412 and then bounces open, the barb at the upper part is buckled on the bottom plate of the handle base positioning structure 41, and the barb-shaped clamping foot 122 freely moves in the positioning hole 412 and cannot be separated; the locking sheet 13 is arranged between the first boss 121 and the bottom end face of the handle base positioning structure 41, and the elastic sheet adjusting stud 11 is arranged in a cavity of the stud of the clamping pin positioning nut 12; an elastic holding structure 111 is arranged in a cavity of the stud at the lower part of the elastic sheet adjusting stud 11, and the elastic holding structure 111 holds the fastening bolt 21 after receiving friction torque and drives the elastic sheet adjusting stud 11 to rotate along with the rotation of the fastening bolt 21. The fastening bolt 21 sequentially penetrates through the fixing gasket 22, the bolt through hole 411 of the handle base positioning structure 41, the locking piece 13, the clamping pin positioning nut 12, the elastic sheet adjusting stud 11, and the bolt mounting through hole and the fixing nut 31 on the inner metal plate 3, and the hidden handle 4 is fixed on the inner metal plate 3 through the bolt assembly 2 and the tolerance adjuster 1 and locked through the fixing nut 31. The barb-shaped latch 122 is compressed and deformed by a force, and springs open after the force is released and is fastened to the bottom plate of the handle base positioning structure 41, so that the barb-shaped latch 122 can move freely but cannot be pulled out of the positioning hole 412.
Furthermore, a plurality of barb-shaped clamping pins 122 are arranged on the clamping pin positioning nut 12, and the barb-shaped clamping pins 122 are arranged on the edge of the first boss 121 at an equal central angle with the center of circle of the first boss 121 as the center of circle; the handle base positioning structure 41 is provided with a plurality of positioning holes 412 for fixing the barb-shaped clamping legs 122, the number of the positioning holes 412 is the same as that of the barb-shaped clamping legs 122, and the positioning holes 412 are arranged around the bolt through holes 411 at the same central angle with the center of the bolt through holes 411 as the center of a circle. The number of the barb-shaped clamping feet 122 and the positioning holes 412 is at least a plurality, preferably 2 or 3, so that the tolerance adjuster can be effectively limited to rotate and move on the bottom end surface of the handle base positioning structure. If 2 barb-shaped clamping feet 122 are arranged, the barb-shaped clamping feet can be symmetrically arranged on the edge of the first boss 121, and 2 positioning holes 412 on the handle base positioning structure 41 are also arranged and symmetrically arranged on two sides of the bolt through hole 411; if the number of the barb-shaped clamping feet 122 is 3, the barb-shaped clamping feet are arranged at the edge of the first boss 121 at an equal central angle of 120 degrees, the number of the positioning holes 412 on the handle base positioning structure 41 is also 3, and the barb-shaped clamping feet are arranged at the periphery of the bolt through hole 411 at an equal central angle of 120 degrees.
Furthermore, the following conditions are met among the positioning hole, the barb-shaped clamping foot and the X/Z direction adjusting range value: the width A of the positioning hole 412 and the thickness B, X/Z-direction adjustment range value C of the barb-shaped clamping foot 122 meet the following conditions: a ═ B + 2C; the length D of the positioning hole 412 and the width E, X/Z direction adjustment range value C of the barb-shaped clamping foot 122 meet the following conditions: d ═ E + 2C.
Further, a second boss 113 is arranged at the upper part of the spring plate adjusting stud 11, a radial pattern 114 is arranged on the bottom end surface of the second boss 113, a stop block 115 is arranged at the edge of the top end surface, an external thread 112 is arranged outside the stud at the lower part of the spring plate adjusting stud 11, and a stud thread stop broken end 116 is arranged at the contact end of the external thread 112 and the second boss 113; an accommodating cavity 124 is arranged in a cavity of the stud at the lower part of the clamping foot positioning nut 12, and an internal thread 125 matched with the external thread 112 is arranged in the accommodating cavity 124; the elastic sheet adjusting stud 11 is arranged in the accommodating cavity 124 of the clamping pin positioning nut 12 and is fixedly connected through threads; an anti-tight bump 127 is arranged on the end face of the opening end of the stud at the lower part of the clamping foot positioning nut 12, a thread stop groove 128 and a stop rib 129 matched with the stop block 115 are arranged on the outer wall of the opening end, a nut thread stop head 130 matched with the stud thread stop head 116 is arranged on the inner wall of the opening end, and the stop rib 129 is arranged in the thread stop groove 128. The anti-tight bump 127, the thread stop groove 128, the stop rib 129 and the nut thread stop head 130 in the foot-clamping positioning nut 12, and the thread stop block 115 and the stud thread stop head 116 in the spring plate adjusting stud 11 form an anti-tight stop structure of the tolerance adjuster 1. The elastic sheet adjusting stud 11 is screwed into the clamping pin positioning nut 12, and when the elastic sheet adjusting stud is screwed to the bottom, the stop block 115 is blocked by the thread stop groove 128 and the stop rib 129, or the stud thread stop end 116 touches the nut thread stop end 130, so that the elastic sheet adjusting stud 11 can not be screwed in any more, the bottom surfaces of the elastic sheet adjusting stud 11 and the clamping pin positioning nut 12 are prevented from being screwed, namely the elastic sheet adjusting stud 11 can not be screwed in any more when the elastic sheet adjusting stud is screwed to the bottom, two preventive measures are taken, and a double-insurance against the screwing is formed; when the elastic sheet adjusting stud 11 works and rotates, a certain force is exceeded, the stop block 115 goes over the backstop rib 129, the elastic sheet adjusting stud 11 continues to rotate and rise, and the tool enters a tool state; the stop block 115 can prevent the elastic sheet adjusting stud 11 from falling out of the working state height caused by vibration in the transportation process. The anti-tight bump 127 can prevent the elastic sheet adjusting stud 11 and the clamping pin positioning nut 12 from forming vacuum adsorption. After the assembly, the bottom end face of the second boss 113 of the elastic sheet adjusting stud is abutted against and fastened with the inner metal plate 3, and the end face of the second boss 113 is provided with the radial lines, so that the friction force between the elastic sheet adjusting stud 11 and the inner metal plate 3 can be increased, the rotation of the elastic sheet adjusting stud 11 caused by vibration can be effectively prevented, and the anti-loosening effect is further achieved. The outer edge of the second boss 113 is a hexagonal outer edge, or a quadrangular outer edge, or a retracted 6-angle hole.
Further, the elastic clasping structure 111 is a clasping ring structure, and is embedded in any one of an annular spring piece, a U-shaped steel wire spring or a snap spring structure;

The clasping ring structure, the embedded annular spring piece, the U-shaped steel wire spring and the clamp spring structure can clasp the fastening bolt 21 to drive the elastic sheet adjusting stud 11 to rotate.
Further, an inner hole 131 is formed in the locking sheet 13, the locking sheet 13 is arranged between the handle base positioning structure 41 and the clamping foot positioning nut 12, and both end faces of the locking sheet 13 are provided with a concave-convex face, a rough face or a plane which can increase friction force; the concavo-convex surface is formed by providing radial convex stripes 132, convex corrugations, convex annular corrugations or scattering bumps on the end surface of the locking tab 13, the rough surface is formed by performing electrical corrosion, chemical corrosion or mechanical treatment on the end surface of the locking tab 13, and the plane is formed by ordinary processing.
Further, a radial convex stripe 132 is arranged on the end surface of the locking sheet 13. The fixing effect of the radial convex stripes 132 is better; the radial convex stripe 132 of the locking sheet 13 can be pressed into the bottom end of the handle base positioning structure 41 to form an embedded structure, so that the friction force is greatly increased, real and stable locking is formed, and the X/Z-direction position can be locked.

the fourth fixing mode is as follows: the locking sheet 13 is arranged on the handle base positioning structure 41, an accommodating groove is formed in the bottom end face of the handle base positioning structure 41, the locking sheet 13 is pressed into the accommodating groove, and radial protruding stripes 132 are arranged on the end face, facing the clamping pin positioning nut 12, of the locking sheet 13;

the sixth fixing mode is as follows: the locking plate 13 and the handle base positioning structure 41 are molded integrally, and the end surface of the handle base positioning structure 41 facing the clamping pin positioning nut 12 is provided with radial raised stripes 132, or the top end surface of the clamping pin positioning nut 12 is provided with annular stripes, radial stripes and salient points.
