The tolerance regulator 1 is used as a sub-part of the hidden handle 4, and the tolerance regulator 1 is installed on the hidden handle 9 to form a complete part which can enter the installation procedure of the inner metal plate 3, so that the subsequent assembly process of the inner metal plate 3 is ensured to be convenient to install without interference; the hidden handle 9 is installed with 3 tolerance adjusters 1, and the 3 tolerance adjusters 1 can move freely in the limited space at the bottom of the handle holder positioning structure 41, and the moving range is the tolerance adjusting range of the X/Z direction of the plane to be adjusted. The tolerance regulator 1 is installed, namely the locking sheet 13 is placed in the groove 121 of the positioning nut 12, and the spring sheet regulating stud 11 is inserted into the accommodating cavity 122 of the positioning nut 12.
Further, the installation of hiding handle 4 and interior panel beating 3, outer panel beating 5 includes following step:
step one, pushing a movable handle 42 of the hidden handle 4 to sequentially pass through a first slot 32 on an inner metal plate 3 and a second slot 51 on an outer metal plate 5;

Thirdly, the fastening bolt 21 sequentially penetrates through the fixing gasket 22, the handle base positioning structure 41 and the tolerance regulator 1, after the fastening bolt 21 reaches the elastic sheet 111 of the elastic sheet regulating stud 11, the fastening bolt 21 which rotates forwards is tightly held by the elastic sheet 111, the friction force of the tightly held fastening bolt 21 generates friction torque to drive the elastic sheet regulating stud 11 to rotate, the elastic sheet regulating stud 11 rotates and then rises, the fourth regulating gap 9 is continuously reduced, and after the end surface of the first boss 113 of the elastic sheet regulating stud 11 is contacted with the plane of the inner metal plate 3, the elastic sheet regulating stud 11 stops moving forwards to complete tolerance regulation in the axial Y direction; after the first boss 113 contacts the inner metal plate 3 and is blocked, the fastening bolt 21 passes through the elastic sheet 111 to continue to advance, a bolt mounting through hole of the inner metal plate 3 is found and passes through the through hole to enter a screw hole of the fixing nut 31, and in the process of entering the fixing nut 31, the fastening bolt 21 drives the fixing gasket 22 and the tolerance regulator 1 to move to the position in the same axial direction with the fixing nut 31, so that tolerance regulation in X/Z2 directions of a plane is completed; the rotating fastening bolt 21 continues to advance and is locked with the fixing nut 31, and the hidden handle 4 can be fixedly installed on the inner metal plate 3 after being locked;
and step four, referring to the three steps, sequentially locking the 3 fixing nuts 31 on the inner metal plate 3, namely completing the installation of the whole hidden handle 4, the inner metal plate 3 and the outer metal plate 5.
The movable handle 42 of the hidden handle 4 is embedded in the second slot 51, and a gap is arranged between the periphery of the movable handle 42 and the outer metal plate 5, the gap needs to be uniform and symmetrical, and the outer end surface of the movable handle 42 of the hidden handle 4 is flush with the outer end surface of the outer metal plate 5, so that the hidden handle is more attractive; the first slot 32 is to ensure that the movable handle 42 of the hidden handle 4 and other structures to be arranged can pass through, cannot interfere and obstruct the installation action of the hidden handle 4, and keeps reasonable clearance to increase the strength of the sheet metal.

the third adjusting gap 8 and the fourth adjusting gap 9 are arranged so that in the screwing process of the fastening bolt 21, the elastic sheet adjusting stud 11 is driven by the fastening bolt 21 to rotate by the holding friction force of the elastic sheet 111 to form height change and realize automatic adjustment of Y-direction tolerance;
the fastening bolt 21 finally realizes locking and fixing after X/Y/Z position adjustment through the locking fixing gasket 22, the handle base positioning structure 41, the locking sheet 13, the positioning nut 12, the elastic sheet adjusting stud 11 and the fixing nut 31.
