the first fastener is matched with one end, close to the hinge main body, of the stud positioning pin and used for locking at the side of the hinge main body, and the diameter of the stud positioning pin or the first fastener in the second mounting hole is smaller than that of the second mounting hole by a preset value;
the second fastener is matched with one end, extending out of the vehicle body, of the stud positioning pin and is used for locking at the side of the vehicle body;
a fastening assembly for passing through the first and third mounting holes to fix the hinge body to the vehicle body.

Detailed Description
Fig. 1 is a schematic view of an assembly of a door hinge assembly with a vehicle body 200 according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides a door hinge assembly generally including a hinge body 10, a stud locating pin 20, a first fastener 30, a second fastener 40, and a fastening assembly (not shown). The hinge body 10 is made of a steel type, which is a steel type hinge in the background art. The hinge body 10 includes a first mounting portion 11 having one side attached to the vehicle body 200. The first mounting portion 11 is provided with a first mounting hole 101 and a second mounting hole 102 penetrating therethrough. The vehicle body 200 is provided with third and fourth mounting holes 201 aligned with the first and second mounting holes 101 and 102, respectively, and the diameter of the fourth mounting hole 201 is larger than that of the second mounting hole 102. The second fastener 40 is fitted to the end of the stud positioning pin 20 protruding out of the vehicle body 200 for locking on the vehicle body side. The fastening assembly is used to pass through the first and third mounting holes 101 and 101 to fix the hinge body 10 to the vehicle body 200.
The conventional steel-type hinge is usually fixed to the fixed leaf of the vehicle body 200 side only by starting two mounting holes for inserting two sets of fasteners to connect the fixed leaf to the vehicle body 200, and thus has no function of adjusting the deviation of the contour dimension of the door. The present embodiment changes one of the mounting holes for mounting fasteners of the existing steel-type hinge to the stud locating pin 20. Specifically, the circular truncated cone 22 of the stud locating pin 20 is matched with the vehicle body 200, the diameter of the stud locating pin 20 or the first fastening piece 30 positioned in the second mounting hole 201 is smaller than that of the second mounting hole 201 by a preset value, the preset value is set to be at least larger than the contour dimension deviation of the vehicle door, the contour deviation of a common vehicle door is smaller than +/-1 mm, optionally, the diameter of the main body part 21 is set to be 8mm, and the diameter of the second mounting hole 102 is set to be 13mm, so that a gap with a single side of 2.5mm is generated, the contour deviation of the vehicle door can be completely eliminated, and the function of positioning adjustment is realized. Optionally, the preset value is 1-2.5mm, that is, the preset value may be 1mm, 1.5mm, and 2.5mm described above.
That is, the present embodiment can satisfy the positioning adjustment requirement of the steel-type hinge, and realize the required function without changing the existing steel-type hinge body 10, and the hinge does not need to be re-developed. The existing two bolt fixing points at the side of the vehicle body 200 are not reduced, and the structure of the adjustable positioning pin is realized by changing the original bolt form. The limit that the hinge is only applied to a stamping type hinge in the background technology is broken through, and the hinge is applied to the section steel hinge. The mechanical property of the section steel hinge main body 10 is superior to that of a stamped hinge, and after the form of section steel and a positioning pin is realized, the size of the whole vehicle door area of a section steel hinge type vehicle is favorably improved; the door is easily installed and adjusted, reduces frock and manpower resources's input on the assembly line.
As shown in fig. 1, in an embodiment, the circular truncated cone 22 of the stud positioning pin 20 is disposed in the middle of the main body 21, the first fastening member 30 is a first nut 31, and the main body 21 is provided with an external thread at the position where the first nut 31 is engaged, so as to form a threaded connection with the first nut 31.
Fig. 2 is a schematic view of an assembly process of a door hinge assembly with a vehicle body 200 according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, optionally, the second fastener 40 is a flanged second nut. The stud locating pin 20 is in a loose state at the beginning of delivery, and the stud locating pin 20, the hinge main body 10 and the vehicle door (not shown) are screwed through the first nut 31 to form the vehicle door assembly in the first step by using the clamp under the wire. Inserting the stud positioning pin 20 on the vehicle door assembly formed by the three components into a corresponding positioning hole of the vehicle door, namely a fourth mounting hole 201, and controlling the rotation of the vehicle door through another auxiliary limiting block; the second nut is tightened and the stud locating pin 20 is tightened.
Fig. 3 is an exploded schematic view of a door hinge assembly and body 200 according to another embodiment of the present invention. In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the circular truncated cone 22 of the stud positioning pin 20 is disposed at an end of the main body 21 close to the hinge body 10, the first fastener 30 is a first bolt 32, and an end of the main body 21 at which the circular truncated cone 22 is disposed is internally threaded to form a threaded connection with the first bolt 32.
The present embodiment can also implement the function of positioning adjustment, and the principle thereof is the same as that of the above embodiments, and is not described herein again.
As shown in fig. 1, the hinge body 10 further includes a second mounting portion 12 connected to one end of the first mounting portion 11 and disposed at a predetermined angle, and the second mounting portion 12 is rotatably connected to a door end hinge mounted to a door of the vehicle.

In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the diameter of the side wall metal plate at the layer closest to the hinge body is 16mm, the diameter of the other side wall metal plates below is 18mm, and the length of the whole fourth mounting hole 201 is 4.5 mm. Correspondingly, the diameter of the circular truncated cone 22 of the stud positioning pin 20 is 16mm, the thickness of the circular truncated cone 22 is 3.5mm, and the two ends of the main body 21 are provided with M8 external threads.
