4. The in-line automated sorting and recycling facility of claim 1, further comprising a transfer device that flows between the conveyor line and the task operating area.
5. The in-line automated sorting and recycling facility of claim 4, wherein the sorting device and the transferring device detect the completion of the control command using sensors and determine whether a jam has occurred.
6. The in-line automated sortation reclaimer device of claim 1, wherein the conveyor line comprises a roller conveyor and a belt conveyor.
7. The in-line automated sortation recovery apparatus of claim 6, wherein said roller conveyors comprise a stacking roller conveyor, a multi-ribbed roller conveyor, a chain roller conveyor, and a gravity roller conveyor.
8. The streamlined automated sorting and recycling apparatus of claim 1, wherein the conveyor line comprises a zero-pressure accumulating roller conveyor, the zero-pressure accumulating roller conveyor comprising a plurality of conveyor units, each of the conveyor units comprising a smart conveyor control card, a micro motorized pulley, a driven pulley, and a photoelectric switch, the micro motorized pulley being controlled by the smart conveyor control card, the micro motorized pulley driving a set of the driven pulleys via a poly-v belt, the photoelectric switch being in communication with the smart conveyor control card.
9. The in-line automated sorting and recycling apparatus of claim 6, wherein a turning roller conveyor is used at the corners of the conveyor line, and the turning roller conveyor is assembled by using an electric roller drive, a taper unpowered roller, a side plate assembly rolled into a circular arc shape, a section bar cross brace and a frame assembly.
10. The in-line automated sorting and recycling apparatus of claim 6, wherein the belt conveyor comprises a normal belt conveyor, a multi-belt conveyor and a turning belt conveyor.
