The vertical central axis of the movable base plate 2, the first base plate 3, the second base plate 5, the placing groove 6 and the fastener 8 is coplanar, the limit buckle 11 can rotate on the supporting seat 10 through the rotating shaft 13 and can rotate downwards until the top stop 16 is positioned at the outer side of the top end of the supporting seat 10, the limit buckle 11 can rotate on the supporting seat 10 through the rotating shaft 13 and can rotate upwards until the vertical central axis of the limit buckle is vertical to the top surface of the supporting seat 10, and the reset spring 14 is in a natural state, and the vertical central axis of the limit buckle 11 is vertical to the top surface of the supporting seat 10; the middle part of the movable base plate 2 is vertically provided with a welding head 19 opposite to the placing groove 6, and the corresponding welding head 19 is selected and arranged according to the welding machine in practical application.
