The double-layer table C02 and the soup pool cabinet C03 can be integrally formed. The soup pool cabinet C03 may be a four-grid hot soup pool cabinet. The soup pool cabinet C03 is used for accommodating prepared dishes and keeping warm by hot water.
Optionally, the meal preparation room 40 further includes a split type air conditioner (not shown) and an air sterilizing apparatus (not shown). The air disinfection device may be an ultraviolet lamp air disinfection facility.
The method of sterilization of the pantry 40 should follow the instructions for use of the sterilization facility. When the ultraviolet lamp is used for disinfection, the ultraviolet lamp is started for more than 30 minutes and well recorded when no person is processing and manufacturing.

The second flap 82 is disposed close to the bottom plate 11, and the second flap 82 can rotate around the wall frame 70 to be parallel to the bottom plate 11 to extend out of the meal preparing room 40 to serve as a movable flap meal selling platform.
Optionally, portable galley 100 also includes front closure plate 90. The front cover plate 90 is connected on three sides to the top plate 12 and the two second side walls 132a and 132b, respectively.
In the application, the movable multifunctional kitchen based on the requirements of food safety regulations comprises a kitchen body which is formed by enclosing a bottom plate, a top plate and side walls, wherein the bottom plate and the top plate are arranged oppositely, and the side walls are connected with the bottom plate and the top plate, and comprise two first side walls arranged along the width direction and two second side walls arranged along the length direction; a cooking area, a processing area, a partition plate 50 and a meal preparation room are sequentially arranged in the kitchen body along the length direction, the partition plate 50 is arranged along the width direction and is respectively connected with a bottom plate and a top plate, and the partition plate 50 is used for at least partially partitioning the processing area and the meal preparation room; the cooking area comprises a fire extinguishing device, a cooking table and a workbench, the cooking table and the workbench are arranged at intervals along the length direction, the cooking table comprises a steam cabinet, a cooking range and a splicing table which are sequentially arranged along the width direction, and the workbench comprises a first table body arranged along the width direction and a plurality of water tanks arranged on the first table body; the processing area comprises a split air conditioner, a hand washing basin, a cleaning table and a refrigerating device which are sequentially arranged along the width direction, the cleaning table and the working table are arranged at intervals along the length direction, and the cleaning table comprises a second table body arranged along the width direction, a plurality of cleaning grooves arranged on the second table body and at least one waste container; including heat preservation equipment, tableware disinfecting equipment and the storing device that sets gradually along width direction between the meal preparation, push-and-pull door and meal preparation platform, meal preparation platform and division board 50 set up along the length direction interval, the push-and-pull door can be connected with division board 50 after pulling out from between storing device and the meal preparation platform, the meal preparation platform includes double-deck platform and hot water pond cabinet along width direction setting, can satisfy food safety regulation requirement and provide multiple functions such as culinary art, processing, meal preparation.

the processing area comprises a split air conditioner, a hand washing basin, a cleaning table and a refrigerating device which are sequentially arranged along the width direction, the cleaning table and the working table are arranged at intervals along the length direction, and the cleaning table comprises a second table body arranged along the width direction, a plurality of cleaning grooves arranged on the second table body and at least one waste container;
