背景技术
普通浇铸的电熔耐火材料主要用于玻璃窑炉的上部结构，使用量占据熔铸耐火材料的50%。普通浇铸模具与无缩孔浇铸模具相比，增加了砂型上盖板，浇铸口也相对较小，小浇铸口限制了浇铸速度，浇铸时间延长，料液烘烤型板容易造成型板变形，从而造成上盖板塌陷或者漂起，进而影响到砖材铸口面外观质量。浇铸冒口自身重量也会造成铸口凹陷。因此，如何通过装备改进，有效地降低浇铸缺陷，提高普通浇铸砖材的外观质量是一个重要课题。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种用于电熔耐火砖浇铸模具的压铁，通过该压铁可有效控制由普通浇铸模具制造的砖材外观缺陷，提高砖材的外观质量。

结合图1～３所示，本实用新型提供一种用于电熔耐火砖浇铸模具的压铁，所述压铁１为矩形块状，压铁１中心设有通孔２，通孔２为上宽下窄的喇叭状；压铁１的两侧还分别设有吊耳３；压铁１的底面与所述浇铸模具４的壳体顶面形成配合，压铁１的通孔２与所述浇铸模具的冒口５外壁形成配合。作为优选的，压铁的厚度为150～200mm，长度500～700mm。
通过设置压铁，压铁１本身的重量可以防止浇铸过程中料液使浇铸模具上盖漂起，而浇铸冒口５自身的重量会作用于压铁之上，而非作用于模具上盖，可有效防止浇铸模具顶面凹陷；吊耳３可以方便压铁的吊装和拆除。
