本实用新型公开了一种精馏塔顶余热回收装置,包括精馏塔、换热器,在精馏塔与换热器之间设置余热回收器,精馏塔的有机蒸汽出口与余热回收器有机蒸汽的进口连通,余热回收器有机蒸汽的出口与换热器连通。本实用新型在冷凝器前增加一个余热回收装置,利用有机蒸汽的高温加热蒸汽冷凝水,使得蒸汽冷凝水再次汽化,获得潜热,该类低压蒸汽可以输送到其他岗位使用。

本实用新型涉及一种精馏塔顶余热回收装置。
背景技术
利用精馏塔顶余热生成低压蒸汽的节能装置,常规的工艺是有机蒸汽从塔顶直接进入冷凝器,冷凝器冷源是循环水或冷冻盐水。这样的形式不能充分利用有机蒸汽的热量。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种能充分利用精馏塔出来的有机蒸汽余热的精馏塔顶余热回收装置。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是:
一种精馏塔顶余热回收装置,包括精馏塔、换热器,其特征是:在精馏塔与换热器之间设置余热回收器,精馏塔的有机蒸汽出口与余热回收器有机蒸汽的进口连通,余热回收器有机蒸汽的出口与换热器连通。
本实用新型在冷凝器前增加一个余热回收装置,利用有机蒸汽的高温加热蒸汽冷凝水,使得蒸汽冷凝水再次汽化,获得潜热,该类低压蒸汽可以输送到其他岗位使用。高温有机蒸气经过加热蒸汽冷凝水,部分内能(包括潜热和显热)传递出去,然后再经过换热器的循环水降温。

具体实施方式
