The invention aims to provide a large carton sealing machine which realizes automatic carton sealing of a large carton through ingenious design, completes carton sealing and bottom sealing through the cooperation of a carton bottom sealing device and a carton top sealing device, and completes material boxing through the cooperation of a mechanical arm and a conveying belt.

As shown in fig. 1, a carton sealing machine for large cartons comprises a machine frame 1 and a power distribution control box, and is characterized in that a carton storage device 3 is arranged on the machine frame 1, a carton unfolding and carrying manipulator 4 is arranged on the left side of the carton storage device 3 in a matching manner, a carton bottom sealing device 5 is arranged on the rear side of the carton storage device 3, a carton conveying belt 9 is arranged on the right side of the carton bottom sealing device 5, a carton top sealing device 6 is arranged at the right end of the carton conveying belt 9, a material conveying belt 7 is arranged on the rear side of the carton bottom sealing device 5, a material carrying manipulator 8 is further arranged above the material conveying belt 7, and the above devices are connected with the power distribution control box through electric wires.
The sheet cartons are taken out from the carton storage device 3 through the carton carrying manipulator 4 and unfolded into a square shape, the carton carried by the carton carrying manipulator 4 is bottomed by the carton bottom sealing device 5 and pushed into the carton conveyer belt 9, the materials are loaded into empty cartons on the carton conveyer belt 9 by the material carrying manipulator 8, and then the carton conveyer belt 9 is matched with the carton top sealing device 6 to finish carton capping.
As shown in fig. 2-3, the bottom sealing device 5 includes a mounting frame 51 disposed on the frame 1, a left folded plate cylinder 52 is disposed on the mounting frame 51, a left folded plate 53 is connected to the left folded plate cylinder 52, a right folded plate support 54 is disposed on the mounting frame 51, a first glue dispenser 541 is mounted on the right folded plate support 54, the first glue dispenser 541 is in inclined plane fit with the right folded plate support 54, the right folded plate support 54 is disposed right of the left folded plate 53, a carton conveying device 55 is disposed behind the right folded plate support 54, a supporting device 56 is disposed right of the right folded plate support 54, the supporting device 56 includes a supporting cylinder 561 disposed on the frame 1, a supporting plate 562 is disposed on the supporting cylinder 561, a pair of folding devices 57 mounted on the front and rear sides of the mounting frame 51 are disposed above the supporting device 56, the long side folding device 57 includes a mounting seat 571 disposed on the mounting frame 51, a rotating shaft 572 driven by a motor is arranged on the mounting seat 571, a folding edge plate 573 is connected to the rotating shaft 572, a carton pushing device 58 is arranged above the folding edge device 57, a bottom plate pressing device 59 is arranged above the carton pushing device 58, and the box sealing bottom device 5 is connected with a power distribution control box through an electric wire.
The short pages of the carton are coated with glue while being bent through ingenious design, and then the pages of the carton are pressed after the long pages are folded, so that the bottom sealing of the carton is completed, and the carton is pushed into the carton conveying belt 9 under the action of the carton pushing device.
As shown in fig. 2 to 3, the carton conveying device 55 includes a traverse cylinder 551 disposed on the mounting frame 51, the traverse cylinder 551 is connected to a vacuum mounting plate 552, four vacuum devices 553 are disposed on the vacuum mounting plate 552, and a carton positioning rod 554 is further disposed at the leftmost side of the vacuum mounting plate 552.
The carton conveying device 55 is simple in design, and can move the carton in the carton sealing device 5, and enable the carton to be glued through the relative movement of the carton and the first glue dispenser 541 in the moving process of the carton, so that a large number of movable parts are saved.
As shown in fig. 2 to 3, the bottom pressing plate device 59 includes a lifting cylinder 592 arranged on the mounting frame 51, the lifting cylinder 592 is connected with a positioning plate 593, and the positioning plate 593 is connected with a pressing plate 594 through four iron posts.
The bottom pressing plate device 59 is matched with the supporting device 56 to press the box leaves, and the carton is prevented from deforming when the bottom leaves of the carton are pressed by the positioning plate 593.
As shown in fig. 4, the box sealing top device 6 includes a support 61 arranged on the frame 1, the right side of the support 61 is provided with a right support 62, the left side of the support 61 is provided with a left support 63, a guide fence 64 is further arranged below the support 61, the right support 62 is provided with a cylinder 621, the cylinder 621 fixes one end on the right support 62 through a pin, a folding plate 622 is arranged on the right support 62, the folding plate 622 fixes one end on the right support 62 through a pin, the cylinder 621 is connected with the folding plate 622, a fixed folding plate 623 is arranged below the right support 62, a second glue dispenser 631 and a fixed pressing box seat 632 are arranged on the left support 63, and the box sealing top device 6 is connected with a power distribution control box through an electric wire.
The bottom sealing device 6 is matched with the carton conveying belt 9, and the carton capping is completed when the carton is conveyed to the tail end of the conveying belt.
As shown in fig. 5, the carton unfolding and carrying manipulator 4 comprises a multi-axis manipulator 41 arranged on the frame, a carton unfolding device 42 is arranged on the multi-axis manipulator 41, the carton unfolding device 42 comprises a suction cup mounting plate 43 arranged on the multi-axis manipulator 41, four vacuum suction cups 44 are arranged on the suction cup mounting plate 43, a push plate cylinder 45 is further arranged on the suction cup mounting plate 43, a carton push plate 46 is connected to the push plate cylinder 45, and the carton unfolding and carrying manipulator 4 is connected with a power distribution control box through an electric wire.
The manipulator opens the sheet cartons immediately after the removal of the sheet cartons by means of a carton opening device 42 mounted on the manipulator.
As shown in fig. 6, the carton storage device 3 includes a machine table 31 disposed on the machine frame 1, a carton stacking table 32 and a motor 33 are disposed on the machine table 31, a carton clamping rod 35 is disposed on an inner side of a left end of the carton stacking table 32, a carton pushing plate 34 is further disposed on the carton stacking table 32, and two legs of the carton pushing plate 34 penetrate through the carton stacking table 32 and are connected to the motor 33 through a transmission member.
The flaky cartons are vertically stacked on the carton stacking table 32, the cartons are pressed towards the left side through the carton pushing plate 34, and the cartons are clamped on the carton stacking table 32 through the matching of the carton clamping rods 35.
The specific working process of the invention is as follows: sheet-shaped cartons are vertically stored on a carton stacking table 32, a motor 33 drives a carton pushing plate to press the cartons to the left side, a carton clamping rod arranged on the inner side of the left end of the carton stacking table clamps the cartons, a carton unfolding and carrying manipulator 4 sucks a sheet of carton on the outer side of the leftmost end of the carton stacking table 32 through a vacuum suction cup 43, the four vacuum suction cups 43 only suck the long edges of the cartons, then the cartons are taken away from the carton stacking table 32, then a carton pushing plate cylinder 44 drives a carton pushing plate 45, the carton pushing plate 45 pushes one end of the sheet-shaped carton to unfold the sheet-shaped carton into a square shape, then the carton carrying manipulator 4 carries the cartons to a carton conveying device 55 on a carton sealing device 5, a positioning rod 554 on the carton conveying device 55 is matched, a vacuum device 553 on the carton conveying device 55 tightly sucks the other side of the cartons, and then a left flap cylinder 52 drives, bending the left short board of the carton to the horizontal plane, then moving the carton with the carton by the carton conveying device 55 to the left, in the process, bending the right short board of the carton to the horizontal plane by the right folded board support 54, coating glue on the left and right short boards by the first glue applicator 541 on the right folded board support 54, then rotating the long folded board 573 to the horizontal plane by the motor of the long folded board device 57, bending the long page board of the carton to the horizontal plane, then pushing the long folded board 562 to move upwards by the supporting cylinder 561 of the long folded board support device 56, supporting the long side of the carton, pressing the bottom board by the bottom board pressing device 59, then resetting, then pushing the carton into the carton conveying belt 9 by the carton pushing device 58, then transferring the materials on the material conveying belt 7 into the empty boxes on the carton conveying belt 9 by the material carrying manipulator 8, conveying the boxes to the top box sealing device 6 of the carton along, the fixed hem plate 623 and the contact of carton top right-hand member board of carton top joint sealing device 6, bend carton top right short slab to the horizontal plane at the in-process of carton right side motion, continue to drive the case right side motion along with carton conveyer belt 9 afterwards, the cylinder 621 of carton top joint sealing device 6 drives hem plate 622 downstream, bend carton top left side roof to the horizontal plane, carton conveyer belt 9 drives the carton right side motion afterwards, in this in-process, glue is scribbled to the short slab about the carton top to second point gluer 631, the long limit in both sides is bent to the horizontal plane under the effect of guide fence 64, and compress tightly long limit through fixed pressure case seat 632, each part of carton top joint sealing device 6 resets afterwards.
