Detailed Description
In the following, only certain exemplary embodiments are briefly described. As those skilled in the art will recognize, the described embodiments may be modified in various different ways, all without departing from the spirit or scope of the present application. Accordingly, the drawings and description are to be regarded as illustrative in nature, and not as restrictive.
As shown in fig. 1A and 1B, most of the existing vehicles adopt a door form of a side door, in which the side door is connected to an edge of a door opening of a vehicle body, a relative movement relationship is provided between the side door and the vehicle body, and the side door has two working conditions of opening and closing. Because the sealing interface formed by the side door is continuous, the door opening of the car body can be completely closed when the side door is closed, and the sealing performance of the car door form of the side door is better.
In order to facilitate passengers to get in and get out of the vehicle, part of the vehicles at present adopt a side door and a top-opening door form, and the door form has the following four working conditions: the side door and the top-opening door are both opened, the side door is opened and the top-opening door is closed, the side door is closed and the top-opening door is opened, and the side door and the top-opening door are both closed. Because the side door and the top-opening door are separated and cannot independently close the door opening of the vehicle body, the sealing interface formed by the vehicle door is discontinuous and the sealing performance is poor. In view of this, the embodiment of the application provides a seal assembly, can effectively promote the leakproofness of side door and the door opening of the closed automobile body of overhead door.
Fig. 2A shows a schematic structural view of a roof opening door and a door form of a side door according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 2A and 2B, the sealing assembly may include: the first top door weather strip 101 and the doorframe weather strip 200.
First top-opening door sealing strip 101 can set up at the side door 3 complex edge of top-opening door 1 with the automobile body, and when top-opening door 1 and side door 3 were closed, first top-opening door sealing strip 101 can seal the clearance between top-opening door 1 and the side door 3.
The doorframe sealing strip 200 may be provided at the edge of the doorframe 2 of the vehicle body, and the doorframe sealing strip 200 may be formed by integral molding or may be formed of at least two strips. The form of the door frame sealing strip 200 can be selected and adjusted according to actual needs, and the application does not limit the form.
As shown in fig. 3A and 3B, when the overhead door 1 is closed, the doorframe sealing strip 200 may seal the gap between the doorframe 2 and the overhead door 1; the doorframe seal strip 200 may seal a gap between the doorframe 2 and the side door 3 when the side door 3 is closed.
The first top-opening door sealing strip 101 and the doorframe sealing strip 200 may be engaged with each other, for example, as shown in fig. 4A and 4B, when the top-opening door 1 and the side door 3 are closed at the same time, the end of the first top-opening door sealing strip 101 may abut against the doorframe sealing strip 200, and the first top-opening door sealing strip 101 and the doorframe sealing strip 200 form a closed annular sealing structure. Because this annular seal structure can be around the edge of cooperateing between the overhead door 1 and the side door 3, therefore this annular seal structure can also seal the discontinuity between the overhead door 1 and the side door 3, promotes sealing performance. Further, the doorframe seal strip 200 can seal the gap between the doorframe and the peripheral side edge of the seal interface constituted by the overhead door 1 and the side door 3, constituting another closed annular seal structure. In this way, the sealing assembly can also improve the sealing performance through two closed annular sealing structures.
The shape, structure, size and material of the first liftout door sealing strip 101 and the doorframe sealing strip 200 can be selected and adjusted according to actual needs as long as sealing can be achieved, and the application does not limit the shape, structure, size and material.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2A and 2B, the seal assembly may further include a side door seal strip 300. The side door sealing strip 300 can be arranged on the edge of the side door 3 matched with the door frame 2 of the car body, so that the gap between the side door 3 and the door frame 2 of the car body can be sealed, and the sealing property between the side door 3 and the door frame 2 of the car body is improved.
Likewise, the shape, structure, size, and material of the side door weather strip 300 are not limited in the present application as long as the sealing between the side door 3 and the door frame 2 of the vehicle body can be achieved.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2A and 2B, the door frame 2 of the vehicle body may include a top door frame 21 and a side door frame 22, wherein the top door frame 21 may be a door frame section from a position a to a position B in a clockwise direction of the door frame 2 in fig. 2A, the side door frame 22 may be a door frame section from a position a to a position B in a counterclockwise direction of the door frame 2 in fig. 2A, a junction (at the position B) of a first end of the top door frame 21 and a first end of the side door frame 22 forms a corner, the position a is a contact point between a first top corner of the top-open door 1 and a first top corner of the side door 3 and the door frame 2, and the position B is a contact point between a second top corner of the top-open door 1 and a second top corner of the side door 3 and the door frame.
The doorframe seal strip 200 may include: top frame seal 201, side frame seal 202 and corner seal 203.
A top doorframe sealing strip 201 may be provided at the edge of the top doorframe 21 for sealing the gap between the top doorframe 21 and the top door 1; a side doorframe seal 202 may be provided at the edge of the side doorframe 22 for sealing the gap between the side doorframe 22 and the side door 3; corner seals 203 may be provided at the junctions of the top frame seal 201 and the side frame seal 202 at the corners.
Here, the top doorframe sealing strip 201 may be a sealing strip section from a position a to a position B in a clockwise direction in fig. 2B (a sealing strip section shown along a line section in fig. 2B), the side doorframe sealing strip 202 may be a sealing strip section from a position a to a position B in a counterclockwise direction in fig. 2B (a sealing strip section shown along a dotted line in fig. 2B), position a being a position facing a position a in the doorframe 2, and position B being a position facing a position B in the doorframe 2.
In one example, the end of the top frame weather strip 201 and the end of the side frame weather strip 202 may be fixedly connected to each other or may abut each other. The connection mode or the setting mode between the top doorframe sealing strip 201 and the side doorframe sealing strip 202 can be selected and adjusted according to actual needs, and the application does not limit the connection mode or the setting mode.
In one example, as shown in fig. 2B, 3B and 4B, the corner seal 203 may be fixedly connected or abutted to the connection between the top doorframe seal 201 and the side doorframe seal 202, or may be integrally connected to the connection between the top doorframe seal 201 and the side doorframe seal 202. Because the corner sealing piece 203 is attached to the joint of the top doorframe sealing strip 201 and the side doorframe sealing strip 202, the sealing performance of the joint of the top doorframe sealing strip 201 and the side doorframe sealing strip 202 can be improved.
