Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are exemplary only for the purpose of explaining the present invention, and should not be construed as limiting the present invention.
An air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The air conditioner may be a cabinet air conditioner, but the present application is not limited thereto.
As shown in fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3, fig. 8, fig. 9, fig. 15, and fig. 16, an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: the front panel 10, the face frame 20, the opening and closing door 30, and the driving assembly 40 for driving the opening and closing door 30 to slide.
Specifically, the front panel 10 is provided with an air outlet 11 for passing air. The front panel 10 is provided with a first guide portion 12 extending in the longitudinal direction thereof. The face frame 20 is connected to the front panel 10, the face frame 20 is located at the upstream of the front panel 10 along the airflow flowing direction, and the face frame 20 has an outlet 21 opposite to the air outlet 11 for the airflow to pass through. The face frame 20 is provided with a second guide portion 22 extending in the longitudinal direction thereof. The switch door 30 has a third guide portion 31 and a fourth guide portion 32, the third guide portion 31 is slidably disposed on the first guide portion 12, the fourth guide portion 32 is slidably disposed on the second guide portion 22 so that the switch door 30 slides between a first position a and a second position b, at the first position a, the switch door 30 opens the air outlet 11, so that an air flow can be blown out from the air outlet 11 of the front panel 10, when the switch door 30 moves to the second position b, the switch door 30 closes the air outlet 11, and when the air conditioner is in a shutdown state, the switch door 30 can close the air outlet 11, so as to reduce the possibility that dust enters the air conditioner from the air outlet 11, reduce the hidden danger that may affect the normal operation of the air conditioner, and improve the user experience.
In the example shown in fig. 2 and 3, the first guide portion 12 and the second guide portion 22 may be sequentially arranged in a direction from bottom to top, the air outlet 11 is located above the first guide portion 12, and the first guide portion 12 is located below the second guide portion 22. Of course, the present invention is not limited to this, and the second guiding portion 22 and the first guiding portion 12 may be arranged in sequence along the direction from bottom to top, and the air outlet 11 is located below the first guiding portion 12.
It should be noted that the air conditioner may include one air outlet 11, may also include two air outlets 11, may also include a plurality of air outlets 11, and may be set according to actual needs, and this application is not limited to this, and when the air outlet 11 includes a plurality of air outlets 11, the plurality of air outlets 11 are set at intervals along the length direction of the front panel 10.
The first guide portion 12 and the front panel 10 may be connected by welding, riveting, integral molding, or the like, and preferably, the first guide portion 12 and the front panel 10 are integrally molded. The second guide portion 22 and the face frame 20 may be connected by welding, riveting, integral molding, or the like, and preferably, the second guide portion 22 and the face frame 20 are integrally molded. But the application is not limited. The third guide portion 31 and the fourth guide portion 32 may be connected to the opening/closing door 30 by welding, riveting, and integral molding, and preferably, the third guide portion 31 and the opening/closing door 30, and the fourth guide portion 32 and the opening/closing door 30 are all integrally molded.
According to the utility model discloses air conditioner, because face frame 20 is located the upper reaches of front panel 10, and export 21 on the face frame 20 is relative with air outlet 11, through setting up first guide part 12 on front panel 10, set up second guide part 22 on face frame 20, so set up, make air conditioner stable in structure, reduced the possibility that the different sound of shake appears at the removal in-process in switch door 30, the noise is reduced, make the removal of switch door 30 more smooth, customer's user demand has been satisfied.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, according to some embodiments of the present invention, the front panel 10 includes a shielding portion 10a and an air outlet portion 10b, the shielding portion 10a and the air outlet portion 10b are arranged in sequence along the length direction of the front panel 10, the air outlet 11 is arranged on the air outlet portion 10b, the first guiding portion 12 is arranged on the shielding portion 10a, and the face frame 20 is opposite to the air outlet portion 10b, so that the first guiding portion 12 and the second guiding portion 22 are arranged along the length direction of the front panel 10, and the opening and closing of the air outlet 11 by the door 30 is facilitated.
When the switch door 30 moves to the first position a, the switch door 30 gradually moves away from the air outlet portion 10b, so that the switch door 30 moves away from the air outlet portion 10b to open the air outlet 11.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, according to some embodiments of the present invention, one end of at least one of the first guiding portion 12 and the second guiding portion 22 is bent towards the front side to extend so that the switch door 30 moves towards the front side when being adjacent to the second position b, thereby enabling the gap between the switch door 30 and the front panel 10 to be further reduced at the position where the air outlet 11 is to be closed, thereby reducing the possibility that dust enters the air conditioner from the air outlet 11 when the air outlet 11 is closed by the switch door 30 in the off state of the air conditioner, thereby prolonging the service life of the air conditioner and further improving the user experience.
It should be noted that one end of the first guide portion 12 may be bent and extended toward the front side to form the first bent portion 122, one end of the second guide portion 22 may be bent and extended toward the front side to form the second bent portion 222, and both the one end of the first guide portion 12 and the one end of the second guide portion 22 may be bent and extended toward the front side to form the first bent portion 122 and the second bent portion 222, respectively.
In the example shown in fig. 5 and 6, the front panel 10 includes a shielding portion 10a and an air outlet portion 10b, the shielding portion 10a and the air outlet portion 10b are sequentially arranged along a length direction of the front panel 10, the shielding portion 10a is located below the air outlet portion 10b, the air outlet 11 is disposed on the air outlet portion 10b, the first guide portion 12 is disposed on the shielding portion 10a, the face frame 20 is opposite to the air outlet portion 10b, correspondingly, the second guide portion is located above the first guide portion, and both an upper end of the first guide portion 12 and an upper end of the second guide portion 22 are bent and extended toward the front side to form a first bending portion 122 and a second bending portion 222. It is thereby possible to cause the switching door 30 to start moving toward the front side when it is adjacent to the second position b, thereby reducing the gap between the switching door 30 and the front panel 10, and reducing the possibility of dust and the like entering the interior of the air conditioner from the outlet port 11.
As shown in fig. 2, 8 and 9, a protrusion 33 is further disposed on a side of the switch door 30 facing the front panel 10, when the switch door 30 is in the second position b, the switch door 30 closes the outlet 11, and the protrusion 33 is located in the outlet 11. Therefore, when the air conditioner is turned off, the air outlet 11 is closed by the switch door 30, the possibility that dust enters the air conditioner along the air outlet 11 is reduced, the possibility that the service life of the air conditioner is influenced by the dust is reduced, and the user experience is improved.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, 4, 8 and 9, when the switch door 30 moves to the second position b, and when the switch door 30 closes the air outlet 11, the free end surface of the protruding portion 33 is flush with the outer surface of the front panel 10, so that when the air conditioner is turned off, and the switch door 30 closes the air outlet 11, the possibility that dust enters the air conditioner along the air outlet 11 is further reduced, the possibility that the service life of the air conditioner is affected by dust is further reduced, and therefore the user experience is improved, and the attractiveness of the air conditioner can be improved.
