The length of the mounting bar 230 is equal to the length of the panel 210 and the length of the inner lining 220. The panel 210 is usually made of metal, the inner lining plate 220 is usually made of plastic, and the mounting bar 230 is usually made of metal. In this case, the first connection plate 221 and the second connection plate 222, which are provided on both sides of the inner lining plate 220 in the vertical direction in the direction close to the face plate 210, may be integrally formed by injection molding, and the connection portion 240 may be a generally square plate fixed to the second fixing plate 213 at a side close to the first fixing plate 212 by welding. Wherein, injection moulding and welding only provide a processing mode simple relatively and that the cost is lower, and are not right the utility model discloses the protection scope of embodiment is injectd, can also adopt other processing modes certainly.
Referring to fig. 3 and 6, the number of the connection parts 214 is multiple, and the connection parts 214 are uniformly distributed along the length direction of the second fixing plate 213, so that the stress between the mounting plate 231 and the connection parts 214 is uniformly distributed, and the connection effect between the panel 210 and the inner lining plate 220 is further improved. Specifically, the number of the connecting portions 214 may be adjusted, for example, increased or decreased, according to the size of the door body 200, so as to stably fix the inner lining plate 220 between the inner lining plate 210 and the mounting bar 230.
When it should be noted that, the vibration generated by the wind wheel in the cabinet air conditioner is transmitted to the door 200 for a long time, so that the door 200 generates vibration for a long time. On the basis, in order to ensure that the panel 210 and the inner lining plate 220 are reliably connected, the first fixing plate 212 and the first connecting plate 221, and the mounting plate 231 and the connecting part 214 can be connected through a screw structure, and the connected parts are not easy to be separated from each other; meanwhile, the panel 210 and the lining plate 220 can be detached, and the maintainability is high.
Referring to fig. 3, 4 and 6, on the premise of ensuring the reliability of the connection between the panel 210 and the inner lining plate 220, in order to facilitate the installation and removal of the panel 210 and the inner lining plate 220, a clamping structure is disposed between the first connecting plate 221 and the first fixing plate 212, and the clamping structure is used for limiting the movement of the inner lining plate 220 relative to the panel 210 along the length direction. The connection between the panel 210 and the inner lining plate 220 is matched with the screw connection structure through the clamping structure, so that the better connection reliability between the panel 210 and the inner lining plate 220 can be ensured under the condition of using less screw connection structures. It should be understood that, because no auxiliary tool is needed when the installation and the disassembly of the panel 210 and the inner lining plate 220 are realized through the clamping structure, the complexity of the clamping operation is lower than that of the screwing operation, so that the installation and the disassembly of the panel 210 and the inner lining plate 220 are more convenient, and the production efficiency is higher. In addition, in the process of assembling the panel 210 and the inner lining plate 220, the panel 210 and the inner lining plate 220 are firstly clamped, and then the panel 210 and the inner lining plate 220 are screwed. Under the condition, the panel 210 and the inner lining plate 220 are clamped to realize the primary limitation of the degree of freedom in the length direction between the panel 210 and the inner lining plate 220, so that the panel 210 and the inner lining plate 220 are conveniently aligned by staff and the subsequent screwing operation is convenient, the mounting speed of the panel 210 and the inner lining plate 220 is accelerated, and the production efficiency is improved; at the same time, the fixing effect of the inner lining 220 and the panel 210 is further enhanced.
Specifically, referring to fig. 3, 4, 8 and 9, the clamping structure includes a positioning groove 2121 and a positioning element 2211 clamped with the positioning groove 2121, an opening is formed at a side of the first fixing plate 212 close to the inner lining plate 220 to form the positioning groove 2121, and the positioning element 2211 is a protrusion formed by inward recessing of the first connecting plate 221; when the panel 210 is made of metal and the inner lining plate 220 is made of plastic, compared to the positioning element 2211 on the first fixing plate 212 and the positioning slot 2121 on the first connecting plate 221, the positioning slot 2121 on the first fixing plate 212 and the positioning element 2211 on the first connecting plate 221 have simple process, low processing difficulty and low manufacturing cost.
The second connecting plate 222 and the second fixing plate 213 may be provided with a snap-fit structure therebetween, and for example, the second connecting plate 222 is provided with an opening on a side close to the panel 210, and the second fixing plate 213 is a positioning plate formed by bending in a direction close to the first fixing plate 212 corresponding to the opening. The positioning plate can be formed by cutting and bending the second fixing plate 213, and the process is simple and the processing cost is low.
Further, referring to fig. 3, 4, 6, and 10, the number of the clamping structures is multiple, and the multiple clamping structures are uniformly arranged along the length direction of the door body, so that the force distribution of the multiple clamping structures between the first fixing plate 212 and the first connecting plate 221 is uniform, and further, the supporting strength of the panel 210 to the inner lining plate 220 is higher; meanwhile, the fixing effect between the panel 210 and the inner lining 220 is further improved. Specifically, the number of the clamping structures may be adjusted correspondingly according to the size of the door body 200, for example, increased or decreased, so as to stably clamp the first fixing plate 212 and the first connecting plate 221 together.
It should be understood that, referring to fig. 3, 4 and 10, a screw connection structure is further disposed between the first connection plate 221 and the first fixing plate 212, and in order to use fewer screw connection structures and clamping structures, a plurality of screw connection structures and a plurality of clamping structures are staggered along the length direction of the door body. For example, the screw connection structure includes a screw hole 240 disposed on the first fixing plate 212 and a connection via hole 250 disposed on the first connecting plate 221, and the clamping structure includes a positioning slot 2121 disposed on the first fixing plate 212 and a positioning member 2211 disposed on the first connecting plate 221, at this time, the screw hole 240 on the first fixing plate 212 and the positioning slot 2121 are staggered, and the connection via hole 250 on the first connecting plate 221 and the positioning member 2211 are staggered. Specifically, a positioning groove 2121 is disposed between every two adjacent threaded holes 240 on the first fixing plate 212, and a positioning element 222 is disposed between every two adjacent connecting through holes 250 on the first connecting plate 221. Under the condition, a plurality of clamping structures can be matched under the condition that the bolt connection structures are used as few as possible, so that the stress distribution of the interface where the first fixing plate 212 and the first connecting plate 221 are attached to each other is uniform, the fixing effect is good, and the panel 210 and the inner lining plate 220 can be conveniently mounted and dismounted.
In some embodiments, a shielding plate is disposed on the top of the door body 200. Specifically, the upper sides of the panel 210 and the inner lining 220 are provided with shielding plates to prevent dust from falling into the cabinet air conditioner from the upper side of the door 200. The shielding plate may be a separate component, assembled on the top of the door 200 through a mounting structure, or integrally formed with the panel 210 or the lining plate 220.
Preferably, the shielding plate and the inner lining plate 220 are integrally formed, so that the installation process of the shielding plate is avoided, and when the inner lining plate 220 is made of a plastic material, the shielding plate and the inner lining plate 220 can be integrally formed through injection molding, so that the process is simple, and the manufacturing cost is low. It should be understood that injection molding only provides a relatively simple and low-cost processing method, and is not limited to the protection scope of the embodiment of the present invention, and of course, other processing methods may also be adopted to form integrally.
The cabinet air conditioner can be a cylindrical cabinet air conditioner, a traditional cuboid cabinet air conditioner or other shapes. It should be appreciated that the cylindrical cabinet air conditioner has advantages of a small floor area and a shape designed to meet aesthetic requirements of users, compared to the rectangular parallelepiped cabinet air conditioner, and thus, the above-mentioned cabinet air conditioner is generally adopted as the cylindrical cabinet air conditioner. At this time, the casing 100 of the cabinet air conditioner is cylindrical, the radian of the door 200 should be consistent with the radian of the casing 100, that is, the door 200 and the casing 100 have the same curvature, the surface of the panel 210 away from the lining plate 220 and the curvature of the surface of the lining plate 220 away from the panel 210 are the same as the curvature of the casing 100, the door 200 can be attached to the surface of the casing 100, and when the air outlet 100 is closed, the outer side surface of the door 200 is consistent with the casing 100, so that the door 200 can be attached to and slide along the surface of the casing 100 at the air outlet 110, and the opening and closing of the air outlet 110 can be realized.
In addition, the inner lining plate 220 is usually connected with the housing 100 in a rotating and sliding manner through a rack-and-pinion mechanism, so that no noise is generated during the sliding movement, the transmission precision is high, and the stability is high. The gear is usually a stepping motor, so that the characteristics of simple structure, high reliability and low cost can be exerted, and at the moment, the stepping motor controls the sliding distance of the door body 200 on the shell 100 of the cabinet air conditioner by controlling the rotation degree of the motor, so as to control the opening and closing of the air outlet 110; compared with a common speed-regulating motor, the stepping motor can more easily realize the control of the moving distance according to the requirement.
Referring to fig. 2, in some embodiments, there are two door bodies 200 on the cabinet air conditioner, and the two door bodies 200 are symmetrically disposed at the air outlet 110, and the two door bodies 200 move back to back or face to face along the casing 100 to open or close the air outlet 110. Under the condition, the air outlet 110 of the cabinet air conditioner can be quickly opened and closed, the operation efficiency of opening and closing the air outlet 110 is improved, and the user experience is high. Specifically, when a user needs to close the air outlet 110, the two door bodies 200 move towards the air outlet 110 at the same time until the air outlet 110 is completely blocked; when a user needs to open the air outlet 110, the two door bodies 200 move back to back in a direction away from the air outlet 110 at the same time until the air outlet 110 is completely opened.
It should be noted that, an accommodating space is further provided in the cabinet air conditioner housing 100, when the door 200 moves above the air outlet 110 and completely blocks the air outlet 110, the door 200 moves towards the inside of the cabinet air conditioner housing 100 to accommodate the door 200 in the accommodating space, so that there is no or little fall between the outer surface of the door 200 and the outer surface of the cabinet air conditioner housing 100, thereby ensuring the aesthetic property of the cabinet air conditioner appearance; when a user needs to open the air outlet 110, the door 200 moves from the accommodating space to above the air outlet 110, and then moves along the cabinet 100 of the cabinet air conditioner in a direction away from the air outlet 110, so as to open the air outlet 110 and supply air to the indoor.
Referring to fig. 2, 5 and 6, when there are two door bodies 200 on the cabinet air conditioner, the sides of the two door bodies 200 where the mounting bars 230 are disposed should be arranged oppositely, so that the structure of the mounting bars 230 can be designed to ensure that the opposite sides of the two door bodies 200 can be tightly attached, and a gap is prevented from being left between the two door bodies 200 when the air outlet 110 is closed; meanwhile, the mounting bar 230 is formed independently and can be manufactured by adopting a process method with lower difficulty, so that the mounting bar 230 is convenient to design the appearance, and the door body 200 of the cabinet air conditioner is more fashionable and beautiful under the decoration of the mounting bar 230.
In the description herein, particular features, structures, materials, or characteristics may be combined in any suitable manner in any one or more embodiments or examples.
The above embodiments are only specific embodiments of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any changes or substitutions that can be easily conceived by those skilled in the art within the technical scope of the present invention should be covered by the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention shall be subject to the protection scope of the claims.
