An embodiment of the utility model provides a cabinet air conditioner, as shown in fig. 2, fig. 5, fig. 8 and fig. 9, include: a shell 100, wherein an air outlet 110 is arranged on the shell 100; the door body 200 is arranged at the air outlet 110, and the door body 200 is connected with the shell 100 in a sliding manner so as to open or close the air outlet 110; the door body 200 includes: the panel 210 is arranged on one side of the door body 200 far away from the interior of the shell 100; the inner lining plate 220 is fixedly connected with the panel 210, and the inner lining plate 220 is positioned on one side of the door body 200 close to the interior of the shell 100; the decorative strip 230 comprises a bottom plate 231, side plates 232 are arranged at the edges of two opposite sides of the bottom plate 231, and a mounting groove is formed by the bottom plate 231 and the side plates 232 in a surrounding mode; a fixing plate 211 is arranged on one side of the panel 210 in the vertical direction in a turning manner towards the other side, and the fixing plate 211 is positioned on one side of the panel 210 close to the lining plate 220; one side of the inner lining plate 220 in the vertical direction abuts against and is connected with the surface of the fixing plate 211 close to the inside of the shell 100, and the other side abuts against the surface of the panel 210 close to the inside of the shell 100 and is clamped in the mounting groove; the trim strip 230 is fixedly connected to the interior lining 220 and/or the panel 210.
Referring to fig. 2, 5, 8 and 9, a fixing plate 211 is folded from one side of the panel 210 in the vertical direction to the other side, and the fixing plate 211 is located at one side of the panel 210 close to the inner lining plate 220; one side of the inner lining plate 220 in the vertical direction abuts against and is connected with the surface of the fixing plate 211 close to the inside of the shell 100, and the other side abuts against the surface of the panel 210 close to the inside of the shell 100 and is clamped in the mounting groove; the trim strip 230 is fixedly connected to the interior lining 220 and/or the panel 210. At this time, in the installation process of the door body 200, the inner lining plate 220 may be directly placed on the panel 210 vertically downward from above the side of the panel 210 where the fixing plate 211 is provided, then one side of the inner lining plate 220 is fixedly connected with the surface of the fixing plate 211 close to the inside of the housing 100, the other side of the inner lining plate 220 is directly abutted against the panel 210 and clamped in the mounting groove of the trim strip 230, and finally, the trim strip 230 is fixedly connected with the inner lining plate 220 and/or the panel 210, so that the panel 210, the inner lining plate 220 and the trim strip 230 form a stable whole, thereby realizing the reliable connection of the panel 210 and the inner lining plate 220. Compared with the prior art, the inner lining plate 220 of the cabinet air conditioner provided by the embodiment of the utility model can be directly placed on the panel 210 vertically downwards from the upper part of the surface of the panel 210 close to the inside of the shell 100, so that the contraposition insertion operation of inserting one side of the inner lining plate 220 into the U-shaped mounting groove is avoided, the operation difficulty in the installation process of the door body 200 is reduced, and the production efficiency is improved; in addition, one side of the panel 210 directly abuts against the inner lining plate 220 and is clamped in the mounting groove included in the decorative strip 230, so that the bending of the panel 210 to form an L-shaped limiting plate is reduced under the condition that the connecting effect is not reduced, the structure is simple, and the manufacturing cost is low.
It should be noted that the vibration generated by the wind wheel in the cabinet air conditioner is transmitted to the door 200 for a long time, so that the door 200 generates vibration for a long time. Therefore, in order to ensure a reliable connection between the panel 210 and the inner lining plate 220, the fixing plate 211 and the inner lining plate 220 are usually connected by screwing, so that the connection between the panel 210 and the inner lining plate 220 has high reliability, mutual separation is not easy to occur, and the panel 210 and the inner lining plate 220 are detachably connected, so that the maintainability is high. Illustratively, the fixing plate 211 is provided with a threaded hole 240, the inner lining plate 220 is provided with a threaded through hole 250, and a screw passes through the threaded through hole of the inner lining plate 220 and is fastened in the threaded hole 240 of the fixing plate 211.
Referring to fig. 2, 3, 4 and 9, in order to increase the limit between the inner lining plate 220 and the faceplate 210 in the thickness direction, a gap exists between one end of the fixing plate 211 close to the decorative strip 230 and the surface of the faceplate 210 close to the inside of the housing 100 to form a first slot 212; the inner lining board 220 includes a first side wall 221 abutting against one end of the fixing board 211 close to the trim strip 230, the first side wall 221 is provided with a first hook 222 corresponding to the first slot 212, and the first hook 222 is engaged with the first slot 212 in a matching manner to prevent the inner lining board 220 from moving in a direction away from the panel 210, so as to enhance the fixing effect between the panel 210 and the inner lining board 220. In addition, when the first hook 222 is forced to move away from the first slot 212, the first hook 222 can be retracted to the side of the first sidewall 221 near the trim strip 230, so as to prevent the inner lining 220 from being directly placed on the panel 210 vertically downward from the top of the side of the panel 210 near the inside of the housing 100 due to the first hook 222 disposed on the inner lining 220.
The above-mentioned embodiment that the side of the first hook 222 close to the panel 210 can be contracted in the direction away from the first slot 212 when being stressed is not exclusive, and the elastic connecting member (e.g. a spring) can be matched with the first hook 222 to realize that the side of the first hook 222 close to the panel 210 can be contracted in the direction away from the first slot 212 when being stressed; the first hook 222 can also be made of elastic material; for example, referring to fig. 4, 6, 7 and 9, the material of the inner liner 220 has elasticity, the first hook 222 is a first protrusion 2221 disposed on the first side wall 221 of the inner liner 220, and a top end of one side of the first protrusion 2221 close to the face plate 210 is inclined to a direction away from the face plate 210 to form a slope, so that the structure is simple, no other parts are needed for matching, and the manufacturing cost is low. At this time, in the process that the inner lining plate 220 is vertically and downwardly placed on the face plate 210 from above the face plate 210, the end of the fixing plate 211 slides along the slope of the first protrusion 2221, so that the first protrusion 2221 is elastically deformed in the direction away from the first slot 212. Under the action of the elastic restoring force, the first protrusion 2221 finally restores to the natural state and is clamped in the first clamping groove 212. One side of the first protrusion 2231 away from the faceplate 210 may be a plane, so that the first protrusion 2221 is clamped into the first card slot 212 and is not easily removed; the side of the first protrusion 2221 away from the faceplate 210 may also be a slope surface formed by inclining the top end toward the direction close to the faceplate 210, so that the first protrusion 2221 gradually returns to the natural state in the process of entering the first slot 212, and is not easily damaged, and which form is specifically adopted on the side of the first protrusion 2221 away from the faceplate 210 may be selected according to the actual situation.
It should be noted that, since the panel 210 mainly plays a role of protection, the panel 210 is usually made of metal, and in order to reduce the mass of the inner lining plate 220 and avoid sliding and scratching the cabinet 100 of the cabinet air conditioner, the inner lining plate 220 is usually made of plastic. At this time, the inner liner 220 and the first hook 222 may be integrally formed by injection molding. Wherein, injection moulding only provides a processing mode simple relatively and the cost is lower, and is not right the utility model discloses the protection scope of embodiment is injectd, can also adopt other processing modes certainly.
Referring to fig. 4, 6 and 9, the number of the first hooks 222 is plural, and the first hooks 222 are uniformly distributed along the length direction of the inner lining plate 220, so that the stress between the plural first hooks 222 and the first slots 212 is uniformly distributed, and the clamping effect between the panel 210 and the inner lining plate 220 is further better and more stable, and the risk that the first hooks 222 on the inner lining plate 220 are separated from the first slots 212 is reduced. The first hooks 222 are generally disposed at both ends of the length direction of the lining panel 220, so that the movement of the lining panel 220 in the thickness direction relative to the panel 210 can be effectively limited by using fewer first hooks 222. The number of the first hooks 222 can be adjusted correspondingly according to the size of the door body 200, for example, increased or decreased, so as to stably clamp one side of the lining plate 220 in the first slot 212 of the panel 210.
Referring to fig. 3, 4, 5 and 8, a clamping structure is disposed between a side plate 232 of the decorative strip 230 attached to the inner lining plate 220 and the inner lining plate 220, and the decorative strip 230 is clamped to the inner lining plate 220 through the clamping structure, so as to effectively prevent the panel 210 and the inner lining plate 220 from falling out of the mounting groove and causing connection failure between the panel 210 and the inner lining plate 220. At this time, the decoration strip 230, the panel 210 and the inner lining 220 are detachable, so that the maintainability is strong and the maintenance cost is low; in addition, since no auxiliary tool is required for the installation and removal of the snap connection, the installation and removal of the trim strip 230 is less complicated than other detachable connections, such as a screw connection; therefore, the decoration strip 230 is simply and conveniently mounted and dismounted in a clamping manner with the inner lining plate 220 through the clamping structure, and the assembly efficiency of the door body 200 is high; meanwhile, the side plate 232 of the decorative strip 230, which is attached to the inner lining plate 220, is clamped with the inner lining plate 220, so that the clamping structure is located on one side of the door body 200, which is close to the inside of the shell 100, thereby preventing the connecting structure between the decorative strip 230 and the inner lining plate 220 from being exposed on the appearance surface of the door body 200, and ensuring the overall attractiveness of the cabinet air conditioner.
It should be noted that a bolt structure may be further disposed between the decorative strip 230 and the panel 210. Specifically, the other side of the panel 210 away from the fixing plate 211 is provided with a screw joint portion 213 in a direction close to the fixing plate 211, the screw joint portion 213 is provided with a screw hole 240, a side plate 232 included in the trim strip 230 and attached to the interior lining plate 220 is provided with a connecting via hole 250, the interior lining plate 220 is provided with an avoiding opening 224 corresponding to the screw joint portion 213 so as to ensure that the interior lining plate 220 can be directly placed on the panel 210 from the side of the panel 210 where the fixing plate 211 is provided, and a screw passes through the side plate 232 included in the trim strip 230 and attached to the interior lining plate 220 and is fastened in the screw hole. The screw portion 213 is fixed to a side of the panel 210 away from the fixing plate 211, typically by welding. Wherein, the welding only provides a processing mode that is simple relatively and the cost is lower, and is not right the utility model discloses the protection scope of embodiment is injectd, can also adopt other processing modes certainly.
Specifically, referring to fig. 3, 4, 6 and 8, the material of the inner lining plate 220 has elasticity, the clamping structure includes a second clamping groove 2321 and a second clamping hook 223, the second clamping groove 2321 is a through hole formed in the side plate 232, which is attached to the inner lining plate 220 and included by the decorative strip 230, the second clamping hook 223 is a second protrusion 2231 formed in one side of the inner lining plate 220 away from the panel 210, and a top end of one side of the second protrusion 2231 away from the fixed plate 211 is inclined to a direction close to the fixed plate 211 to form a slope, so that the second clamping hook 223 and the inner lining plate 220 can be integrally formed by injection molding, the structure is simple, other parts (such as elastic connectors like springs) are not needed to cooperate, and the manufacturing cost is low. At this time, during the installation of the trim strip 230, the end of the side plate 232 included in the trim strip 230, which abuts against the interior lining 220, slides along the slope of the second hook 223, so that the second hook 223 is elastically deformed in a direction approaching the panel 210. Under the action of the elastic restoring force, the second hook 223 finally restores to the natural state and is clamped in the second clamping groove 2321. One side of the second protrusion 2231 close to the fixing plate 211 may be a plane, so that the second protrusion 2231 is clamped in the second clamping groove 2321 and is not easily disengaged; the side of the second protrusion 2231 close to the fixing plate 211 may also be a slope surface formed by inclining the top end towards the direction away from the fixing plate 211, so that the second protrusion 2231 gradually returns to the natural state in the process of entering the second slot 2321, and is not easily damaged, and which form is specifically adopted by the side of the second protrusion 2231 close to the fixing plate 211 can be selected according to the actual situation.
Furthermore, the number of the clamping structures is multiple, and the plurality of clamping structures are uniformly arranged along the length direction of the door body 200, so that the stress distribution of the plurality of clamping structures between the decorative strip 230 and the inner lining plate 220 is uniform, and the connection stability between the inner lining plate 220 and the decorative strip 230 is further higher. Specifically, the number of the clamping structures may be adjusted correspondingly according to the size of the door body 200, for example, increased or decreased, so as to clamp the decorative strip 230 and the inner lining 220 together stably.
In some embodiments, a shielding plate is disposed on the top of the door body 200. Specifically, the upper sides of the panel 210 and the inner lining 220 are provided with shielding plates to prevent dust from falling into the cabinet air conditioner from the upper side of the door 200. The shielding plate may be a separate component, assembled on the top of the door 200 through a mounting structure, or integrally formed with the panel 210 or the lining plate 220. Preferably, the shielding plate and the inner lining plate 220 are integrally formed, so that the installation process of the shielding plate is avoided, and when the inner lining plate 220 is made of a plastic material, the shielding plate and the inner lining plate 220 can be integrally formed through injection molding, so that the process is simple, and the manufacturing cost is low. It should be understood that injection molding only provides a relatively simple and low-cost processing method, and is not limited to the protection scope of the embodiment of the present invention, and of course, other processing methods may also be adopted to form integrally.
The cabinet air conditioner can be a cylindrical cabinet air conditioner, a traditional cuboid cabinet air conditioner or other shapes. It will be appreciated that the cylindrical cabinet air conditioner has advantages of a small floor space and a shape designed to meet aesthetic requirements of users, compared to the rectangular parallelepiped cabinet air conditioner, and thus, the cabinet air conditioner is generally employed as the cylindrical cabinet air conditioner with reference to fig. 2 and 7. At this time, the casing 100 of the cabinet air conditioner is cylindrical, the radian of the door 200 should be consistent with the radian of the casing 100, that is, the door 200 and the casing 100 have the same curvature, the surface of the panel 210 away from the lining plate 220 and the curvature of the surface of the lining plate 220 away from the panel 210 are the same as the curvature of the casing 100, the door 200 can be attached to the surface of the casing 100, and when the air outlet 100 is closed, the outer side surface of the door 200 is consistent with the casing 100, so that the door 200 can be attached to and slide along the surface of the casing 100 at the air outlet 110, and the opening and closing of the air outlet 110 can be realized.
It should be noted that the inner lining plate 220 is usually connected with the housing 100 in a rotating and sliding manner through a rack-and-pinion mechanism, so that no noise is generated during the sliding movement, the transmission precision is high, and the stability is high. The gear is usually a stepping motor, so that the characteristics of simple structure, high reliability and low cost can be exerted, and at the moment, the stepping motor controls the sliding distance of the door body 200 on the shell 100 of the cabinet air conditioner by controlling the rotation degree of the motor, so as to control the opening and closing of the air outlet 110; compared with a common speed-regulating motor, the stepping motor can more easily realize the control of the moving distance according to the requirement.
