At this time, during the installation of the door body 200, the inner lining plate 220 may be directly placed on the panel 210 vertically downward from above the side of the panel 210 close to the inside of the case 100, and the inner lining plate 220 and the panel 210 are aligned by the first fixing plate 212, the second fixing plate 213 and the connecting plate 221, and then the first fixing plate 212, the second fixing plate 213 and the connecting plate 221 are used to realize reliable connection. Compared with the prior art, the inner lining plate 220 of the cabinet air conditioner provided by the embodiment of the utility model can be directly placed on the panel 210 vertically downwards from the upper part of the surface of the panel 210 close to the inside of the shell 100, so that the contraposition insertion operation of inserting one side of the inner lining plate 220 into the U-shaped mounting groove is avoided, the operation difficulty in the installation process of the door body 200 is reduced, and the production efficiency is improved; in addition, the first fixing plate 212, the second fixing plate 213 and the connecting plate 221 on the two sides of the door body 200 are beneficial to the alignment between the lining plate 220 and the panel 210, so that the lining plate 220 and the panel 210 are fixedly connected, and the lining plate 220 and the panel 210 are hollow, so that the material is saved, and the cost is lower; meanwhile, the door 200 is provided with the side of the shielding portion 211, so that a user can be prevented from directly seeing the fixing structure (for example, a screw) between the fixing plate 212 and the inner lining plate 220 exposed at the side of the door 200 provided with the shielding portion 211, and the integral attractiveness of the cabinet air conditioner can be ensured.
It should be noted that the vibration generated by the wind wheel in the cabinet air conditioner is transmitted to the door 200 for a long time, so that the door 200 generates vibration for a long time. Therefore, in order to ensure a reliable connection between the panel 210 and the inner lining 220, the two sides of the panel 210 and the inner lining 220 are usually connected by a screw structure, the connection reliability between the panel 210 and the inner lining 220 is high, the panel 210 and the inner lining 220 are not easy to be separated from each other, and the panel 210 and the inner lining 220 are detachably connected, so that the maintainability is high.
Referring to fig. 2, 7 and 8, the two connecting plates 221 are not only connected to the first fixing plate 212 and the second fixing plate 213 in an abutting manner, but preferably, the connecting plates 221 include a first connecting plate 2211 and a second connecting plate 2212 respectively located at two sides of the inner lining plate 220 in the vertical direction, the first connecting plate 2211 is connected to the first fixing plate 212 in an abutting manner at a side of the first fixing plate 212 far from the second fixing plate 213, and the second connecting plate 2212 is connected to the second fixing plate 213 in an abutting manner at a side of the second fixing plate 213 near the first fixing plate 212. In this case, the screw can be fixed to the panel 210 from the inner lining plate 220, and fixed to the inner lining plate 220 from the panel 210, so that the fixing effect is better; meanwhile, the whole panel 210 does not need to be vertically aligned and embedded into the inner lining plate 220 or the whole inner lining plate 220 does not need to be vertically aligned and embedded into the panel 210, so that the operation difficulty is reduced; in addition, the first connecting plate 2211 is not exposed to the outside of the housing 100 under the shielding effect of the shielding portion 211, so that the overall aesthetic property of the cabinet air conditioner is ensured, and the connecting plates 221 on both sides of the inner lining plate 220 can be effectively protected to avoid accidental damage.
The panel 210 is usually made of a metal material, and the lining plate 220 is usually made of a plastic material. At this moment, the two sides of the above-mentioned interior welt 220 are equipped with the connecting plate 221 to the direction of being close to the panel 210 specifically can be through the integrated into one piece that moulds plastics, and injection moulding only provides a processing mode simple relatively and that the cost is lower, and is not right the utility model discloses the protection scope of embodiment is injectd, can also adopt other processing modes certainly. In addition, a shielding plate is usually disposed on the upper sides of the panel 210 and the inner lining plate 220 to prevent dust from falling into the cabinet air conditioner from above.
Referring to fig. 3, 4 and 5, on the premise of ensuring the connection reliability between the panel 210 and the inner lining plate 220, in order to facilitate the installation and removal of the panel 210 and the inner lining plate 220, a clamping structure is disposed between the first connecting plate 2211 and the first fixing plate 212 and between the second connecting plate 2212 and the second fixing plate 213, and the clamping structure is used for limiting the movement of the inner lining plate 220 relative to the panel 210 along the length direction. The connection between the panel 210 and the inner lining plate 220 is matched with the screw connection structure through the clamping structure, so that the better connection reliability between the panel 210 and the inner lining plate 220 can be ensured under the condition of using less screw connection structures. It should be understood that, because no auxiliary tool is needed when the installation and the disassembly of the panel 210 and the inner lining plate 220 are realized through the clamping structure, the complexity of the clamping operation is lower than that of the screwing operation, so that the installation and the disassembly of the panel 210 and the inner lining plate 220 are more convenient, and the production efficiency is higher. In addition, in the process of assembling the panel 210 and the inner lining plate 220, the panel 210 and the inner lining plate 220 are firstly clamped, and then the panel 210 and the inner lining plate 220 are screwed. Under the condition, the panel 210 and the inner lining plate 220 are clamped to realize the primary limitation of the degree of freedom in the length direction between the panel 210 and the inner lining plate 220, so that the panel 210 and the inner lining plate 220 are conveniently aligned by staff and the subsequent screwing operation is convenient, the mounting speed of the panel 210 and the inner lining plate 220 is accelerated, and the production efficiency is improved; at the same time, the fixing effect of the inner lining 220 and the panel 210 is further enhanced.
Specifically, referring to fig. 3, 4, 7 and 8, the clamping structure includes a first positioning groove 214, a first positioning element 222 clamped with the first positioning groove 214, a second positioning groove 223, and a second positioning element 215 clamped with the second positioning groove 223, an opening is formed on one side of the first fixing plate 212 close to the inner lining plate 220 to form the first positioning groove 214, and the first positioning element 222 is a protrusion formed by inward sinking of the first connecting plate 2211; when the panel 210 is made of metal and the inner lining plate 220 is made of plastic, compared to the first fixing plate 212 having the first positioning element 222 and the first connecting plate 2211 having the first positioning groove 214, the first fixing plate 212 having the first positioning groove 214 and the first connecting plate 2211 having the first positioning element 222 has simple process, low processing difficulty and low manufacturing cost. The second connecting plate 2212 has an opening on a side thereof close to the panel 210 to form a second positioning groove 223, and the second positioning element 215 is a positioning plate formed by bending the second fixing plate 213 corresponding to the second positioning groove 223 toward the first fixing plate 212. The second positioning element 214 can be formed by cutting and bending the second fixing plate 213, and the process is simple and the processing cost is low. At this time, there is no external leakage of the clamping structure at the side of the second fixing plate 213 away from the first fixing plate 212, so that the overall aesthetic property of the cabinet air conditioner is ensured.
It should be noted that the second connecting plate 2212 has a predetermined thickness to ensure that the second positioning groove 223 formed on the second connecting plate 2122 does not penetrate through the second connecting plate 2212 along the thickness direction of the second connecting plate 2212, so as to avoid the lower rigidity and strength of the position of the second positioning groove 223 formed on the second connecting plate 2212, and further reduce the risk of deformation and even fracture of the position of the second positioning groove 223 formed on the second connecting plate 2212.
Further, referring to fig. 3, 4, 7 and 9, the plurality of clamping structures are provided, the projections of the plurality of first positioning grooves 214 onto the second fixing plate 213 and the second positioning parts 215 are arranged in a staggered manner, and the projections of the plurality of first positioning parts 222 onto the second connecting plate 2212 and the second positioning grooves 223 are arranged in a staggered manner, so that the plurality of clamping structures between the first fixing plate 212 and the connecting plate 221, the second fixing plate 213 and the connecting plate 221 are uniformly stressed, the supporting strength of the panel 210 for the lining plate 220 is further increased, and meanwhile, the fixing effect between the panel 210 and the lining plate 220 is further improved. Specifically, the number of the clamping structures may be adjusted correspondingly according to the size of the door body 200, for example, increased or decreased, so as to clamp the two sides of the panel 210 and the two sides of the inner lining plate 220 together.
It should be understood that, referring to fig. 3, 4 and 9, there are bolt structures between the first connecting plate 2211 and the first fixing plate 212 and between the second connecting plate 2212 and the second fixing plate 213, and the bolt structures and the clamping structures are multiple, and in order to use fewer bolt structures and clamping structures, the bolt structures and the clamping structures are staggered along the length direction of the door body. For example, the screw connection structure includes a connection via 240 disposed on the second fixing plate 213, a screw hole 230 disposed on the second connecting plate 2212, and a screw hole 230 disposed on the first fixing plate 212 and a connection via 240 disposed on the first connecting plate 2212, the clamping structure includes a first positioning groove 214 and a second positioning member 215 disposed on two sides of the panel 210, and a second positioning groove 223 and a first positioning member 222 disposed on two sides of the inner lining plate 220, at this time, the screw hole 230 on the first fixing plate 212 and the first positioning groove 214 are staggered, the connection via 240 on the second fixing plate 213 and the second positioning member 215 are staggered, the screw hole 230 on the second connecting plate 2212 and the second positioning groove 223 are staggered, and the connection via 240 on the first connecting plate 2212 and the first positioning member 222 are staggered. Specifically, a first positioning groove 214 is formed between every two adjacent threaded holes 230 on the first fixing plate 212, a second positioning member 215 is formed between every two adjacent connecting through holes 240 on the second fixing plate 213, a first positioning member 222 is formed between every two adjacent threaded holes 230 on the first connecting plate 2211, and a second positioning groove 223 is formed between every two adjacent connecting through holes 240 on the second connecting plate 2212. Under the condition, a plurality of clamping joints can be matched under the condition that the bolt joint structures are used as few as possible, so that the stress distribution of the interface where the first fixing plate 212 and the second fixing plate 213 are attached to the connecting plate 221 is uniform, the fixing effect is good, and the panel 210 and the inner lining plate 220 can be conveniently mounted and dismounted.
Referring to fig. 4, 5 and 7, vibration generated by the wind wheel in the cabinet air conditioner is transmitted to the door 200 for a long time, so that the door 200 vibrates for a long time, and the long-time vibration may cause the screw to loosen and further fall out of the threaded hole 230, resulting in failure of the connection between the inner lining 220 and the panel 210. In order to prevent the screw from being removed from the screw hole 230, the side of the second connecting plate 2212 close to the first connecting plate 2211 is provided with an internal threaded post 231 corresponding to the screw hole 230, the internal threaded post 231 is specifically an internal hollow ring-shaped cylinder with threads, and the internal threaded post 231 can be integrally formed with the second connecting plate 2212. In this case, the screw corresponding to the screw hole 230 is directly screwed into the internal screw post 231 through the connection through hole 240 of the second fixing plate 213, so that the screw is screwed into the internal screw post for a long length, the connection between the panel 210 and the inner lining plate 220 is more stable, the amplitude of vibration is reduced, and the screw is not easily removed from the screw hole 230.
The cabinet air conditioner can be a cylindrical cabinet air conditioner, a traditional cuboid cabinet air conditioner or other shapes. It should be appreciated that the cylindrical cabinet air conditioner has advantages of a small floor area and a shape designed to meet aesthetic requirements of users, compared to the rectangular parallelepiped cabinet air conditioner, and thus, the above-mentioned cabinet air conditioner is generally adopted as the cylindrical cabinet air conditioner. At this time, the casing 100 of the cabinet air conditioner is cylindrical, the radian of the door 200 should be consistent with the radian of the casing 100, that is, the door 200 and the casing 100 have the same curvature, the surface of the panel 210 away from the lining plate 220 and the curvature of the surface of the lining plate 220 away from the panel 210 are the same as the curvature of the casing 100, the door 200 can be attached to the surface of the casing 100, and when the air outlet 100 is closed, the outer side surface of the door 200 is consistent with the casing 100, the door 200 can be attached to the surface of the casing 100, so that the door 200 can be attached to and slide along the surface of the casing 100 at the air outlet 110, thereby opening and closing the air outlet 110.
In addition, the inner lining plate 220 is usually connected with the housing 100 in a rotating and sliding manner through a rack-and-pinion mechanism, so that no noise is generated during the sliding movement, the transmission precision is high, and the stability is high. The gear is usually a stepping motor, so that the characteristics of simple structure, high reliability and low cost can be exerted, and at the moment, the stepping motor controls the sliding distance of the door body 200 on the shell 100 of the cabinet air conditioner by controlling the rotation degree of the motor, so as to control the opening and closing of the air outlet 110; compared with a common speed-regulating motor, the stepping motor can more easily realize the control of the moving distance according to the requirement.
